stretchmarks · 24/11/2006 19:42

babymad, I had some ultra sensitive early tests from access diagnostics. I got a BFP on 10 and 11dpo but didn't quite beleive them and then tested again this morning with a first response.

I will get a scan done before xmas it is only £60 at a clinic in Solihull, I won't be able to hold out until the 12 weeks.

anyone fancy looking at my chart. It's not very good!
my chart:-(

MrsMcJnr · 25/11/2006 15:29

Hi Ladybump - cause we will, wonder who's next!?

Your chart is a bit odd but that could just be that the preferences are just not working for you yet, have you tinkered around with them a bit? Might be worth your while? Also, I think your coverline is way too high and that's why you are not getting post OV high temps over it, that might be because you started recording temps later in the cycle or again, due to the preferences.

Do you always make sure you temp first thing before you do anything after 3 hours consecutive sleep?

Don't be disheartened it will get easier as the softare gets to know your cycle better. Best thing though is that you have OVd and if you BDd around then, nothing else matters much and you might not even have to chart again next cycle! Babydust to you!

ladybump · 25/11/2006 15:43

thanks MRS! I wasn't even sure I have Ov'd but i suppose time will tell. Am on CD26 now and usually go 28-30 days so suppose i'll know by thurs/Fri.... Prepare yourself for they monthly AF arrival 'why me?' rant.

BBWBabeLisa · 25/11/2006 20:52

Wow wow wow!! See what I miss when my folks keep me away from my puter!

Huge congrats stretch & babymad!!!

Natty, good to see you're still lurking!

MrsMc - Hows it going? Hows MrMc? Sorry haven't had time to catch up on all the posts but his op was on Weds wasn't it? All go ok?

I'm hoping to see thermal shift in next day or two to confirm that I am actually ov'ing. EWCM all over the place (sorry if tmi!) so my body's deffo trying to! No wonder Persona wasn't picking it up, it only had me weeing on the sticks til day 21 or 22, CD23 today! Haven't been too good about remembering to take my prenatal vits but I figure it isn't quite so important this cycle anyway, will start to be more religious about it from start of next when theres a chance of conception. Just hoping now that I don't have a really short LP, as my cycle last month was 31 days, so if I ov'd around day 24 then too it's not a good sign. So, fingers crossed for thermal shift tomorrow or MOnday, then no AF til about 9th Dec (which would mean I should be ov'ing on or around boxing day!).
I told my folks this week that I'm ov'ing the week we're there, so they either need to move the furniture to put the two single beds in one room or we'll be sleeping next door at my grandma's (who has vacant doubles!)
Right gotta shoot, last evening with my guests, so looking fwd to having my house back to myself tomorrow! L x

Babymad2DS · 25/11/2006 23:28

Thanks Ladies!
Been out all day, still not sunk in, I cant explain how I knew just that I did I had this calm feeling too, I didn't even have any symptoms, apart from wanting to drink lots of water and eating all the time, did have creamy CM and more red-y coloured nipples!
DS party tomorrow so busy tomorrow and Going swimming on Monday so a might not get time to chat much till monday night/late afternoon, I'm not going to the OTHER tread yet, I'll wait a few weeks first! If you want to put up with me that is.
I will be due 09/08/07 that's a crazy date LOL! Told the family and a few friends they know the 12 week deal, but I needed to tell my gran so she could past the news on to my mother so that maybe knowing that I am pg she would stop causing trouble, we can live in hope. DH family are over the moon and my friends are jumping up and down with joy for me so feeling very happy! Off to change my name!

BabymadwithBump · 26/11/2006 11:39

MrsMcJur, I hope MrMcJur Is fine and well, and so glad to here he's coming home today!

MrsMcJnr · 26/11/2006 19:10

Hello ladies!

Ladybump - I will have a look at your chart again, but I think you can be sure you did OVd Thurs/Fri will be crucial for me too so you are not in it alone . No negative thoughts now!

BBW - MrMc got home about 4 yesterday, he is usually quite good at relaxing aka lazy but he has been very restless and has been doing all sorts of things he is not meant to do and is now in pain poor thing. He is quite a difficult patient and I am bearing the brunt of his frustrations but it is lovely to have him home! It's weird to not be sleeping or waking up together though! Make sure you take those vits, they need time to build up in your system! If you OVd on 26/12 - it'll be fate Howz your DD now? back to fighting fit?

