Congrats paws and mama! Sorry if I've missed anyone on this thread, I haven't been here for a while.

Anyway, I've got my BFP this morning too. Very strong line. I am going away for 2 weeks tomorrow to see my family but I don't want to tell them this early. Don't know what to do Confused

I hope you are all holding on and you'll get your BFPs soon enough Flowers took us 6 months for this one after my mc in Jan

Mummyofonesofar · 03/07/2015 09:43

Carott huge congratulations!

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 03/07/2015 10:01

honey good news AF is on her way...hopefully you can try and get back to being you again! X

carrot yay! Congratulations!!! Xxx

mummy I here's a pic, you may not be able to see it as my camera is shite, but its stronger than yesterday! So definitely positive! Got all excited and cracked open a clear blue weeks indicator (even though I know I would be 1-2) 'Not Pregnant' ... But I know they are no way near as sensitive as first response so I'm not getting too panicy over it! Will use my last clear blue tomorrow when my levels will be stronger.....off to doctors this afternoon to break the news Smile

paws very faint but there - enjoy the Drs appointment! I ran straight there with my BFP last time too Grin

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 03/07/2015 10:38

Haha! Very faint on pic, but visible in reality x looking forward to seeing it in words on a clear blue x

Honey85 · 03/07/2015 16:13

Carrot! Yay! So pleased for you!

Tft ... After stopping bf my dd my cycles returned to a lovely regular pattern of 28-30 days so hoping I can get back to normal again now. I did have a couple of years (when ttc dd) where my periods were all over the place so hoping that doesn't happen again! Not sure if d and c just made this an epic cycle ... And I miscarried at 12 weeks so guess it takes longer for hormones to settle.

Sakura03 · 03/07/2015 17:16

Congrats carrotFlowers

MamaLazarou · 03/07/2015 17:33

Hooray Carrot! Smile

MamaLazarou · 04/07/2015 08:44

How is everyone doing? After my two faint lines on Thursday and Friday, I made the mistake of doing Poundshop tests last night and this morning. Please tell me this doesn't mean I'm not pregnant. I'm not due AF until tomorrow...

dobbythedoggy · 04/07/2015 08:56

Mama I don't think the poundshop ones are very sensitive, if I remember from when I read the instructions last time I was pregnant they're only desgined to detect pregnancy once you've missed your period. So if you're not due on until tomorrow they aren't sensitive enough to detect that you're already pregnant. I feel like I know far too much about pregnancy tests...

MamaLazarou · 04/07/2015 09:02

Thank you, dobby. I'm going to get a digital test today and will do it tomorrow morning.

dobbythedoggy · 04/07/2015 09:12

Just a warning that the digital tests aren't that sensitive either. I didn't get a positive when I was pregnant with dd until near the 5 week mark with those. Although I have used them this time around, despite numerous other positives to try to work out dates a bit more. I found superdrug own brand really clear just before I was expecting AF and clear blue plus gave a really dark reasuring line the day after I'd have expect AF to start.

fruitlovingmonkey · 04/07/2015 09:26

Congrats carrot this really is turning out to be a lucky thread!
Sakura I am also on cd10, getting exciting for ovulation now. I already did an OPK yesterday, I know it was too early but I couldn't resist! Last month I ov'd on cd17 but that was after a mammoth AF (7 days heavy). This AF was back to normal (3days heavy and a light day either side) so I'm guessing I might ov earlier.

CarrotVan · 04/07/2015 10:03

Congratulations CarrotPuff

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 04/07/2015 12:58

Well i done a cheapie 10mlu Amazon and got a positive! Yay! ....clear blue still 'not pregnant' ... I don't think these digi's are all that good tbh?

MamaLazarou · 04/07/2015 20:26

I wish I'd read the above posts before I went out and spent £££ on digital tests today!

Looking at the First Response test day calculator, I shouldn't be testing until Monday, anyway. Argh! This uncertainty is doing my nut in!

Romeolovesjuliet · 05/07/2015 06:53

Just popping in to say a massive congratulations to Carrot. Really pleased to see you got your bfp Smile

HURRAH! Grin.....Finally I have it in writing! Quick question about implantation bleeding...does it happen at the 'time' of implantation or around the time you're period would be due? I would have been due tomorrow, wiped this morning and had brown blood with traces of red?! Is this normal? I didn't have it with the pregnancy I mc'd .... Perhaps that why it didn't stick?

CarrotVan · 05/07/2015 13:51

I'm feeling ugh. 9 DPO - bloated, back and hip ache, nausea, sore nipples - but only 1 well timed shag this cycle so it's unlikely that I'm pregnant and more likely my brain is playing tricks.

And I'm baby bombed to death at the moment. It's a baby blitz

CarrotVan · 05/07/2015 13:54

paws it's probably just cervix irritation or a bit of breakthrough bleeding. Unless it continues or gets worse it shouldn't be anything to worry about

MamaLazarou · 05/07/2015 14:03

Lovely to see your BFP, paws. I had implantation bleeding (similar to what you have described) with my last two pregnancies but not with my DS.

As for me: another day, another faint pink line. I'm so down about not knowing either way. I almost wish I had a negative so I could get over it and move on Sad

Sakura03 · 05/07/2015 14:29

I'd second carotvan paws. mama stay positive, I know it's hard..when can you do a cbdpt? monkey we're cycle buddiesSmile. I couldn't wait either and started testing yesterday but I think I ov around cd 14-16 so early days.

MamaLazarou · 05/07/2015 14:33

Is cpdpt a digital test? I'm doing one tomorrow. Hope it's accurate.

Sorry for hogging the thread with my self-obsessed rantings. Thank you all for your support.

Tftpoo · 05/07/2015 16:18

I don't know much about implantation bleeding paws as I never had it with either of my pregnancies but I think it is around the time you would expect AF.

The waiting is so hard! I'm sure you know me well enough by now to know that I am very impatient. 7dpo and my boobs are really sore today and yesterday. I think it's probably psychosomatic though! Can't wait until next week when I can test. Hope everyone else in the tww is getting on ok and that you get your clear positive very soon mama.

MamaLazarou · 05/07/2015 17:52

Thanks tftpoo. As today's line was fainter than Thursday's, I have decided that this is probably a chemical pregnancy and AF will probably arrive soon. SadSadSad
