EllaMenoPea · 06/10/2015 09:42

As above really. I finished 5 days of Provera on Saturday to induce a bleed to start Clomid. When should I expect a period? Just wondering if anyone has any experiences. Google is telling me lots of different times. Getting impatient Blush

I'm in bed listening to the footy and DH watching downstairs. If Wales win he wins £85!

YouBoggleMyMind · 01/07/2016 21:33

Hal Robson Kanu played for ReadingFC (the team I support) and did nothing like he's done for the Welsh team in the last 9 years at Reading! So frustrating!! Only performs on camera. That said, I do want Wales to win.

Oh dear, I fear for bras if I ever get pregnant.

RobberBride · 01/07/2016 21:45

Boggle that sounds hopeful! When I ovulated my nipples were ridiculously sensitive, DH thought it was hilarious.

YouBoggleMyMind · 01/07/2016 21:48

You guys are the best for reassurance. Thank you. I'll take my sore nips as a good sign! Xxx

EllaMenoPea · 01/07/2016 22:00

Enjoy your winnings moomin & DH!

Moomin37 · 02/07/2016 07:55

Thanks Ella and Boggle Smile We're going to put it towards the cost of finally getting my wedding dress cleaned and boxed. Good news on the nips Boggle! I have giant porn star boobs these days Grin

YouBoggleMyMind · 02/07/2016 09:55

moomin!! That actually made me LOL GrinGrinGrin

Moomin37 · 02/07/2016 10:35

It's true Boggle! Even with a pregnancy bra on I have to make a conscious effort to walk more slowly through the office so they don't jiggle about too much Blush

YouBoggleMyMind · 02/07/2016 11:08

I am excited for big boobs! Haha xxx

AmyC86 · 02/07/2016 16:44

Hey girls xx sorry I've been missing for a few days, nasty 3 in a row nightshifts, along with a funeral of a colleague in between.

Thanks for the a five re: constipation. I gave in in the end and used dynamite (ducolax) seemed to have shifted whatever it was as since then I've been practically normal. I don't think that nights are helpino and also, I've changed my diet recently to a dairy free and low carb, so obviously, the fibre in the potatoes hasn't been replaced by anything (I'm the human equivalent to Bodger and Badger when it comes to potatoes) I've increased dried fruit consumption and it's a lot better down there.....

As for other news, my bloody op has been rearranged for the following week Sad so pissed off as it's another week to wait before I can safely start clomid!!!

On the plus side, I'm off work for 5 solid weeks now!!!!

Great news for boggle and that progesterone score was bleeding fantastic, you could dish out a bit to the rest of us!!!!!

YouBoggleMyMind · 02/07/2016 17:45

Sorry that your op has been moved again, how frustrating. Sad
I am hoping when I go for my progesterone test next Friday that the score is high high high!
I've had a letter through from the Fertilty clinic arranging an appointment with the Dr to review our situation. I'd like one more go on a lower dose of clomid and then either injectables or IVF. I don't really want the drilling if I can help it.

YouBoggleMyMind · 04/07/2016 18:18

Cd18 symptom spotting (not sure what for) agogo.
Spotty
Grumpy
Bloated
Sore nips

How is everyone else?

EllaMenoPea · 04/07/2016 21:28

All sounds good boggle! Test day next week??

I'm OK, just counting down the days till 7 week scan!

How is everyone?

YouBoggleMyMind · 04/07/2016 21:45

Test day will be the 17th after I've been to a family bbq on the 16th.

When's your 7 week scan ella? Any symptoms yet or blissfully floating along? Have you told anyone?

RobberBride · 04/07/2016 21:54

Hi everyone.

Boggle your symptoms sound hopeful! Fingers crossed for Friday.

Amy enjoy your time off.

Sorry to be quiet, work is crazy and I'm trying to leave it all in a good state so I can relax and enjoy my holiday. I'm ok - taking clomid, embracing the night sweats, counting the days.

YouBoggleMyMind · 04/07/2016 21:57

Ah the night sweats. Those were fun. I seem to still get them, not as fiercely mind.

I hope the clomid works for you robber and I also hope you really enjoy your holiday. You deserve it.

Xx

danikagrace · 05/07/2016 22:33

Thanks for the invite Boggle - would love to join you all if I may.
TTC #1 since October 15, age 29, CD 102 (PCOS), had first referral appointment 2 weeks ago, realllly hoping I'm able to conceive at some point - at the moment would be happy to even just see AF!!

YouBoggleMyMind · 05/07/2016 22:38

Welcome danika. These ladies are wonderful and have made my journey easier. I really hope you get some answers from your gp. Hopefully you just need a bit of provera and clomid and all will be good xxx

danikagrace · 05/07/2016 22:51

Thanks Boggle, where are things up to with you?
I see the gynae again on 23 Aug, he'll have the results of my tests (they took 3 bloods for progesterone/prolactin/and I'm not sure what the other one was, and 3 swabs which, again, I'm not sure what they were - was quite overwhelmed at the appointment!) and we have to take oh's sa results with us which he's having done on 15 Jul and he said based on all that we'll discuss a treatment plan. He said if there's no other issues with either of us besides PCOS I'll have a camera through my abdomen under general anesthetic and die in my tubes to make sure they're not blocked (which I'm stressing about a little - has anyone else had it?), then will have clomid; if there are other issues then straight to IVF. He also said if I've still not had a period by the time I see him on 23 Aug then he'll give me something to induce a bleed, which I presume is provera?

AmyC86 · 05/07/2016 23:37

Don't worry about the dye thing, most of us have had that xx

YouBoggleMyMind · 05/07/2016 23:43

Name: youbogglemymind (boggle for short)
Age: 28
Location: Home Counties
Ttc #1 since July 2014
Diagnosis: pcos
Treatment so far: 3 rounds of clomid (50, 100, 150) with provera to induce AF. Now taking metformin too.
4th round of 150mg clomid showed 1 decent follicle on cd19 which came to nothing. Started spotting a few days later which lead to AF.
On my 5th round now... 3 follies, 2 dominate, 1 less so on cd13 scan. I think I ovulated cd14 but will have a blood test in Friday to confirm this and I guess I'm in that dreaded two week wait.

danikagrace · 05/07/2016 23:49

Oooh fx for you Boggle

Amy thank you! Did it hurt a lot afterwards where they went through your abdomen?
