New thread!
This thread pretty much does what it says on the tin...
Shall we start with some stats?
I'm 32, TTC since last Jan, 2x MMC last year and on second cycle of trying again.

littlebbunny · 23/04/2015 07:51

Thanks Romeo I haven't tested and not planing to until the day of af which is next week and if AF arrives, so be it.

Nousername2015 · 23/04/2015 08:27

Missmrs, hope everything is OK and goes well at your appointment.
Mrsdiddlydoo, really liked your post last night about looking at another bfp like a new opportunity. I think that kind of thinking is definitely the best way to go about it, even if it takes a lot of effort to keep it up at times!

Fizzie100 · 23/04/2015 09:19

Morning all how is everyone today? I am feeling a bit more positive today. Sore and tingly nipples are back along with my bunged up nose and sneezing which I got as soon as BFP. And no more spotting . I'm hoping these are all good signs and I'm going to book scan for 7-8 weeks I think. Mrs hope your appointment goes well xx

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 09:51

Missmrs I hope your app goes well and praying for things to be Okx

ItBoilsMyPiss · 23/04/2015 09:53

So happy to see these BFPs!

Just dropping in briefly. 3DPO now. Upgraded FF to VIP again and ordered a BBT thermometer which is coming today via Amazon Prime.

I've just signed up for my next OU module that starts in October... Figure I may as well, there's no guarantee of falling pregnant quickly or having a sticky one Sad And if I do, I can easily defer the module for a year.

Romeolovesjuliet · 23/04/2015 09:57

Sorry littleb, I get confused with names and misunderstood your post.

littlebbunny · 23/04/2015 10:17

Great news Fizzie wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

littlebbunny · 23/04/2015 10:20

Think I've caught something, first time in years, everything I've eaten today has gone right through me. Sorry for the tmi. Hope it's gone tomorrow.

CarrotPuff · 23/04/2015 10:30

MrsC sorry your appointment was confusing. It's good they are still looking at things. Agree with pp that if it's just bad luck, it has to run out at some point. Did they say you can resume TTC or are you waiting for the test results back first? Sorry about the baby bomb. I don't even know what to say, you must feel hurt and betrayed... Did she know about your losses? Maybe it was a clumsy attempt to protect you?

MrsM thinking of you, I hope it's just a blip Flowers

Fizzie that's good that spotting stopped, I hope it's plain sailing from here!

Oh bunny stomach bugs suck, I hope you feel better soon!

Just watched the last episode of OBEM. God I cried so much, it was so emotional! They all are, but this one was very much so!

MissMrsMummy · 23/04/2015 11:12

Thanks for your kindness everyone! I'm back, had bloods, got progesterone pessaries and might be able to have something else depending on blood results later. Also got to have low dose aspirin. He told me to stop temping! Hope everyone ok x

littlebbunny · 23/04/2015 11:24

Aw thanks Carrot, you're too sweet. Hope you and MrsD get your sticky bfps soon. Fx for you lovely ladies.

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 11:45

Missmrs that's great that they were able to advise you and give you progesterone and aspirin. Do you have low progesterone? What does the aspirin do? Hoping and praying for you x

littlebbunny · 23/04/2015 11:50

Sounds like a good visit with the Dr missmr and very good advice on the temping! Wink

MissMrsMummy · 23/04/2015 11:50

Hi mama my progesterone was 31 on up day 21 bloods and I've just had it taken today so I don't know if it's low yet. I think the aspirin thins your blood or something? He is trying to make sure my lining stays nice and thick.

MissMrsMummy · 23/04/2015 11:51

Ps thanks for your prayers Smile

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 11:56

That's great that you are getting good support x

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 12:36

Ladies if I could officially join this thread please. I feel today is a new day for me.

As some of you have maybe read, I had a d&c yesterday after a mmc. I was 8 and a half weeks yesterday but there was no fetal growth after 6 and a half weeks. This has been the most difficult few weeks of our lives but today I feel stronger and relieved that the darkest days are now over.

I was ttc for almost 2 years prior to this happening with no luck. DH has slight sperm issues but consultant believes it mainly all in normal range apart from 20% antibodies which he has retested as believes it's a "red herring". So awaiting the results of that and my AMH test. Then we go on to the waiting list for ivf and won't expect treatment until jan 2016 (long list).

We are so hoping for a miracle before needing treatment.

Can I ask those who have had a d&c how long you waited before ttc again?? I was told I could ttc when bleeding stops and soon as we feel ready. Also told would be more fertile following mmc. We are keen to crack on as soon as possible given how long it took for our first bfp but I know everyone is different and also advice/guidance seems to vary also!

Romeolovesjuliet · 23/04/2015 13:31

Mama welcome, I'm glad you are feeling stronger today. We ttc straight after I had the erpc for my first mmc. I think I had light bleeding for a week - 10 days but felt physically fine and ready so wanted to crack on. We were lucky and I fell pregnant that cycle and that gave us our wonderful DD. I did use opks that month but didn't get a positive so I was never quite clear on dates but it wasn't hugely different from a normal cycle. I did have some early bleeding in my pregnancy that I worried was connected with not having waited but there is no scientific evidence to support this! Listen to your body and if you feel ready, there is no reason not to try Smile

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 13:36

Thanks Romeo and that's lovely you have your little dd :) gives me such hope! I just think after ttc for so long I shouldn't waste time. I'd love to get pregnant again soon, but also don't want to pin my hopes on that happening when it's taken us so long.

Thank you for the welcome, everyone seems so supportive. I think this is the right place for me now :)

Adventuregame · 23/04/2015 13:45

Mama - think I'll be joining you here soon. The ladies here know I'm hovering and picking up tips on OPKs and BBT etc. Just ordered my thermometer from Amazon to start charting.

Missmrs hope you get good news.

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 14:07

Adventure, yes please do. Would love to have you here!

Fizzie100 · 23/04/2015 17:14

Welcome Mamama you've come to a lovely place x

Fizzie100 · 23/04/2015 17:24

Welcome Mamama you've come to a lovely place x

ibeka · 23/04/2015 17:47

mrsdiddly thank you. Your post made me cry a bit then pull myself together a bit. It was very very much appreciated.

mrsconfusion I'm so sorry, you have had such a rough time and being unclear about the advice you're being given just makes it worse. As for the baby bomb... I totally get your anger. It just sucks. Flowers for you.

welcome mamma. My surgery was on 23rd March but I didn't get a BFN until last Thurs. I believe you can't ovulate until after that, as your body thinks you're pregnant still. We have been DTD but I haven't temped or anything. Have been doing OPKs but all negative so far.

Can I ask anyone who knows how long after your post-MC bfn you reckon you first ovulated? It's been a week now and no eggwhite or lines on OPKs. Feeling impatient!
