Anyone else 4dpo?

Today I'm 4 days past ovulation- I think. So that makes me due AF 8th May.

I'm 27, and first month ttc #1.

Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat?

Haha! I'm sure that outsider would think I'm a nut too! I'm sure people who weren't in out situation couldn't be bothered reading all of our obsessions!

So.. I've been trying really hard not to symptom spot but have been noticing a lot more cm than ever before. I know this is probably that the depo is wearing off more and more with every passing month. This morning I noticed the "school glue" stage, as they describe it. I thought it was a positive sign but looked through my previous symptoms and noticed that I had this 2 months ago too which was a bfn.

I'm really ready for this to be a positive now. I don't know how many more knock backs I can take from these damn hpts!

Had a good day today otherwise and will probably test tomorrow at 7dpo as I just can't help myself

Well, it's Friday night and I'm enjoying a glass or 2 of my favourite tipple (yellow labelled prosecco from co-op)

I tried to woo DH but he's too tired. I've had half a bottle of rose anyway, booze always puts me off.

We have a bit of a beer hammer issue here when too much is consumed! Ha! I'm sure they have only gone to save our jealousy upset! We can all meet up again on the pregnancy forums when we all have our bfp! It would be great if all of us get our bfp this month

Morning!! I was chatting to a friend who has a newborn (yet she's totally not annoying at all! ) and she was so lovely, she was really sympathetic about trying as it had taken her over a year. I mentioned that we were trying to be relaxed about it for the first few months but that I was finding that hard. Her advice? 'Don't relax! Get on it!' She said it had been so hard trying for that long, and as we are both the same age she suggested I get an OPK and just get on it so I know where I stand and don't end up feeling like I'd had wasted months! I said I thought DH might be weird about that and she said 'so don't tell him!' Which is exactly what I'm going to do!! So recommendations please!!
Also I think investigating this for the next few days might help me delay testing like I said I would!!

Am already thinking about testing right now, would be 5 days early, but I want to drink tonight??

I totally agree with your friend. Get onto Amazon! I was discussing this with a friend who after hearing how long it can take stopped taking her pill the next day. She isn't officially trying and hasn't discussed it with her fiancé but wants to make sure her body is ready for when she wants to officially start. She knows it could happen immediately of course and thinks it would be a happy surprise.

I kind of wish I had done the same myself as it took about 8-9 months of discussions with dp about it before I had him agreeing. Which on top of the 21 months we have been trying makes this all an awfully long process. Although I didn't expect this kind of timescale and nobody I knew had told me about problems that could occur and it never even dawned on me there could be a problem. There is probably another bfp waiting for me when I see her next!

I bought these from amazon and seem to work for me and both say they are highly sensitive. Although I have never had a + Hpt of course but I'm sure they will work.

I just read about those hpt again and see they can detect pregnancy 4 days before a missed period. So af due Friday so I think that means Tuesday could give an accurate result. I put on a shirt yesterday which I thought had become tighter over the boobs and it was gaping at the buttons. It is one of my smaller ones although it did make me think hmmm. Then last night in bed dp said they looked bigger. Again, hmmm. This could all be imaginary but I know people say their boobs get bigger when pregnant. At what point would you notice this change? I'm probably being overly hopeful here?

Virtually the second after getting pregnant my boobs exploded - incredibly painful and went up 2 cup sizes. I remember telling DH if I wasn't pregnant I needed to see a doctor ASAP

I looked ridiculous by 12 weeks. Just all boobs. This could be you Vap!

Achm I use the Opks that Vap linked to. They are delivered quite fast so wait until AF (although hopefully it won't arrive!!).

I'm still here and carrying on lurking. Sadly it's not going so well here and it's looking like it might not end well so just been keeping quiet as not in the mood to talk really and didn't want to bring you all down! And still trying to cling on to a bit of positivity that it might all be ok.

I haven't even ovulated yet. I'm OPKin like mad to make sure we don't miss it, but if my crappy app is to be believed ovving should happen by 5 July () and I have a hen do on the 18th so will POAS then. I hope I am so I can go home early, I'm so over clubbing

lod let's hope the boobs thing is a sign although when he mentioned how big they were tonight I asked if he really thought they had grown and he said "I have no idea, you don't often come to bed without your top on. But you have bloody big boobs and they are certainly looking far more pert than usual".

In summary...who knows if they are "in reality" any bigger

I really don't want to lose touch with you lot wherever we all end up. I feel like I have my own little family here of lovely people who all just want the same thing and out of all the people I know ttc, I am actually happy when one of us lot are successful. Please nobody stop following this post and one day when we all have our bfp's or even better - our babies - then we can still chat

Oh and never I'll be testing on Monday morning which is still too early! But you know me . Then I'll also test on Tuesday morning and then every day until af arrives! If there is any good news, you will be the 1st to know! Probably before dp as I won't be seeing him until 3 days after af is due.

I hope everyone is holding up ok. Or as well as can be expected! I have been drinking this cycle (i.e. Chilled out) as last month it almost killed me not drinking and am hoping this has helped.

P.s. I spent the day with my 3 yr old niece and 2 ish month old niece and I am so incredibly jealous! I want one of those so much I just can't explain it . Even though my overall goal is 2, I would settle for just the 1. Please "my insides" listen to me and do what I need!

Although I have found a lovely receptacle to P in which cheers me up no end each time. It's like a cross between a teacup and a chalice (christmas gift off MIL) but is totally useless for actual drinks. I keep it in the bathroom cabinet

I'd say both but DTD last night and I think it would kill be too much for DH

lod I'd get dtd tonight if you can so the pipes are clear in time for your positive. In a std 28 day cycle you would expect your + any time now. Keep testing twice per day if you can. And dtd as often as you can for the next few days. Wish I was ovulating now! DP is up for it all the time at the minute! If only he was as keen normally!

I been checking through normal cycle symptoms and the sore boobs and intermittent tiredness are signs of a normal cycle. The sore boobs tend to die off 2-3 days before af. I'm less confident than even this cycle. I just wish I knew what I needed to do to get pregnant
