Anyone else 4dpo?

Today I'm 4 days past ovulation- I think. So that makes me due AF 8th May.

I'm 27, and first month ttc #1.

Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat?

I had a google of it too, it says if you're over 35 and smoke you can't use it. I don't smoke but will be over 35. Is it you can't be either or just can't be both?
We haven't managed to dtd tonight, neither of us were really in the mood and dp reckons that this morning will suffice! I wish I could have my positive opk on a weekend one month! It would be so much easier without long work days getting in the way. Although, I suppose we had a weekend last month and still didn't manage it as well as it could have been...
I almost feel cheated that I won't be drinking now for 2 weeks and stressing myself out about it all and he just isn't interested tonight. I'm sick of all this baby making sex, it is crap! As soon as my fertile window is gone and there is no pressure it's good again..
If nothing happens this month I'm going to make sure I book my fertile window off in the summer holidays and go away for a few days.
I hope we get caught this month so we don't have to do this well timed sex again for a long time...

By the way I am having mega pains I think in my left ovary but also moving more in the middle quite low down. Cramping and aching. Fairly new type of pain, if it was later in the month I'd think AF was on her way but it is definitely a different type of pain.
Let's hope this is ovulation and there is still a strong swimmer or 2 up there...

Haha I'm ok when off. However when I am pregnant I turn into the actual devil my poor DH! I can't help it. I also once cried because they put the wrong sauce on my wrap at McDonalds...

And thats all good signs, shame about missing it last night but he is most likely right if you did it in the morning and then tonight you should cover the best chances! I think we are both lucky that we like to dtd a lot regardless of weeks so so far I haven't really noticed much of a difference!

If your DP is like my DH I think they just think either it will happen or it won't no point stressing over one shot! Which as much as I wish I could think that way I really can't. Someone commented to me today I look like I am ready for having another baby and all I could thing was I wish!

It was and pretty sure I ovulated yesterday afternoon / evening due to the cramps and pains. All gone today!
1st weekend without a drink this weekend since Jan.
Even if I don't get a bfp it's good as need to drop more weight well that's what I'm telling myself

Well, last night was my 1st Friday night in a while without a drink, the prosecco was singing out my name. Tonight we are out for dinner with friends, luckily I am the designated driver so shouldn't have too many questions asked. Although they will be coming back here after so it will be noticed then. I don't like people seeing me refuse a drink as I know it will make them think I am pregnant. Last night we were at my brothers and they popped a bottle and I declined a glass, dp was then going on about me driving this weekend (out of excitement for having a chauffeur) and not drinking he was told off in the car for drawing attention to it. When we arrived home I felt I had to text them to tell them I wasn't pregnant, i don't want them thinking I am when I'm not. I don't know why it bothers me so much but it does. I don't usually care what people think, with this it's different, I'm not sure why.

Moving on... On a positive note dp was great with the new baby (16 days old). I think it has removed any fears he had about having one of our own.

One strange thing - my coccyx has been so painful for a couple of days (since ovlation), feels bruised even though there is no reaosn to be. it can't be a symptom as it started at ovulation but thought I'd keep a record if it.

I would just make a comment tonight in passing that you aren't pregnant without a big song and dance so people realise that it's not pregnancy reasons you aren't drinking!
Maybe even before you get to yours comment on how people thought last night you might be pregnant because your having a weekend off the booze for a change and how you had to explain to them you wasn't you was just being well behaved! Or somehow drop it in before it gets asked! Can you make up a really bad hangover from last weekend or something that has meant you just can't face it?

I know what you mean about not wanting people to know thats why when people ask I tell them we are trying later this year rather than now!

I'm having symptoms but still not sure if its all due to a possible pregnancy (fingers crossed) or just in my head. I am exhausted! Slept for nearly 12 hours last night and fancy a nap now, but then I have been doing a lot of work recently. My boobs are so sore, to the point we were shopping this morning and all I could think about was my boobs. Also having almost ewcm? so I really don't know!

It does. But in a way I wish I wasn't having anything because I am getting my hopes up now and I think I'll be really disappointed if I get a bfn or AF arrives

Hangover works perfect then and you can bring it up before they do! the only reason I have said end of this year is people know I want another and I'm hoping before they start thinking have you started trying yet I am pregnant!

Tonight is now a BBQ at ours because of the sun.
Totally wiped out, could do with just going back to bed, this is the only thing keeping me going that it may end up being a bfp this month as looking back over the last few months no exhaustion at this time of the cycle.
It will all be worth it if I get my bfp!

Never my boobs were so sore from virtually the second I got pregnant - right up into my armpits! Sounds really promising

AF due Sat 6th June - slap bang in the middle of our holiday. Grim!

lod that gives me hope it's only ever been the nipple that hurt (I think) however this is actually up to my arm pit so that's what made me really think it was in my head. But who knows. Not long till we find out! I still don't think it will happen this month and I'm here till we all get our BFP even if im the last one standing haha! Not long till your holiday though, just keep busy as soon as it's over and it could be a holiday baby!

Managed no drinking last night! Bought a few nice soft drinks to keep me going which helped .
Last night turned into a bit of a Eurovision party! Did anyone else watch it? Such a good laugh!

20 hours sleep last night and still totally wiped out again today! Good job it's the weekend. Not holding my breath that this has anything to do with getting a bfp because since coming off the depo I've been battling with fatigue for an awful lot of the time, I think it's all just hormones but secretly have my fingers crossed behind my back

Told DH last night how sad I've been feeling about not being pregnant, how I didnt think for a minute that I woukdnt be pregnant for our holiday and he's promised we are on it next month which has cheered me up too.

I really really don't want LLOD to be an only child as he has no close family aside from me & DH and fairly elderly GPS. It's sad.

Not heard from fay for a while but think she is pretty similar to my timeframe.

I'll probably 1st poas on sat morning which will be 9dpo.

Decided I will certainly drive next Friday at the wedding and hey ho, I've managed to not drink this weekend.....

If I get a bfp on sat it will make it much easier to not drink at the 3yr olds party booze fuelled BBQ for the adults! Still quite early though. I just hope I will accept the negative which it will almost certainly be (either because it's just too early or because it is in fact negative) and not drink in consolidation!

Yes think I'm first up for POAS on Thursday. I'm 10dpo now min but I think it's more like 11! But trying my best to hold off. As time goes on im feeling less and less hopeful so roll on the March baby

Ha! You won't believe it! I'm known to be partial to a little Prosecco and yesterday a friend turned up with a case of that nice sainsburys one with the black label!

Argh! Awkward AND hard not to give in I lowe prosecco.

This is cycle 6 Never which I know isnt ling to try at all (thinking of poor Vap and her depo hell) but as first pregnancy happened on the first real try it has been a bit of a surprise - I was very complacent. But there have been other issues getting in the way so I think now we've talked about a few things I'm really hopeful next month will be a fresh start.

Hurry up Thursday! I'm excited for you!!

I know what you mean lod in the expecting it to just happen! I'm only on cycle 2 so I know so early but before it just did! Yes enjoy the prosecco for us, no bank holiday here so business as usual tomorrow and after my 5am wake up im already struggling to stay awake!

Thanks lod and vap for the excitement for Thursday however I just feel like AF is going to arrive then! My couple of days ago optimism has faded! Im just about to go on Amazon and order some OPKs and hope they are here for next month!

I'm dreading that bit never - the days are long enough with a toddler, let alone toddler + bump. But lovely to have them hopefully as company for one another - do you have a DS or DD?
