Hurray! Congrats F&F, and thank you, it was about time we had another BFP!

Just to be annoyingly "helpful" (I can't help myself), I've collated the roll call to fix crossed posts, and in order of AF due date (see, i'm a geek ). So as of yesterday (22nd Jan):

Fettle CD31, 15 DPO, AF due today, weak BFP yesterday morning, testing again on 27th if no AF before then.
greedy cd 45, 11dpo, af due in next day or so!
MrsMcJnr CD26, 8dpo, AF due somtime between 24 & 26. Spotting since 3dpo!?
Fingerscrossed2007 CD 22, AF due 27th jan
LondonLottie CD23, 5dpo, AF/BFP due 27-29th.
WinniethePooh CD23 not sure of DPO, AF due 28th/29th January
GeekInPigtails CD22, 8dpo, AF due 29th, the past couple of days my temps have been unusually high and jumpy, plus other ghost symptoms that probably mean nothing!

FactsAndFigures · 23/01/2007 13:29

Thank you all for your good wishes and reassurance about lack of symptoms.

I hope that you all get the BFPs that you deserve soon

greedyforbabies · 23/01/2007 13:38

congrats f and f, i hope you have a wonderful pregnancy!

greedyforbabies · 23/01/2007 14:32

winniethe pooh! I KNOW! tell me about it! it gets soooooooooooo frustrating having such a long cycle! i will have to skip the feb thread altogether!

FurryFox · 23/01/2007 19:34

Hi ladies. Am now on CD36 and still no af, haven't tested today but hoping the tests I orderdered from ebay at the weekened will come tomorrow and I'll tests again.

If af doesn't arrive by beginning of next week and still no BFP think I will go to the doctors as very unlike me to have a cycle like this and as first month of ttc seems a bit odd.

Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have some good news but not feeling too optimistic about it.

Anyone else due their af anytime soon?

babylove123 · 23/01/2007 19:42

Congrats F & F, brilliant start to 2007!!!!!

furry, i'd like to be optimistic and wish you the best of luck but tbh, i've been like clockwork for 8 yrs but since ttc, i've been late 3 times (in 8 months) and completely missed 1 period! I do hope its the answer you want tho!

lissielou · 23/01/2007 19:45

got some good news got a bfp at the docs and did another test today and it was def clearer. so pleased, wish you all loads a luck

babylove123 · 23/01/2007 19:49

Congrats Lissielou!

Thats great! Well done you!!!

FurryFox · 23/01/2007 19:50

Thanks babylove. I'm not at all optimistic, just wish i knew one way or the other, it's sooooooooo annoying. Why do our bodies play these tricks on us?

lissielou - Congratulations and wishing you all the best for your pregnancy .

babylove123 · 23/01/2007 19:55

Furry, god i feel your pain! I was 29 days late, BFN's constantly, plenty of pg symptoms and doctors that would not even give me the time of day. Hugs, i really do know wot you're going through but tbh, the doc said they wont check it out until you're another month late........

FurryFox · 23/01/2007 21:17

babylove - 29 days late , how did you cope!

I actually thought the docs would probably say what yours said to you and probably won't end up going next week if af doesn't arrive and no BFP. Will probably leave it and see how the next month goes and what my body decideds to do with itself .

cityangel · 23/01/2007 23:22

Hey everyone hope things are going well

I'm on holiday, back next week and comandeered a laptop. I am properly fed up. I normally have 30 day cycles and acording to all chart/machine/CM etc OVd on CD28! So waiting to see if current luteal phase lasts longer than its current 2 days

Hey Greedy missed you too.. hope you're doing alright.

d2b how's it going? New name is longer but does relate to what most of us want! It's hard to have a dealine though

MrsMC how is dh/ the job?

I asked before but is anyone going to Blackpool (of all inconvenient places)

Happy January

cityangel · 23/01/2007 23:24

PS: COngratulations to all BFPs I missed

and am sorry for the difficult times I wasn't there for

whoopsfallenoveragain · 24/01/2007 09:34

Hi everyone sorry to hear about af those that have got them and congrats to those with a BFP
I was very naughty this morning and did a first response test and I think there were 2 pink lines
AF isn't due for another couple of days though so will test again after the weekend if she doesn't appear

MrsMcJnr · 24/01/2007 11:59

Wow! lots of great news on here! Congratulations to Fettle (a very quiet one until the BFP gets stronger hon ), to F&F - have no fear I am sure the symptoms will catch up with you, Lissielou - so pleased after your scare & Whoops - yipee!!

I'm still experiencing the spotting, cd27, 10dpo today and on tenterhooks, I hate the so close but so far away feeling of the last few crucial days. My temp is high but that means nothing I guess as even when I get AF, it stays high for the 1st few days. Pray for me everyone!

Fettle - glad to hear good news about spotting, I hope the same happens to me. My v pregnant friend rubbed her belly on me for luck yesterday

Geek - looking good hon, tell us about these ghost symptoms?

Welcome back Cityangel! how are you feeling about things?

geekInPigtails · 24/01/2007 12:00

crikey! The BFPs are coming thick and fast now!

Congrats lissielou, I saw your posts on another thread, take good care of yourself and hope you have a wonderful healthy baby soon!

Whoops, I've got everything crossed for you! Keep us posted.

geekInPigtails · 24/01/2007 12:10

MrsMcJnr - I really shouldn't because it's all so vague and I'm trying my best not to get my hopes up too high! I told DH how excited I was on Monday, and he told me off!

...oh well if you insist...

My temps seemed to behave strangely up to about 8DPO, though they are dropping now. I've been feeling a bit nauseous at night and first thing in the morning for the past 5 days or so, but it wasn't so bad this morning. And about once a day I notice either AF-like cramps or a sharper pain, and I don't normally get anything like that until the day AF is due. Haven't noticed anything particularly different about my breasts, despite much prodding

nothing conclusive, and nothing I can do about it until next Monday (or the ClearBlueFairy will tell me off - she's psychic you know!) so just got to try to calm down and think about something else... yeah, right!

I know how you feel Geek, all the months I've posted about symptoms only to feel stupid when the old witch turns up but you just can't help it can you!? ....I'll risk it again .

Funny you say that about the night nausea, I've had that a few times recently and put it down to being very tired. I've also had the pains, the duller ache ones don't last long but the sharp pain ones have caught me off guard a couple of times over the last couple of days, they are a bit like you've twisted yourself or something. My boobs are sore round the sides and I've had a few night heats where my face in particular burns up but like you nothing conclusive, this pm the CM is changing to yellow from brown (sorry if TMI).

Furry, still go to the docs, they'll log it onto your records and it will help them for any further investigations if needed.

Whoops, go you! Thats great! I truely have my fingers crossed for you!

MrsMc, got my fingers crossed for u 2!

Im kinda waiting for Jan, either 31st (mine and DP anniversary) or 1st Feb......

Ready · 24/01/2007 17:58

Cityangel - did you say Blackpool?? It's freezing there this time of year!

OP posts:
MrsMcJnr · 24/01/2007 18:51

Londonlottie - going to test Friday morning before I go on the hen weekend if AF has stayed away (please oh please) I'd be 12dpo and cd29 so I think the ClearBlue Fairy would let me, don't you?! Spotting is less than it was, CM wetter than before. Thanks for your good vibes for me.

Thanks for the good vibes Babylove

Best of babydust to all those waiting ....
