Hi all ... We had a thread for Jan BFPs but it seems full?! Thought I would start the second thread.. No idea if this will work as haven't done it before so here's hoping I see you all here!!

I'm still doing OPKs and since last Wednesday they've all been blank but today's is quite dark (not dark enough to be positive) what the fudge is going on

You're going to turn me into a POAs addict I'll try get a frer tonight, but if not I'll defo get one before the weekend and do another test. DP said it was a shadow, what is he like.

Help! I thought I Ovd last week but have had these 2 tests today at 12 and 1.30pm? Im CD25 of a roughly 32 day cycle.

Did 2 because I threw the 1st one away then saw the line! Bottom is teat 1 and top is test 2

Terrys - I'm encouraged that your GP said they were willing to send you for some tests after 6 months.

Failure - in answer to your questions, I'm 32 (almost 33). Had a cp (cycle 2) in June. Got a positive on a Clearblue at 12dpo, started bleeding at 4+5 and by 4+6 Clearble gave me a BFN. No idea whether this was an ectopic.

Had my ruptured ectopic 3 cycles later. Was admitted for surgery and had my right Fallopian tube removed. I was told that they look at your other tube at the time (in deciding whether to remove or patch up the ruptured tube), and this 'looked healthy' (whatever that means). They then send whatever they recover to the lab for analysis. I was told that if there was any obvious cause for the ectopic they'd write to me within 6 weeks and let me know. I haven't received a thing or spoken to a doctor since.

Terrys - your helpful gp experience makes me think that I should make an appointment so that at least I know how long I need to ttc before they'll offer any assistance.

cariad so you've actually been trying for 8/9 months?? I would go to the docs and kick up a fuss, honestly push them and see what they can do or get them to commit to when you can get some help. I'm sure you won't need it but at least if you have something like that in mind, you have it in as a backstop. In my experience GP's will only pay attention to you if you demand it, with my ectopic my GP told me to wait until my 12 week scan . I had to demand a scan and thank goodness I did!

Acupuncture was good, I've come away feeling really positive. She said my bloods low (or something like that). I have low blood pressure and am often light headed so I wasn't surprised by this. She's recommended I take spatone which is an iron supplement.

I am over 40 and she sees no reason why I shouldn't conceive, and sees the mc as a positive as it shows I can get pregnant. she specialises in fertility and a lady of 46 went to see her for treatment but wasn't trying to conceive, by her 3rd appointment she'd discovered she was pregnant!

So she's going to try and make me ov a little later, I get a +opk between cd10-12. She said cd 12 isn't too bad but cd10 is a bit early for the lining to have built up.
She's also told me to eat more protein.....with every meal!! I don't eat a lot of meat so this will be a challenge

If anyone is thinking of having acupuncture have a look on the Zita west website and find one that specialises in fertility.

If cd 10 is early to ov Im probably stuffed this month with pb on cd 6? I normally only ov on cd 10... Pray for a miracle for me ladies...

Oh dear... !! I saw the zita west vits in my local wholefoods and wondered about them. I'm going to a herbal/nutritionist on Friday to discuss these things see what they say.. Worth a shot! I wondered if you have ever tried yoga? It's supposed to help circulation too. Sounds very positive re the other client at your acupuncture clinic! Fingers crossed for you! Have you been trying a while?

Sparkly, I'm on cycle 19!! I had a mc in nov 2013. I've got my 21day blood test on Friday and then they're going to check that everything's working as it should be at the clinic. Just felt that acupuncture was worth a try! I'm a big jillian Michael's fan and I sometimes do her yoga dvd, might be worth doing it more often.

Boris, I'm sure plenty of ladies ov on cd10 and get a bfp so I wouldn't worry.

Is anyone else on pant watch? I keep going to the loo to see what's going on in there.... My colleagues must think I'm sick or weird.

FTL - I just turned 31! Ha ha! Oh jesus - anything to do with teeth just sends shivers down my spine. I called the dentist a sadist to her face! She just laughed! lol just waiting for the referral now.

Ah I dunno what my uterus is up to. I've been wearing a sani all day in case AF bitch face arrives. Slight ache down there but nothing. Nudda. not a sausage - literally.

Welcome focus, sounds like you are a bit of a charting expert. I wish I'd started sooner so I'd have a clearer idea before now but I'm slowly learning the pattern of my cycle. Lots of luck to you.

Hi girls, can I join? Was aiming for February bus having come off the pill end of last year but had a very dark/bright test line on an OPK yesterday so am hoping to catch the end of the January bus! X

So looks like there's loads of us feeling like af is on the way. Hope you are all doing OK, don't let it get to you, it's not over till that horrible bitch arrives.

I think I get more upset thinking af is coming than I do when she actually does. I guess after two days of spotting the surprise of it has worn off.
