Hi all ... We had a thread for Jan BFPs but it seems full?! Thought I would start the second thread.. No idea if this will work as haven't done it before so here's hoping I see you all here!!

Sparkly and Hair - another show of solidarity here. I honestly think the 2ww gets harder every time. Can't decide whether to test at 12dpo on Wednesday or wait until Thursday - I so wish I had a fast forward button!

Trixy - forgot to say it earlier, but I'm glad you've decided to stick with us whilst not not trying. I would really miss you otherwise.

Diolch cariad. I'm feeling sick, tired, constipated, happy, terrified and anxious!
We have a private scan booked next Sunday. Hoping and praying that we'll see a little heartbeat to ease the worries.
There are lots of twins on my side of the family, so I'm also crapping myself about that.
Frolicdog is obsessed with laying her head on my belly. DH thinks it's a good sign and that she knows.

I'm still checking the thread every day to see how you're all doing. I love how friendly and supportive everyone is.

Do you really think you can hold out from POAS until Wednesday? I'm sure I recall you being more of an addict than that

Hello ladies, I've been absent since Christmas, decided to take a relaxed approach get pissed and enjoy ourselves instead of over thinking ttc. Didn't get preggers but it was nice not thinking about it too much!

I'm wondering if ttc is actually the right thing for us, over Christmas we felt quite 'complete'......I don't know. Giving up fills me with dread but so does the feeling of every thought being about ttc.....time to have a serious think.

Looks like there has been lots of fabulous news on here. I will read through as much as I can. There's so much!

I'm out. Af not here yet but 2ith no 1 I got bfp at 9dpo. Im 10dpo and no sign of bfp but all the symptoms of AF. Th8s was our last month trying. I'm sad this journey is over but all good things must come to an end. Thanks for the company ladies.

Conceptionzilla that really is a great name!!! Well BFP due thurs 15th I think!!.. However.. FF changed my date to Sat?! I'm hoping not..! I usually just wait for AF signs rather than testing early. According to my chart I've followed exact same bbt pattern as previous months and am on cd 24 same temp etc. Only thing different so far is no sore boobs and no brown spotting. And I'm going insane..!!! what about you??

Cariad ok let's try and stay focused on Thursday together..!!! I always know before because I get my pre AF symptoms so I am just sooo desperate for them not to appear to give me extra hope!!! Do u get symptoms usually around AF too?

I've had another bfp today. It's my birthday on weds, and I will be due af on the thursday. I will test again and if it is still bfp then we're going out and having sushi for dinner at a lush Japanese restaurant near us. I'll test again on the thursday or maybe af will show up, anyway once af shows up i will be getting blind drunk :)

Frolic - lovely to hear from you. Thanks for the update. Do keep us posted as to how your scan goes next Sunday. Will be thinking of you.

Sparkly and Frolic - with my 2 BFPs last year, a lack of my usual pre-AF cramping which normally started about 7dpo was a definite sign. However, acupuncture means that I never get cramps until the day before AF now so that's no longer a reliable symptom. I had loads of stabbing pains in my abdomen on Friday (7dpo) which I've never had before, and which got me all excited about inplantation but as my cm seemed to dry up yesterday and I don't yet have the frequent urination I had with my 2bfps now I'm not so sure.

The only other symptom I have is feeling really tired, although I'm worried that this might be because my body's still not recovered from the ectopic.

I'm definitely going to try and hang on until Thursday - I really think a BFN is going to hit me hard this month, not least because we were on holiday during my fertile period this month (and are unlikely to be again for a while) and I honestly don't think we could have done more.

Oh this thread moves so fast! Not read through the last couple of days yet as on my phone and is a pain. Will catch up in a bit but congrats to the lovelies with bfps and sorry to those for whom af made an unwelcome appearance x

Don't think this is going to be our month as having issues when dtd. We haven't been the most sexually active over the last year (mainly because condoms are yucky) and this year has been fab so far in terms of lots of lovely sex. But for the last 3/4 times Dh hasn't been able to climax. I think it's now got to a point where he is so worried about it not happening he is putting a mental block in :(

Really don't know what to do to help. Have said it doesn't matter if not straight away etc to try and ease pressure. My app puts ovulation on weds, so still time if he can fire.

Anyone got any advise?

shinysparkly DH and I are going through the same. On the advice of a random fella who popped up on another thread I'm taking the pressure of DH, not telling him when we 'need' to have sex, just trying to have it as often as we both want. The trappings that come with the female ttc obsession aren't worth risking my sex life and thus marriage for. Hopefully it will happen if we can get back to normal patterns of having sex. I still use opps but he doesn't know. I don't temp and I no longer book him in for sex!

I'm not booking in sex, our sex drives both seem to of increased, I'm not putting pressure on and the last 2 times he initiated. I hope it will sort itself out soon. He must be so frustrated! (I am benifitting though )

I guess the one good thing is that I know it's not because he doesn't want to get pregnant. He is regularly talking about me having a bump and what our parenting will be like.

FF seems to have given up on me this cycle, not surprising as I have a terrible cold and temps are silly.