Babymad - loving the new name! Glad you are going to stick around, I'd miss you so much after all these months of sharing everything!! I feel very calm this cycle too, think it is because there is so much going on at the mo but everytime I think "my boobs are like melons, I must be pregnant" I stop myself and think "you are 6dpo, get a grip, there is nothing there, you just have ever increasing knockers " Is your Mum pg too? think I read that somewhere. Don't let her spoil your happiness xxxx

ladybump · 26/11/2006 20:08

have been weak and tested. BFN. I know I'm only on CD 27 but used ultra sensitive PG tests and I just know I'm not. It's hit me really hard this time. Been so upset all day.can't stop crying.
Gonna change my name on here, think the 'bump' suffix is bringing me bad luck. Will say hi as my new name soon.

BabymadwithBump · 27/11/2006 09:27

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Ladies got to get some more BFP this month!

MrsMcJnr · 27/11/2006 12:07

Oh Lady/Wrighty - sorry you are down, sending you big hugs, don't give up hope yet, it is still really early days.

Thanks for your good wishes Babymad - we need them! My temps have been pretty steady for the last few days, nothing too low or high, only 7dpo so really early days. well, tempd at 4.30am as had to get up, got 36.1, went back to sleep until 7.30ish and got 36.8 so I have split the difference and recorded 36.4. Don't want to get my hopes up. Have tons of creamy CM so really hope it is not the lining dissolving too soon. Feel calm but think that its because there are so many other things going on besides TTC. The vivid dreams are back and my boobs feel very full. Testing next Monday if AF stays away (hoping and praying......)

BBWBabeLisa · 27/11/2006 18:05

Argh just lost a long post! Long story short -

CD25 - 4th day of loads of EWCM and still no temp shift. Starting to worry that it might be a sign of annov'. Hoping it's just that ov's been delayed by having the folks visiting for the week and that I'll see a temp shift tomorrow.

Dunno how I worked out that I should ov around boxing day next cycle - totally wrong - more likely to around or after new years day! Oh well.

MrsMc - crossing fingers for you.

Lady - keep your chin up. I had 18mths of tearful days til I fell pregnant with my DD.

GeekInPigTails · 27/11/2006 18:06

hello all, thought I'd join you since I've been using the same software this cycle. Posted my chart on the other thread. I'm pretty new to this, but it fairly classic to me - like I obviously OV'd, though I'm not sure whether it was actually the Monday (as it says) or the Sunday (which it has thumbed out).

LittleMissB · 27/11/2006 18:48

hi it's lady/wrighty under my new fresh name for a new fresh positive start. Still no AF but felt murderous today and boobs so sore. had some rumblings below too which makes me think it will arrive in next day or so.

Thanks you all for cheering me up. I know it will happen one day. Am just so impatient.
This sounds a bit crass but you know when you can control everything else in your life except the most important thing. Very ironic really. I've planned what school I'll send my children to, when I'd have maternity leave even. I think him above is reminding me that he is in charge and not me.I suppose it was quite arrogant of me really. Oh well we live and learn.

BabymadwithBump · 27/11/2006 19:09

The new things I tried this cycle: Using a Silvia microscope ovulation tester, taking iron, vit C, omega 3, and zinc (only upto OV)
Also: BDed day before OVulation (with O) and THE day of OVulation (with O), hormones were really good this cycles from what I can see, which I'm sure helped.
The Silvia tester was really good, it shown me to be fertile at 10am, then I got lots of EWCM at 10:30am , so i told DH i was very fertile and he came home from work early .
That my info to pass on, hope this help's others!

3catstoo · 27/11/2006 19:42

Sounds like you did everything just right and got a fab outcome, Babymad. Getting DH to come home was a great idea. Not sure if my DH would oblige as he has a 2 hour train journey to get there in the first place.

Will you be having an early scan like stretch?

Fingers crossed for you MrsMc.
Chin up Littlemiss. We'll have our turn soon.
If this is not your month when is Ov forecast for next cycle?
Mines the 8th Dec. Counting down the days already .
Welcome to Geekinpigtails. Hope the s/w does the trick for you.
We have good stats so far .
Haven't chart spotted since before w/e so will do some now.

Babydust and positive vibes coming through...........................................................................................
