Ladies!! I have had a little break and am raring to go this cycle. This is cycle number 4 for us, and I am currently on CD8, so just coming up to the "fertile phase" and plan on plenty of sex not BDing!!

I looked for a January thread, but couldn't find one?? I don't think I am the only one hoping for my BFP in Jan am I ???

Haven't been here for a while but have been keeping check on what has been happening... I am on cd24 and know tomorrow will end up drinking far too much - don't have any signs but still too early too test!! Good luck all for bfp's in January xx

Just thought I'd add my data-
I'm 3 dpo, af due 12th-14th Jan, am 37 yrs old, with 2 x DS. Have special dispensation from the clearblue fairy to test early as I will need injections of Clexane asap after conception so that hopefully this pg will succeed. (Had 2 m/c's in April and Aug and tests have shown a possible clotting prob). Just wanted to wish everyone a happy and hopefully pregnant new year!

yes - i agree, i wouldn't rely solely on ov sticks and probably won't bother buying them again - my period is very regular so i suppose i spent the money on them with the feeling that i was doing something to try and get pregnant (as well as the obvious of course!) iyswim.

However - ds has discovered the joys of our kitchen bin and twice brought a used ov stick into the lounge with a beaming smile on his face. thank god there were no visitors at the time.

Af is due around 13th jan for me.

me and dp are making a day of it, shopping lunch and then party in the evening.

tomorrow is the due date of my baby i m/c so im hoping it wont be too emotional i have been preparing for this day for months. i always get teary on new year nayway so i just hope i can compose myself when the clock strikes 12.

I am joining you all on here as AF has decided to arrive tonight.

It does mean though I can open the wine I bought instead of sticking to the Shloer.

Gutted. Had spent all of last 2 days worrying about wether to test or not before new years eve (AF due tomorrow). One of my worries being guilt about drinks tonight if it turned out that i was pregnant. Anyway whilst DP popped out to get extra drinks from our local off-licence i tested. BFN. This is the fifth month of trying and I had really hoped that this would be the one! hanging on to the thought that midnight is not tooo far away and I can toast in the new year with an alcoholic drink.... and hang on to the thought that there is always next month.
