I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

May I join you? Had a 'board meeting' last night and decided now is the time. As it happens AF waved goodbye yesterday too, so I'm in for June.

Hi everyone, hoping to not get any judgement, my implant ran out last September2015 (8 months ago) and as of December I started getting monthly periods again. Before they were every 3-4 months. I can't have the implant out of my arm until they do an allergy test for anaesthetic and I've had to wait ages. My appointment is end of June. I'm so excited that after 6 years of having my dc my dp agreed to our second. Is it likely I am ovulating? And when can I test? I have the ovia app. Would you say it's safe to be pregnant with this thing in my arm? The doctor didn't seem concerned when I explained to her. I got my period this month on day 50 but I think it was late due to a serious amount of stress during the end of my last period. Any thoughts would be appreciated . Thank you

Hi all! Great to have you aboard! AF currently visiting though excited to get going in a few days. We're planning on DTD every other day until next AF as a start and going from there... Perhaps that's rather ambitious....

That's good going barefoot! I was on just shagging last time round but didn't feel up to the enthusiasm on there this time with DC still not reliably sleeping through

I'm pretty sure my enthusiasm will wane with the usual daily grind butterpuff and I don't even have any DC's!

Can I also join?
DP literally just this second agreed if it happens it happens... So naturally I want to give it a shot immediately

Going back to the previous page a Feb baby would be awful as got 1 nephew birthday, 2 nieces, my mum and mother in law all in Feb and apart from the nephew the rest are in the same week! But the months are ticking away and age gap between my ds and potential dc are growing :(

Law of Sod trying.....not sure if it's with you or against you. If we fall this month and I get the ms I had last time then all our lovely summer plans will be spoilt.....so I'm predicting a quick bfp!

Have been married 18 months and have been trying on and off but are starting to take more seriously now :-). Just a warning that I'm a really bad symptom spotter but will try and control myself this time!!

Thanks Barefoot, we will actually be on holiday abroad on 9th (only booked it last night), so unsure whether to take some FRER's with me or wait til we get back home, early hours of 12th. By then AF will have arrived, or she wont! I really hope she doesn't arrive while we are on holiday so we need to get our act together!

Welcome Mary, don't worry, I am a nightmare symptom spotter too and also need to try and control myself! We'll have to talk each other down!

I'm 29 and ttc #1, June will be month 3 for me. I have various gynaecological issues and irregular periods so for me it's all about having lots of unprotected sex and keeping everything crossed! I never got my period this month but took two tests and both were bfn's :(

Hi everyone CD10 here and just checking in. lizzie and babydances I empathise with the irregular long cycles. Hoping mine are just a symptom of coming off the implant six months ago. Only had three full cycles in that time but the last one was shorter so hope they will continue to get shorter. babydances I use cheap Internet OPKs and do one everyday, upping it to two a day when the lines start to get darker. Ovia and FF are always wrong with irregular cycles as they look for a pattern, so I find combining OPKs with temping and DTD as much as we can to be the best method for me. Most cycles we have run out of puff a bit by the time OV happens but we are trying in earnest to stick to the SMEP this month. Good luck to everyone!!

Worth saying too as my cycles are long and irregular I've had a few 'false' surges on the OPKs which in the first cycle tricked me into thinking OV had happened. That's why I now like temping to be able to confirm OV with a temp shift - my temps are pretty rocky but I can have been able to confirm OV twice now that way so it's giving me more confidence knowing when to ease off on the DTD.

Did a third test this morning...bfn :(! AF is 2 weeks late so I feel it's just a hormonal imbalance. I'm hungry all the time and I've put on so much weight, assumed I was pregnant. Guess not! Anyone else suffers from BV? I feel this may be why I'm not getting pregnant... :( Seeing my gynaecologist on Thursday and will hopefully get some answers! Have a lovely weekend everyone :)

Hi Lizziedoll I don't really know the symptoms of BV but I was certainly, err, 'irritated' when DH and I started having regular unprotected sex at the beginning of May (bit of a practise run before cycle started again ).

Sorry TMI, but I've never had any issues before so was unsure what it was and so had a go with the canesten (though itching wasn't too bad and it was more sore). Seems to have calmed down a bit but am slightly worried that it might happen again and I'll struggle DTD as often as I'd like! Has anyone ever had this before?

If you don't mind me asking what are the symptoms of BV?

I was diagnosed with bv without knowing I had it! But apparently it can give you discharge which smells and disrupted bacteria.

I had antibiotics and have been fine since (this was years ago).

Got a new bbt thermometer yesterday!
