Thought that I would start a March thread as from tomorrow I will no longer be eligible for the February thread. Of course I will be lurking and keeping fingers crossed for those still in with a shout... but it's time to move on.

what physical signs are there when you ovulate? am vv irregular although BD regularly so should catch it if I do ov - just would be nice to have some idea when AF is planning a visit and when to look for pg symptoms (was 10wks before knew was expecting ds2)

I stupidly did an early test It's 3 days before my AF. Was a BFN!! i could slap myself for doing it and now depressed about it. I am very doubtful that i will have a BFP now unless it's too early to dedect..I suppose i had a feeling that i might and felt nauseous for the last few days. But Congratulations glad there is at least one BFP this month. I might be an april one too.

Well, there was clear ewcm (I mean it definitely was rather than it was actually clear)(although it was also clear in colour!) but that was only eleven days ago so who knows? Its definitely my period by the way, so no false "implantation bleed" hopes! Nevermind, I'm (We're) going for it this month!

3 days is quite early pinkslippers, nausea sounds promising tho! will keep fingers crossed x

awww thanks becky, my dp was like 'its' ok we can try again.' he was so sweet. i just felt pregnant i have back ache and don't usually get that with AF so i was like oh maybe and felt sick on and off. Must have been focusing on it too much.

HI all - fruitful, I didn't get a positive on OPKs this month and I did a thread about it and the opinion was that you could miss it because the surge only lasts for 12 hours so if you test at same time every day (as recommended by the tests !) you could miss it ! I also had v. full bladders a few times i tested as the digital ones say you mustn't wee 4 hours before you do the test so the too much liquid could be a reason.

ah bless him! well you could still be you know - egg hangs around for a few days so if you fertilised late it could still be to early. glad you liked the choc!!!

Yeah that could be the reason but I'm trying to to cling on to that too much and if I am then it will be a nice surprise I still have one test left so i'll leave it and hope i can resist until after AF should be arriving and if she doesn't i'll test again.

have you seen the tests on ebay? they are the ones docs use and are very very cheap on ebay!

pinkslipper - its so tempting itsn't though ? Am CD27, don't know when I ov'd and have a test in the cupboard. The very earliest I would be due is tomorrow by usual standards but I cna have longish cycles so anything up to about 33 days. The test is calling me though but I am NOT going to use it till at least CD33 but hopefully not till next weekend although am really expecting AF to rear its ugly head before then. Sigh.

wheelybug i wish you luck, it's so tempting i think it's the waiting really more than anything because even if AF arrives then you know and can try again it's the waiting to find out that annoys me most.

I am quite regular so, but tbh before i wasn't really taking much notice ttc i just bded and hoped for the best. This time i am noticing things more from reading threads.

Fingers crossed AF doesn't arrive for both of us.

Becklespeckle - this site explains how to tell if you might be ovulating - fertilinet . I got my ov tests from the ebay seller you linked to.

Pinkslippers - stats on when a pg test shows positive - fertilityfriend . 40% of pg women are still getting BFNs on the day their period is due.

I wouldn't i tested yesturday as i thought i had a few symptoms but was a BFN. I am due on the 5th/6th. I'd wait until you are late because you'll 1. be dissapointed if it's negative. 2. waste of money if you test now and then you come on on the 6th.

Try to resist the urge if you are you are.

sometimes hgc level isnt' high enough yet to detect anyways. in some cases. But good luck.

Got a faint line on the opk today. So perhaps I didn't miss it, perhaps its just a longer cycle.
