Today I'm 4 days past ovulation- I think. So that makes me due AF 8th May.

I'm 27, and first month ttc #1.

Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat?

I'm so sorry Achm I completely missed that you had a BFN it is totally shit isn't it? You can feel rotten as you like - one month or twenty months it's still horrible

BUT and I didn't want to say this yesterday, those digis are a pile of crap. They're not sensitive at all (25mmg?) and I know 2 people in RL who have had false negatives with them at a decent dpo. That's why I swear by the FRER.

I'm going to POAS IF we get another negative, then that will be three and we all know stuff comes in 3's so we'll be due a huge fat positive NOT ACHM'S MUMS DOG

I don't know lod thats the only similarity to last month but unlike last month no spotting and the pains now past. But my boobs are killing me and if I had the opportunity to go sleep right now I would. I think either pregnant or coming down with something which is making symptom spotting rather difficult. AF is due tomorrow so we shall see, not wasting a test first thing in the morning give it chance for the cramps to mean something if not then will try poas friday!

That made me laugh about the POAS though. And it best not be the dog or I will not be impressed. My MILs cat was pregnant when I was and it had the kittens a couple of days before DD was born, I was overdue and was not impressed and wanted to kill the cat.

Oh lod now you've made me think I should try a FRER before I go out drinking tonight, just to put my mind at ease?? Could I deal with two neg tests in one day though??

Never I feel the same, that If I'm not Preg I must be coming down with something as I felt so exhausted the past two weeks!

Bfn no.2!! I'm ok this time though! Also now know that boots are selling FRER buy one get one free, and they each have £1 off coupons in, so the next ones will be £9 for 2 packs of 2! we're ignoring the fact that I now have four spare tests in my drawer!!

I've not tested yet! And won't be testing tomorrow as meeting my boss for my appraisal . So much stress today preparing for it!

Also I went to the dentist this afternoon and he did a couple of x Rays! Oops! I know that's a pregnancy no no! I'm pretty sure I'm not so I'm sure it isn't an issue! I didn't like to say no as didn't want to enter into a discussion about it and also it's only a tiny machine on your cheek....? What is it supposed to do? Why aren't you supposed to have them? Does anyone know?

Still not had a drink but want one this weekend more than anything!

Think I will test sat morning 9dpo and know it will be negative and try not to get too dispondant.

Started to get cramps but think it's just my stomach turning in knots for the bi-annual telling me how crap I am at my job review! I'm in the car with him from 9 - 6! Can't wait for tomorrow to be over!!

Hi all, had a very surprisingly good night! Sorry to those who are waiting but it was lovely to have a drink without the worry might have had four glad I did the second test though, think I would have held back otherwise and as my 8.5 month preg step sister was there, I needed the drink! I missions through though and smiled and cooed in the right places!! Feel quite proud of myself. Even managed to tell DH that I didn't need him to lower my expectations, which was a conversation that had been brewing and needed to be had!

I asked my dentist about x-rays and he said its v low risk as it's a small camera thats directed at your head, not stomach.

Yes just waiting to see if AF appears or not. So far no sign if stays away hope to test Saturday but might not wait that long. taking each day as it comes as im sure it will arrive soon

When you say 'ready' Nev do you mean have you got a holiday booked and a passport? If so, yes.
If you mean washing, packing, ordering the nappies from Boots to collect at the airport, insurance, currency or anything else. No.

Today went surprisingly well thanks! More 4's than 3's which is good but still need to "work harder"!
Just arrived home and quick change and out for dinner in 5 minutes for my mums birthday! No booze again! My parents next door neighbours are out too and so will be expecting me to be drinking. I'm far too tired for all this making up excuses all night! I'd give anything for a night at home relaxing! Sorry for moaning! It's been a very long week!

I'll do the flowers! I have to do my own too as dp has been out and planted a load up today in the garden! Amazed and impressed
I can't wait for poas! Think i will tomorrow (8dpo) as it will gear me up for the negative on Saturday. I am sick of being good and not drinking, this week from hell deserves a drink! On a positive note all this not drinking has made me drop another half lb today!

P.s. Zero symptoms here! Unless being cold is a symptom? May be scraping the bottom of the barrel with that one....
