Mrsunsure, I think it is easier to use internally if you have the applicators, maybe have a look online and see if you can buy them separately, otherwise you may only be able use it externally. I'm trying grapefruit juice and probiotic supplements this month to hopefully help with cm.

Jess, with the B6 I think you need to be taking a minimum of 50mg for it to help with luteal phase, apparently best taken as part of a B50 complex. Unfortunately I had no luck with this but plenty of ladies do so definitely worth a try. x

Hi ladies! thought I would update (posted elsewhere but will repeat!). I think may have missed my FW this month as I think I ovulated earlier than expected (got a darker line on sat and hubby wasn't back until sunday..) Whilst this annoying for this month I feel positive overall as I think this month my LP should be 10 days this month rather than 6-8! Not entirely sure though as using different OKP. Will keep trying over next few days just in case. I did have an extremely relaxing spa day on CD13 so maybe that helped...

JessJR23 · 23/05/2016 15:25

P.s thanks Sunshine I am hoping to go into town this afternoon and get some B6 from H+B as see they do a 50mg supplement. That plus my 7 seas plus general diet will hopefully sort me out!

sunshinegirl12 · 23/05/2016 17:40

Jess, remember you can ovulate up to 48hrs after your positive opk so hopefully you haven't missed it.

I'm ok thanks Mrsunsure, tbh feeling a bit rubbish this month, I don't know why some cycles are worse than others. I'm taking so many supplements and currently in my 'fertile period' so having to DTD every night, there is no way I can put it out of mind at the moment. I'm doing everything I can think of to help, and if it doesn't work not sure where to go from here. Sorry to be so negative. Sad

I have distanced myself from my closest friends as 2 are pregnant and one keeps talking to me about how shes going to ttc in september, its easier just to see them less. I'm sure if/when I eventually do conceive I will tell them the problems we've had and hopefully they will understand (and forgive me for being a rubbish friend). Hmm

I haven't tried inositol, what is it for? x

Sorry to hear this Mrsunsure, must be really hard for you. Flowers

mascaraisamust · 23/05/2016 19:50

Flowers ladies xx

Would it be the end of the world to tell your friends sunshine? Even just a close friend? I felt so much better for confiding in just one person.

I agree you cannot understand unless you've been through it and I can't wait for the day you all say you have your Bfps as no one will ever understand how much it means to you. It will happen!

Yes I'm still here! Just watching and wishing you all the best.

Jess I had a short (and variable) LP and after a miscarriage (after about 14 months TTC) where I started bleeding at the same time as usual (9 dpo) and just never stopped, 2 months later I had a BFP which I haven't lost as yet so fingers crossed. Do try and stay positive, I know it's so hard but it can happen when you don't expect Flowers

mascaraisamust · 23/05/2016 21:00

Oriana how are you feeling? How many weeks now? Lovely to hear all is going ok.

OrianaBanana · 23/05/2016 21:18

I'm ok mascara, 10+5 at the moment so just hoping everything's ok at the scan in two weeks xx

sunshine sorry to hear you are feeling so low I know what you mean, I currently have 5 pregnant friends and aquaintances! I have found talking to certain friends really helpful. They are so kind and it makes me feel better as people don't keep asking me when I am going to make a sibling for my son!!
mrs sorry to hear you are also feeling blue. Maybe a treat day is in order? I feel much better after a day of pampering! I am sure the sunshine will help too :)
oriana thanks for the vote of confidence! I have done all I can this month, just going to see. I am concentrating on the positives if I get a BFN this month (I can continue to enjoy cider in the sunshine!!) And plan for a summer without the need for maternity clothes (got to get back to SW diet! !)
Hope you are all feeling a bit better today ladies x

Sunshinegirl2015 · 25/05/2016 09:27

Glad everyone is staying positive.

I've had a bit of an odd, anovulatory cycle which I wonder if its done to one of the new things I've been taking this month, maca, apimist or the chinese herbs?? Today is only CD17 and AF has arrived, and I definitely haven't ovulated, but then my last AF was very light so I think it's possibly all linked. Bit annoying as been extra good this month with not a drop of alcohol or caffeine and DTD pretty much every day, but hopefully now things will get back on track.

I'm not overly worried as I know the odd anovulatory cycle is supposedly ok, I'm just not sure on if I should stop the apimist/chinese herbs/maca.

Friendly, how are you doing? Haven't seen you on here for a while x

sunshinegirl12 · 30/05/2016 18:56

I think the apimist may be the reason I haven't ovulated as it is apparently oestrogenic Hmm
