I know what you mean Sunshine, I also feel better as long as I have some sort of 'action plan' in place. I'm 7dpo and had really bad cramping yesterday and my temperature dropped below the cover line this morning so no idea what's going on. I'm a bit short of cyclogest so only started taking it yestersay so hope I haven't left it too late for this cycle. Good luck with improving your egg quality, you are doing all the right things x

Oh I tried bee pollen! It's delicious sprinkled on to honey roasted carrotts!

Had my HSG. No bleeding but mild cramping. Wasn't a pleasant experience but didn't last long. I had a trainee with mine and the doctor talking Her through it. My favourite part was "when
you hear a squelch you know it's in" lol.

Hopefully I don't have to wait to get results too long. She did tell me I had a tilted cervix and I've always been told it was fine so who knows.

Sunshine how long did you wait to get your results from HSG?

sunshinegirl12 · 27/04/2016 17:32

Sunshine, glad it went ok for you, it's such a relief to get it out the way isn't it. I had my results instantly and he showed us what he could see on the x-rays. Did they say anything to you about getting the results? Hopefully you won't have to wait long x

Mrsunsure, which Zita West ones are you taking, is it the normal Vitafem ones? I was looking at them too x

I took them for 4 months and keep meaning to buy more. They're not cheap but I think they're worth it. Clearly I haven't got my BFP and it was a faff taking them 3x a day but I felt amazing on them (vitafem) and had so much more energy. I make DH take vitamen! x

Sunshinegirl2015 · 28/04/2016 14:42

No I didn't get told any results just given a letter to give to my GP which I dropped in on the way home. Apparently they will contact me. Hopefully I don't have to wait too long X

That's rubbish you didn't get your results straight away Sunshine2015 - hope you don't have to wait long.

So on cyclogest, I get a true 2ww rather than my usual 8/9 day luteal phase. It feels like forever! I'm currently 10dpo so will test on Monday which also happens to be DH's birthday. Wouldn't it be amazing if I could surprise him! No symptoms though so I'm not holding out much hope! Glad clomid is making you less hormonal Mrs x

How's everyone getting on? I got the results from my HSG. All was fine.

And my latest set of progesterone level blood test results (three the week of ovulation) were:

1 for two days before ovulation

12 for one day post ovulation

36 for four days post ovulation

With a 10 day LP that cycle.

I've attached the chart with BBT if anyone's interested.

So they are happy with my levels as it needs to be above 30 but still seems low to me. I now have to wait for them to write to me with an appointment to discuss results and next steps.

I'm glad all your results were good Sunshine, have they given any indication as to what the next step will be for you?

I'm CD13 today, I pretty much always ovulate CD12 but no temp rise yet which feels like a miracle in itself as I was away from DH at a spa all weekend so we couldn't DTD, so maybe just for once luck is on my side Smile I'm having plenty of cramps and EWCM the last few days so don't think it's far off. I'm wondering if it's down to the royal jelly working already, hopefully the egg will be more mature and a better quality. Also when I saw my acupuncturist last week she said it's the only time she's seen me that my pulse has been calm and not wired.

How is everyone else doing? x

Good news Sunshine, fingers crossed for you. I'm going to to buy some royal jelly!

I'm 15dpo and got a BFN yesterday - really gutted but trying not to get too down about it. That's 3 rounds of cyclogest with no luck but will just keep going!

Sorry you got BFN Friendly.

Mrsunsure, don't give up hope as sperm can live up to 5 days inside you so it doesn't mean you are out. Try to DTD tonight incase you havent ovulated yet.

I'm on CD14 and still no temp rise, I know it's only a couple of days later than normal but I'm starting to worry as have read a few things about royal jelly being estrogenic so can stop ovulation all together. Think I'll keep going with it for now and just hope it's a bit delayed as I'm producing a better egg. Confused

Mrsunsure, you could have ovulated anytime up to 48hrs after the positive, I would think you would get the creamy CM before you ovulated as I think its usual to be a bit drier after ovulation, although obviously its different for everyone. Keep DTD, just incase. x
