Yes I had the scan for antral follicle count. I've done some googling and it look ok and no need to panic yet. It's not amazing but I'm 34 so have to be realistic. Good luck Mrs, fingers crossed for you x

Goodluck Mrs. x

Friendly, what dose of ubiquinol are you taking? I'm about to start it too. x

sunshinegirl12 · 21/04/2016 07:44

Sorry Mrs, I think our msgs crossed. I know its so hard but we just have to carry on, you still have 4 cycles left on clomid and even after that there are other options. When we do eventually have our babies all this will have been worth it, I've seen so many stories from ladies who have tried for years and years, been through failed IVF cycles but eventually just get a little miracle, we will all get there one way or another. Please don't give up hope. xx

Friendlycav · 21/04/2016 08:22

Hang in there Mrs, I know it's so hard isn't it. Also feel like I'm dragging myself into work at the moment.

Sunshine, I wasn't sure what dose of q10 ubiquinol to take. The capsules are 100mg so just taking one a day at the moment but may up the dose next cycle. I think the supplement that Mrs meant is inositol, Zita West recommends it so I might buy that but also feel like I'm taking so many supplements (+Chinese herbs) that I'm beginning to rattle! x

I've also started AF this morning Mrs, I really hoped the HSG would help me, I'm not sure how many months its meant to make you more fertile for but over my next fertile period/ovulation I'm away with the girls so another month will pass with no BFP. So frustrating!! Angry

sunshinegirl12 · 21/04/2016 10:26

natural-fertility-info.com/increase-egg-health i found this quite interesting x

Sunshinegirl2015 · 21/04/2016 11:29

Ive tried so many things the past 16/17 months. Baby aspirin, pineapple core, grapefruits, coconut oil, yoga, meditating, obsessing, not obsessing, BBT, OPKs, evening primrose, kiwis, caffeine, no caffeine, only eating organic, trying to get at alkalising foods, legs up in the air haha....nothing has worked.

Sunshine when the hospital called to book my HSG I asked about DTD and they said no for the rest of this cycle due to radiation. They seem pretty adamant on it. I mentioned I knew someone who was told it can make you more fertile and she said absolutely not. Odd how were told different things but if it's true then perhaps it was good not to conceive this month?

Really hoping we all get BFPs soon though X

Whilst on one of my random ttc google searches, I read that Vitamin C can enhance the action of clomid. Not sure if you already take a vitamin C supplement Mrsunsure but if not it might be worth a look x

I'm glad that you've noticed a change in AF and are feeling positive again. I'm on CD4 and have also had a heavier and more painful period than normal, though no idea why, I wondered if perhaps linked to the HSG in some why. Confused

I have started taking a whole load of supplements this month including royal jelly, maca, vitamin D and CoQ10, along with the usual prenatal and agnus castus which has helped the pre AF spotting. I don't know if it will do any good but I hate feeling so helpless with it all and I always feel better for having a little 'action plan'. I don't think I will have much luck this month as I mentioned before will be apart from DH for ovulation so just focusing on improving my egg quality for now. x
