Anyone ttc baby #2?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, ttc baby #2 (1st cycle) and already driving myself wild with the tww. I wondered if anyone else is in the same boat?

I was so relaxed about baby #1 that the constant nagging thoughts about am I / aren't I are completely new to me and are making me feel anxious with symptom spotting.

Thought I'd see if there is anyone to talk to on here as my husband is quite matter of fact about there being nothing we can do to find out except for being patient - I know, he's infuriating right.

It'd be great to buddy up if anyone else is in a similar position.

I think I can see a line too mum, fingers crossed for you! Please keep us updated.

lemonslemonslemons · 28/09/2015 08:24

Congrats JW!! So exciting.

I am putting any twang, fart, sore boob and back down to a sign of pregnancy. I did this on cycle 1 with DD and got visited by AF then so am not holding out hope. Still another week until test time. Unless AF rears her ugly head before then! Bah.

Loki I'n not going to lie, I love a ranty post. Reminds me that I am not the only one who feels like that sometimes. Sorry to hear about the spotting. Sounds like maybe everything is settling down after the implant came out. Hopefully it won't take long! Or hopefully you'll get a nice surprise!

Loki17 · 28/09/2015 18:04

Thanks lemons! I'm still using opks but only only got a faint line today so still negative but for some reason it actually hasn't upset me today. Infact, I feel slightly less crazy today! Plus I've only used 1 opk instead of 4 so that is a step in the direction of sanity surely? Grin

Any update on that line Mum19821985?

Sorry, not been on for a while and so much has happened. Congratulations to those with their BFPs! AF left today, so on CD6 and I usually ovulate around CD20.

Can I join? on Cycle #2 trying for baby #2

On day 11.

simplydivine05 · 01/10/2015 07:00

Hi Fuzzy, welcome back!

Hello and welcome Bump!

I'm 6-7dpo now. May do a cheeky test at the weekend! You never know, bfp is possible from 8dpo! I've got a drawer full of poas's! Will hold on as long as I can though.

HoggleHoggle · 01/10/2015 07:17

Also ttc #2. Have done two tests, BFN, although I may have been doing it a little early.

I def feel pregnant - sick and dizzy and implantation pains. Although I could also be losing my mind. We conceived straight away last time, we were so lucky.

Will make myself wait until Saturday to try again!

Congratulations to everyone who have their BFPs!

TurquoiseCat · 01/10/2015 08:59

Hello everyone!

Also TTC number 2. Not been on any female contraception since having DD (3), we're on month 3 of trying.

Just had an interesting convo with DD's old keyworker at nursery about number 2. Apparently DH has been telling everyone we are TTC. What if it doesn't happen? Fuckwit.

HoggleHoggle · 01/10/2015 09:39

turquoise that is v annoying!

jp0303 · 01/10/2015 11:14

Hello to the new joiners on our thread, glad to have you with us on our self proclaimed lucky board!!!

I am going crazy with symptom spotting today - I've even decided that I must be pregnant because my fingernails have grown extraordinarily long!!! I'm also feeling sick and dizzy, as well as having to keep going for a wee. I am going to try to hold out until tomorrow morning to POAS and need to not get my hopes up. Sounds like there will be a few of us testing at the weekend, let's hope it's good news all round!

TurquoiseCat I would be annoyed at that too. I think it's ok to tell close friends or family if you want to, but even then a joint decision would be preferable. As if ttc isn't stressful enough without worrying about what other people are thinking. Let's hope that this month is third time lucky for you!
