Hi all ... We had a thread for Jan BFPs but it seems full?! Thought I would start the second thread.. No idea if this will work as haven't done it before so here's hoping I see you all here!!

It was just an internet cheapie. There wasn't really a colour at all, could just see the edges of the line if that makes sense, so I'm pretty certain it was an evap. Have slightly better tests stashed but keeping them for closer to AF!

Just wanted to pop in to say hi to you all.

What a lovely clutch of bfps already, congratulations.

I'm not posting much as I am trying to obsess less about ttc for a little while to see if that helps us.

Confusing chart this cycle so no idea how many dpo I am anyway! :)

Still sitting quietly at the back of the bus cheering you all on though! Xx

11dpo and a lack of definitive symptoms means that I'm not feeling overly optimistic. Determined to wait until Thursday (13dpo) to test so that I get a definitive answer and don't spend half of this week getting BFNs whilst attempting to convince myself that it's too early and probably a false negative!

Good luck to everyone who is yet to POAS - after the early January snowstorm it would be so awesome to see a flurry of BFPs on this bus.

Af was due yesterday, no sigh and BFN, Af is always on time for me and last month it was early now it's late, I'm only taking folic acid, I've read that this isn't supposed to affect cycles but my cycle has always been so regular?!

So 3 days to PeeFest. Ovia reminded me today that I need to wait 3 days. Like I might have forgotten.

I do feel like Af may be on her way, so I might not get to pee on any of my collection of sticks. I have all my usual issues (day of feeling tearful, day of upset stomach, headaches).

I'm having a bit of a difficult time at work, difficult manager and I have no motivation. The TWW makes things even worse for me, I'm really struggling to do anything or focus. I'm 36, on cycle 7 of actively trying and cycle 10 since I dumped birth control and desperately just want this baby! Bah.

Sympathies to all thoes waiting for ovulation or on the tww.

Sounds like there are a few of us who are hoping for bfps at the end of this week. normally by this stage I'd have cramping, sore boobs etc but so far nothing. so I'm counting that as a symptom in itself. Grin

oh and I've got thrush Angry I've read this is a symptom too

This is mine and DH's first month of SWI and it's been jolly good fun so far (ahem Blush)

Morning all.

Think I might be O as I have CMEW and woke up really warm this morning. I'm not checking my temp yet (need to invest in a new thermometer).
Only issue is, DH is having a tough time at work and is particularly stressed. Tried DTD this morning but it didn't really work out. Hoping to try again this evening.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

MaMa, I think your sex sessions were perfectly timed, don't you? O-1 and O-2 are great days to get the sperm nicely settled in to await the egg. How many of us try to include sex on ov day? I know I do but I always secretly think it's a bust because sperm takes ten hours to be 'ready' in situ before it's capable of fertilising an egg. That's what I read recently anyway - any opinions on this? Is ov-day sex really really important?

lets we might still be the same! I've not had a positive opk only that weird one last wed. I'm thinking of poas on Saturday thay will be 9 dpo if I did ovulate? Agghhrr!

roughtyping it's difficult to say without a pic, but if you just had the edges of a line on an IC, it could be the space where the dye pools on the test strip - I have been caught out by this before! The ICs have a line-width blank dip in the test where any dye would collect. If there is no colour at all then it might just be that.

Don't give up hope though - I had one of those three days before I got my proper, but faint BFP!

As for those of us who are unlucky and don't get our bfps - there'll be a February bus waiting in the wings. Some of the lovely ladies from here have already jumped on when AF arrived.
