can your gp do a blood test?

MrsBeee · 22/01/2007 18:26

Hello everyone. I haven't posted on here for a week or so. It has been good reading and catching up with all your news here today. Sorry for everyone who has had AF over the last week or so. I will be posting on the February thread and I hope not too many of you will be joining me (in the nicest possible way!) IYSWIM I want you all to get BFPs!!!!

I am on CD 11 today so its going to be a busy week this week ! I am feeling a bit more relaxed this month about it all, so fingers crossed.

FurryFox · 22/01/2007 18:33

lissielou - I don' know if they would or not. Never had anything like this before so not sure how long you would normally leave it before going to the doc's.

Don't think I'm pg and think the tests are all correct but just not sure where af has gone to!?

FurryFox · 22/01/2007 18:36

Nice to see you MrsBeee

Good luck with this month and enjoy your bd'ing .

My af is all over the place at the moment and have also posted on the Feb thread as no idea what CD I am even on anymore

fettle · 22/01/2007 19:50

Are there really not that many of us left from this thread?

So sorry for all the AFs.

Good luck Furryfox, I hope it turns out to be a good sign.

MrsMc - the only time i've had lots of spotting after ovulation was when I subsequently found out I was pg with DD. I do so hope this is finally your turn. I feel it should be - particularly as you've made an appointment to discuss things further. however, I can also see why trying not to get excited is good. I'm in that situation at the moment, after my mc last cycle. Keeping everything crossed for you!

Just adding me (and don't all get very excited on me as after last cycle I'm not thinking anything for another week at least!)

MrsMcJnr CD26, 8dpo, AF due somtime between 24 & 26. Spotting since 3dpo!?
LondonLottie CD23, 5dpo, AF/BFP due 27-29th.
GeekInPigtails CD22, 8dpo, AF due 29th, the past couple of days my temps have been unusually high and jumpy, plus other ghost symptoms that probably mean nothing!
Fettle CD31, 15 DPO, AF due today, weak BFP yesterday morning, testing again on 27th if no AF before then.

Fingerscrossed2007 · 22/01/2007 19:57

re-joining the roll call.

On CD 22, AF due 27th jan

hugs and spinkles of babydust

Good morning ladies,

Well I'm still waiting on my replacement Clearblue Digital test (after Sunday's test errored) but this morning the 2 cheapy ones I ordered last Tuesday from the internet arrived.

Call it fate or what you will but the Postman who doesn't usually deliver until 10am delivered at 8.30am and DH who would of normally have left for work but is on a course today was still at home so we decided to test and OMG 2 lines appeared..... BFP

This makes me 5 weeks + 1 day

DH and I are obviously both over the moon but if we're honest in shock too and going to take each day as it comes. Although he went off to his course this morning grinning from ear to ear

goingfor3 · 23/01/2007 09:39

Thank you londonlottie and GF3.

We have been trying to conceive since August '06 - I think Christmas helped

We don't have any children already so we're stepping into the unknown

goingfor3 · 23/01/2007 10:01

We're both soooooo happy but obviously very cautious/worried/nervous/scared as it's still very early days.

I'm beginning to panic now thinking that apart from missed period and feeling nauseaus over w/end I've not got any PG symptoms and keep thinking that my boobs should be sore/bigger by now oh well I've only known about BFP for less than 2 hours and I'm already worrying that something will go wrong!

All the best Facts and Figures!! So happy for you!! Take it easy now!! Oh, and no worrying about the lack of symptoms... I am always minded by those women that give birth and didn't know they were pregnant the entire time!! I know it's rare, but you know what I mean
