Anyone else 4dpo?

Today I'm 4 days past ovulation- I think. So that makes me due AF 8th May.

I'm 27, and first month ttc #1.

Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat?

1st month Ttc 10dpo and af due 6/7th mayHmm obviously have all the symptoms In the world haha but been feeling a bit sicky since Sunday and I'm sure I'm not imagining it! Got sore boobs but that's normal at this point of my cycle and tight cramps plus period pains today that are very early don't normally get them until day before! Who knows!!

I was hoping to wait until the day of my period but now contemplating a fast response on Saturday which will be 13dpo... What do you think? I should wait shouldn't i?

I hope all re symptoms are not all in my head!

Ps... MY APP said I was ovulating 19th April and I had egg whites on both 19th & 20th DTD on both days so hoping we caught it... Altho didn't do it anymore after as DH Was away working!

charms i'd give it a go if I was you. Just don't get your hopes up too much before as it may well be a false negative. In fact I would probably do one sooner...

I'll be testing on sat (8dpo) as going out for a drink or 2 on sat night. I'll be holding back on the fluids on fri night so it's really concentrated on the sat morning. Not sure if that makes it any more likely to get a positive but I know it does with opk's so hoping its similar. Had no syptoms apart from a lack of symptoms so think I'm out this month. Af due 7th may (13 dpo).

I probably shouldn't be contemplating having a drink if there is the slightest chance of a positive but after TTC for 19 months, if life had been put on hold for the maybes and what if's I think I would have ended up going mad by now.

It looks like a few of us will be doing one on Saturday then! I'm due AF that day so know I could try earlier but I'm trying to give myself the best chance of it being accurate!!!

charms I'd go for it on sat If I was you but also prepare for a false negative! But I really hope it's good news!

This waiting game is no good! However talking about it is helping me no end, we are keeping ttc quiet so not talking to anyone and DH being away is driving me crazy.

I did do a cheap test on Monday night only because I had a smear booked in yesterday but it's was a bfn probably too early as it would have been 8dpo but ended up cancelling it just encase!

Can I get a first response from boots or are then online only? Are they better than clear blue? I just don't want to be disappointed Hmm I might do one Saturday see how I'm feeling!

I agree, don't put your life on hold for maybes I had my mother in laws 60th last Friday and still drank. Don't get me wrong I would never ever drink during my pregnancy!

Charms I got a really good line on a first response early result at 12dpo with DS - about £8 from Boots. Way better than a CB digital which I know in RL has given at least 2 false positives to friends. It looks for 10mmmmmg (or whatever) so as sensitive as they get I think

I'm very tempted to get one myself, ready for sat!

All talk of poas and I couldn't resist doing one this morning. I know it's far too early and of course is a negative. But I did check and the ic's I have are the highly sensitive ones which can see 10mg or whatever it checks.

I'm getting a lot of symptoms, if these are all in my head I'm going to be very disappointed!

The cramps down below are quite uncomfortable I found it hard to get to sleep last night And keep getting a shooting pain in my vagina! Confused

Your symptoms sound good to me.
I have no symptoms, I am 99% sure I'm out this month.
You must be about 11dpo now?

I'm just scared that all symptoms are in my head and I'm imagining it all! HmmHmm

& charms I think you must be similar stage to me and I'm also going to be disappointed even though i know it's only month one! Doesn't help there's no chance next month, have you decided when your going to do it?

I dont know the actual day.
I'm going from the day I had a positive test although I read that you actually ovulate between 12-48 hours after the last positive test so actually have no clue.
The EWCM thing is another reason I think I'm out as I haven't had any all year.
Not helpful having no other signsof ovulation.
I'll test again on sat am as going out. (8dpo)
I'll then only bother testing on 7th if AF doesn't make an appearance.
Appointment for clomid on 11th. (cd5 all things being constant)
The negative pregnancy tests don't bother me much, I'm quite lucky, I think I'll be in shock when I finally have a positive.
It's the negative opk tests that drive me nuts as without one of them there is no chance.
Had 1st ever positive opk on my birthday this year (24th April)
I wasn't holding out on anything happening this month with it being the 1st time I have ovulated in years.
Probably a good thing as it may be a good idea for my system to run a clear cycle before anything happening.

So a brief summary of the Saturday testers:
LOD (no real symptoms, not hopeful, but early tactical booze testing)
Charms (earlyish, but symptoms aplenty)
Vap0 (very early tactical booze testing)
Never (sensible day AF is due testing)

Any more? Its keeping g me away from the IC knowing there's a few of us doing it on Saturday. I think I'll be disappointed but ok if I get a negative, I've got a holiday and 2 hen parties coming up so at least I'll be able to get drunk join in the fun, although a hangover plus a toddler are a foul mix...

I'm testing Saturday at 8dpo so I know whether or not it will be a messy bank holiday Sunday!

I've still no symptoms.. Not holding out much hope for this month.. X
