Love Roman as a boys name. Denny is a lovely nn for Ceridwen too. I can see that the stripper thing would be a problem! How closely related are the kids in your DH family Kathrino? Would you definitely avoid using cousins names etc? I would consider cousins names if I really loved them, but not my DNephews/nieces names. We've stopped talking about names as we always argue! Would be a great problem to have though!

Funnily enough, someone at work today was talking about a Roman that they know and I was thinking what a nice name it was. Unusual without being too out there.

Elle, they're all cousins or second cousins so not too closely related but we see them often enough that it would probably be weird if we did go for the same name as one of them. Plus they seem to all take great pride in coming up with 'new' names!

Just been over to baby names, as predicted apparently 'Sapphire' is a lap dancers name, I can confirm that it is NOT a stripper name, I want to write it on there, but there's no point, I have no desire to out myself anywhere other than here haha!

By which I mean, I've never come across a lap dancer called Sapphire!

Dh seems to now be quite actively looking forward to me being pregnant, he keeps telling me how he's going to look after me, I'm not sure whether he thinks it's because I won't be able to move so he thinks he'll regain some control or just because he's looking forward to looking after me! He's an odd one!

Stark what are strippers called these days then? I can't say I've known too many of them in my time so far. Any time I may have ended up in a strip club I haven't been in a fit state to remember names.

In a way I am lucky my baby names are already decided... I don't have that added stress. (I just have to learn to love them!) but it's funny when people say about family having names they can't use- DH has a direct cousin with same first nam/surname, and him and his brother has the same first name as some other cousins, uncles.... If his brothers wife and me both have boys, they will both have the same first name/surname too I think.

I tried to converse on another thread before I found this haven. I got told that I was "a child having a child and totally ridiculous" because I ased what symptoms people had before they found out they were pregnant. I'm 26 😂😂

I imagine they are the typical range rover at the school gates doing the drop off in make up and heels who won't be seen talking to the normal mums type. So I searched for another thread after cooling off before I keyboard warriored them and found you guys talking about farts, mucus and shagging and just knew this is where I wanted to be.

I love the name Roman ☺ there's a few on our list but is still sticking with Harrison and scarlett/emelia.
