Holly I am with you, I have 3 apps and Ovia always tells me that my fertile window is closing when on the others it says that it is just starting. I got a positive on ov poas yesterday after 2 days of negatives. Ovia rashed to close my fw tomorrow, when the others are saying that ov day will probably be day after tomorrow.
Makes sense since it can be 12 to 36 hours for egg to be released after you get the positive opk.
So, if I listened to Ovia, I could potentially miss ov day!!!

Ahhh I really like watching The Affair but my fondness for Gabriel predates it! I liked Noah a lot more in the first series than I did in the second.

I'm struggling to get on with Ovia too - I don't think it allows enough time or takes into account that you should dtd ahead of ovulation. Mine always seems to place fw mostly after ovulation!

Wasted another frer this morning - bfn @ 10dpo.

Zazzles - I had three days of BFNs, took a day off yesterday and had a squinter today (I hope!) so it does happen (I hope!)

I would like to ask you all a favour: please keep FRER in stock!!! Test on cheapies and then if you get a squinter use left over wee-wee to confirm in FRER (yes you will need to do some temporary fmu storage)! Ta very much

Top one was FMU. Second one is barely visible in reality but it was with dilute urine after only two hours. They are both very very feint which surprises me as AF is due today. I thought it would be a bit darker?

and i suppose that these days 26 is considered quite young to have a child, but that is only because of our society and how we all have to work and get a career (and also most men are a*holes so we take longer to find a decent one we could consider procreating with)... but naturally, we are in our "peak" much younger, around 22 I think. I'm 28, and its only been in the last couple of years that i have probably felt "ready" to have a kid (as in I probably wouldn't abort it if i became accidentally pregnant) and only in the last year that I have actually wanted to actively seek getting upduffed. And actually, its only the same sort of time that I have considered using a menstrual cup.

I have parked up the bus and let leonie off... go find runner she will look after you from here (just kidding... please dont leave us!) and can inform the group that our pregnant rate is now 18.75%. Keep 'em coming ladies.

I like the name Roman. I have a feeling that it will be popular with the MNbabynamers too. As are quite a few of my "would love to use" names, as DH is Greek and apparently these names are becoming quite popular (but people dont pronounce them properly).

I do feel like I'm younger than average but OH and I are in a good place with both of our careers and are financially and mentally who am I kidding ready.

I've spent a happy morning downloading kindara, glow and fertility friend to add to ovia. I think glow is my fave for user-friendliness so far. Problem is they've all given me different fws!!! According to ovia it started yesterday, but all the others say it was last week sometime. I didn't dtd much last week as was prepping for this week - argh!!! Let's hope Sunday and yesterday will be enough! If ovia is right today is most fertile day, but the others say Sunday or Monday.

I'm def gonna invest in more pissy sticks for next month.

I don't think 26 is young really. And no one has a right to make judgements about another woman's choices when it comes to this kind of stuff. I think I'd have been equally capable (or incapable!) of being a mum in my 20s as now in my 30s, and I'm sure I'd still be the same in my 40s. I've been waiting about 10 years for OH to be ready!

PS in the spirit of this thread's tmi, do you ever think you might be mistaking residual jizz for EWCM???

I'm 13dpo today, got cramps coming in waves like af is taunting me, and my temp went down again, still above cover line just abou (97.68 and cover line is 97.29) I think I hate 10-14dpo most as internally I hope hope hope this is the month. And then those hopes are dashed as af rocks up anyway. We dtd at the right time, I had zero symptoms other than cramps/spotting at 8dpo (wtf was that about then?!) and hot flashes/feeling feverish and exhausted. Doesn't help that on FF people were saying oh your chart looks brilliant can't wait to see your bfp. I guess I'm ranting that people are too nice and too optimistic 😖😝 in reality the witch is on her way despite everything looking good. Ffs. Sorry. I need to go bury my face in cake and watch some little house on the prairie or something. 😓😭
