Me and dh have decided to do the famous SMEP plan this month ! Anyone else attempting it ?
We were supposed to do it last month but life got in the way :)
A few stats age 27 ttc#1 cycle 2
Currently on cd3 starting the smep is plan on cd8

Nicky I think the formal plan starts at cd8 but I know my DH won't be able to wait until then to start haha so we'll probably dtd on cd5 or 6 then start the plan as normal on cd8!! I'm quite excited, told him about the OPKs last night and asked him if he thought that was a good idea or if he thought we should be more relaxed and not bother poas but he was keen for the ov sticks - he seems as dedicated to the plan as I am this month! Don't think men realise getting pregnant isn't the easiest thing in the world!! He was just expecting it to happen immediately as soon as we decided we were ready

Llama no AF yet! Fairly convinced I'm not upduffed though as have no pregnancy symptoms. Are you going to test tomorrow? I'm trying to hold out until Sunday as I'm so convinced AF will arrive before then anyway

Morning ladies. We didn't do our last time for luck in the end. We've had a rough week of late nights and both our jobs are proving really demanding at the mo so it seemed like a cuddle and sleep were more important! And I'm really not sure there would have been any egg hanging around then.
Nicky I so wish I could do the whole relaxed thing but like you I'm super impatient! Hopefully we get some good news soon and can start being impatient for a little arrival!
Llama and Rae fingers crossed for you! Not long until you'll know for sure now. You're not out until the witch shows for sure!
My temp dropped this morn at 6DPO (or 4 depending on which app). Feel a bit disheartened, but already had a feeling it wasn't our month. AF not due until Tues or Weds though so guess there's still time. Am keeping myself bouyed up with the idea of a bottle of wine next week though! And maybe a rare steak....

Hi Llama, sorry about your BFN. Fx it becomes a BFP! Nothing to report here, no AF but haven't tested either. No pregnancy symptoms though so I think I'm out for this month. AF is due tomorrow so I'd like to test Sunday if she hasn't arrived- however I'm supposed to be out for drinks with friends tomorrow so I might cave and test in the morning to see if 
is off the menu!

Nicky I'm just so sure that we haven't been lucky, don't want to have BFN disappointment followed by AF disappointment, if that makes sense. Thank you for your positive thoughts though! I will update tomorrow
