Hi all ... We had a thread for Jan BFPs but it seems full?! Thought I would start the second thread.. No idea if this will work as haven't done it before so here's hoping I see you all here!!

Back to work and a busy week ahead so may not be around much. But I'll see you all on Friday for PissFest! Good luck to anyone testing before then. I'll try and keep up.

Morning ladies. Can I have a virtual slap round the face? I'm turning into a symptom spotting maniac and am wanting to POAS to see a negative just to shut myself up!

Spinning, FF has given up on me too. It feels like such a telling-off when FF puts a tentative ovulation line in, only to rescind it a few days later with 'we have no idea what is going on with your body, so no ovulation line for you!' I got that message this morning. I had a peak CBFM last Thur/Fri so I could be 3-4dpo. Who on earth knows. When is your BFP due? I seem to remember we've got similar cycles.

Mama, af due 25th. I'm sure I've ov'd, I just think my odd temps due to my cold have confused FF. Hoping my cold buggers off soon and temp returns to normal

Hope so too! I'm due around the 21st as I have short cycles, but I took soy this cycle so it could lengthen a bit. I could poas! I never get a chance to before AF arrives...

Morning all! Hope we are all well and there are more bfps to come this week! AF due Friday for me so not too much longer to wait. I haven't temped, done opks or anything so no idea whether our luck is in this month or not! Feels strange but good - today was the first time I did a bit of symptom spotting!

Cariad we were the same this month.. Could not have done more at all. Keeping everything crossed for you, not long to go now. I have had niggly pains too and I'm feeling quite Pre AF like today.. Noooo!!! Really Hoping that you get your BFP this month

Shinysparkly that's tough, I hope some of the others can help you on this bus.. We are doing at home AI and my husband finds it hard enough to climax for that as he feels the pressure! It's a tough one. Sending positive thoughts

Melon thanks. You hit like a girl BFP due wed/Thursday I think... So not long! FF has changed it to Saturday and given me a 31day cycle though which never ever happens so I'm sticking with Wed/Thurs. Are you Wed too??

I'm next Wednesday! Hence needing the smack. Although cyce still messed up post MC so really it's anyone's guess

Well I don't think this is our month, AF not due til Thursday but I have had no symptoms at all (except for a couple of pinching-type-feelings in my pelvis since Friday - 9 dpo). I think it would be very much wishful-thinking to hope that they were implantation though as I had no spotting or anything else.

I will wait and see, if I don't get AF on Thursday then I will test... but like I say I don't think this is our month. Never mind, if it isn't then this is only cycle 1, from what I've been reading you have to be really lucky to get PG straight out of the blocks.

I have only just registered on here and I am hoping this/you guys will help me understand a bit more of my thoughts/feelings/emotions while me and the OH TTC and also when we do (hopefully) conceive.

This is our first month. We're at CD11 and I am feeling a little mentally and physically drained (thinking it might be a little information overload).
We have been DTD since CD7, and have been DTD everyday to give us the best chance. I have downloaded a couple of apps to help to track my cycle (Ovia and Clue) and they have been a good so far.

I think I just want to know that we are doing all the right things TTC. I know that it could take us a few months (maybe more) but I just want to reassure myself that this is normal.

Good luck to everyone else on here and hope we all get a BFP soon.

I stopped PO my OPKs on Friday as I was getting frustrated so don't know if I Ov'd at all or not. It was supposed to stop me thinking about it, don't know if it's worked. Definitely noticed more cm over the weekend and am keeping up DTD'athon so not sure if in TWW or what. So... Ovia says AF/BFP due 22nd and Glow says 26th!! Why does four days apart feel so long!!!? Planning on holding out until AF is due.

We're moving into our first home next week so hoping that will be a nice distraction.

Feeling less hopeful today. I dunno why, all weekend I was sure this would be my BFP but starting to think it was wishful thinking.

AF due on Thursday but Ovia is telling me to test tomorrow. I hate seeing BFNs so planning to wait until Wed or Thurs. Luckily have my travels to keep my mind occupied!

I take my eyes of this thread for a day and omg the BFP's keep on coming! :)

Oh newbian I was keeping an eye on your posts! was hoping for a BFP for you. My ovia says I am also due Thursday and I am having slight cramps. So guessing my BFPeriod bitch is on the way.

Tell me more about these self insem packs.... how far do you ahem - get it up - right up to your opened cervix? do you feel to see if it is open first - can you do that?

Mine is tilted - would that make a difference?

I've been very weepy, I cried twice yesterday, once during the news and once during Songs of Praise! Not normal for me. So either BFP or an epically strong AF on the way.

Banana fingers crossed you may be one of the lucky first time BFPs. And if not, it won't be long until the next try!

Dojo welcome! I know it's overwhelming at times, it's unreal how much you learn about your body when TTC! These threads are really helpful.. Hope you have a short journey to your BFP!

Newbian positive thoughts to you!! I hope it's not the AF on route and a sparkly BFP instead! I'm also very Teary etc today, I think because I was pretty sure it would be a BFP this month and it's looking like AF now.

Glittery I'm also doing AI at home. We are on cycle 4, sadly today I feel it will be straight Onto cycle 5 for us as if brown spotting which I always get around this time. Taking it particularly hard this month and having a bad day today! The fertility clinic gave us supplies.. We havd syringes and cathetars which usually just go to probably the opening of the cervix.. I can't see inside obviously so I just have to insert and hope for the best! Hope your AF does not arrive!!!

Thanks for the welcome and sorry for gloomy premonitions I can touch my cervix with my finger (just) but have never been able to locate a hole. All I feel is firm tissue - or spongy wet tissue when ov is imminent. A wonderfully kind lady pm'd me to say she would send me some proper medicine-administering syringes which are longer and hold more liquid than the standard ones. Luckily I have a vadge like a wizard's sleeve so there shouldn't be too much fiddling or ouchiness

..thinking about it, a hole could only be located when we are ovulating, right? Any other time and the shop is shut..
