New thread!
This thread pretty much does what it says on the tin...
Shall we start with some stats?
I'm 32, TTC since last Jan, 2x MMC last year and on second cycle of trying again.

Congrats Fizzie! Wishing you a boring pregnancy Smile

Romeo I hope your dream will come true! Not the forgetting to feed your baby bit though Grin

I'll try to take a relaxed approach this month. DTD just when I feel like it. Although last month my drive was over the roof coming up to ovulation Shock

Fizzie100 · 15/04/2015 17:27

Thanks so much everyone, hoping so much it is a sticky one :) x

MarysPrayer · 15/04/2015 17:49

Congratulations and fingers crossed for you fizzy. xx

ibeka · 15/04/2015 20:42

Congratulations fizzy! Wishing you a boringly healthy and fantastically happy 9 months Smile

littlebbunny · 16/04/2015 09:52

Getting bitten alive by midges, red and itchy...pain! Never been bitten before but I guess there's first time for everything!

How's everyone doing?

kep1979 · 16/04/2015 10:18

littlebunny that doesn't sound fun!

I'm OK, was a month yesterday since mc, so felt sad, but feeling much more up today. Am popping pills and eating healthily and finally off my period. So can jump dh Grin

Also focusing on keeping myself as stress-free as possible, which isn't that easy as we are temporarily living with in-laws whilst buying our next house, which is going slowly as they haven't found anywhere, have secondary school place woes (due to temporary address) and ridiculously stressful job! But I'm guzzling rescue remedy and trying to meditate without giggling

Given all that I'm feeling freakishly positive today - and looking forward to a weekend in Wales this weekend, and a holiday to Miami at the end of May Smile

littlebbunny · 16/04/2015 10:51

Good that you're feeling positive kep Seen most of US but not Miami. Good to look forward to something. Can't beleive weekend is just around the corner. Head back to Paris next Monday Sad but will be back again to see the fam so got to look forward to that. Not looking forward to another week of jetlag won't know the diff bt pregnancy symptoms or jetlag, both very similar!
Only 3DPO. A little nervous about the next AF. I heard after mc it can be painful.

kep1979 · 16/04/2015 12:29

bunny my AF wasn't particularly painful, I was just not prepared for just how heavy and clotty it was...... think I'd have been less worried if I'd have known. And it was a bit weird, spotting before proper AF, and lasted longer.

But fingers crossed that it won't come!

Adventuregame · 16/04/2015 12:58

Hello again.....

So I had the follow up today after my ERPC and Dr said all looks optimistic for the future but he wouldn't wait too long !! So I guess that means I'll be TTC sooner than I thought. Still waiting for first AF and with a 42 day cycle it could be a while.

I've ordered some ic ovulation strips but never used before so might need some advice ! Is there really any point doing any during the wtf cycle to see if anything is happening or should I just sit it out til next time ? I don't want to try before I've had one cycle so I know my body is as back on track as can be (stupid long cycle) !!

Congrats to all those with BFP since I last hovered over the thread !!

mrsdiddlydoo · 16/04/2015 17:42

adventure if you're not planning to ttc this month I'd not bother with the opk yet. Others might like the reassurance they've ov or to find out when it happens but it can be a messed up cycle for some. Mine were ok. Glad you got the all clear from the doctor. A step in the right direction.

mrsdiddlydoo · 16/04/2015 22:28

Its nearly the weekend thank god!

Nousername2015 · 17/04/2015 09:59

Marking my spot. Mmc found at 12 weeks in March, AF turned up yesterday.
Hoping to ttc again once AF is over. Trying to just 'go with it' and not chart too much etc but what will be will be!

kep1979 · 17/04/2015 12:16

mrsd amen to that!

adventure I did use opks, just so I knew when to expect AF, as I usually have dodgy cycles (pcos) but they didn't help much as it was hard to know what was actual lh surge, and what was leftover hcg.

nouser sorry you are here Flowers I hope your AF is relatively gentle on you, I finished my first on Wednesday so officially back in the saddle Smile

AFM getting back in the routine of temping plus opks, having only done opks for the last year. Off for another relaxing weekend in Wales this evening - am making concerted effort to chill! I hope everyone is doing OK, plenty of Wine all round tonight!

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 15:42

Hi everyone, sorry I've not been on in a while. Been busy with work but also fed up following condsultant appt. Got to have AMH checked as it looks like I have low ovarian reserve. Only 3-4 follicles on ultrasound.

I will read back now x

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 16:01

Ooh congratulations bristolian and fizzie! Wonderful news. Wishing you a smooth pregnancy.

Anyone else really moody after m/c? I am so snappy every afternoon. Maybe I'm just tired but I told DH it's hormones. I'm 6dpo.

Happy weekend!

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 16:02

little sorry to hear you've been feeling low. I've been very up and down as well. If you have a few good days then a bad day after that seems to hit you harder Flowers hope you feel better.

Adventuregame · 17/04/2015 16:10

MissMrs my consultant told me yesterday I can expect 2-3 months of sadness/moodiness following my mmc ! Joy !

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 16:22

Oh I see adventure that's good to know (but also not good!) thanks

Adventuregame · 17/04/2015 16:48

Yes he said don't try and understand it or reason it out you just have to go with it. I was surprised as I figured as soon as you get the BFN then your hormones are back to normal but apparently not - they're still all over the shop.

My osteopath said that acupuncture can really help to calm hormones and reset your body and encourage menstrual cycle to return ro normal etc - depends on how much you believe in that kind of stuff really. I'm quite open to all treatments.

MarysPrayer · 17/04/2015 17:15

MissMrs I can relate to how you're feeling right now. We're at very similar points right now - both in our cycles (I'm also 6dpo) and regarding the length of time since mc. Offering a hand to hold. xx

MarysPrayer · 17/04/2015 17:22

Just realised I haven't posted on here for few days Blush Caught up now.

Welcome nousername, sorry you've had to join us. Flowers

Adventure I'm glad your doctor had good news. It may be worth trying some opks this month. At least it will give you some idea of what may be happening next month.

alphabook · 17/04/2015 18:23

Hi all, tentatively jumping in...

Stats: I'm 28, TTC#1 since March 2013, got pg on my 3rd round of clomid and mc naturally at 6 weeks a week ago. Still early days and I need to wait for my hormones to sort themselves out but I'm trying to focus on getting back on the TTC bus.

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 19:48

Thanks you marys hope you're not feeling too bad. Just worried about how I'm going to feel if/when I get AF next weekend, going to be crushed.

Hi alpha sorry to hear about your cm! you are in good hands here Flowers

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 19:48

Oh no sorry, iPad changed that, it wasn't meant to have an exclamation mark and was meant to say mc. Awfully sorry, it made my comment sound insincere xxxx

MissMrsMummy · 17/04/2015 19:49

Hello also nousername sorry to see you here. Sounds like you have a relaxed approach, that will really help you x
