MrsMcJnr · 05/11/2006 20:35

That is lovely news Stretchmarks . Also so pleased you've had a nice relaxing weekend.

Coggy - it doesn't sound bad, it's a fact, we all get so tired from the day to day that it is a real effort to BD as much as we should .

stretchmarks · 05/11/2006 20:38

Thanks Coggy,

I know what you mean about BDing, I have been looking at the chart demanding it for a week or so and then not bothered afterwards although did have to jump on DH today just to warm up before fertile week

Natty1806 · 06/11/2006 06:59

Morning All.

Thanks for the hug Mrs - right back at ya. It is time like these when it would be great if we just lived round the corner from each other. No one else understands as well as you lot.

Stretch - excellent news on the new family member bet SIL is well chuffed

coggy - think the main problem is we are not bd enough, am having a month of the gym this month to try and get my workout in the bedroom

Temp is still dropping, tiny bit of spotting yesterday not enough to log on software so AF will arrive tomorrow and then onto month 3 of clomid, it amazes me how one day you can feel so down about it all and willing to give up and then the next thinking of what to do different this month.

Have nice days.x

coggy · 06/11/2006 07:14

That's the merry-go-round...........you give up and then you're ridiculously positive again!!!
Weird isn't it??!!!
It would be good to live closer and then we could have coffee and talk knicker spotting!!!
I'm sure that local coffee shops would be horrified!!!!

Well I am REALLY confused now!!
Thought after a few months of data that I was getting a bit more sorted but...........got a HIGH on the CBFM today....CD9??????
Coverline is 36.9..............
I am confoooooosed greatly!!!

OP posts:
Babymad2DS · 06/11/2006 08:19

I'll second that merry-go-round is exactly what it is!

Morning Ladies, CD5 today AF is now on it's way out thank god, going to try something new this cycle with that saliva-scope hopefully it does the trick this month. Going to BD "every other day" like the Doctor said and not "every day", BDing marathon start late this week DH cant wait! My SIL is coming to the Hospital with me so I'll have some company, for some reason I've got a good feeling about this month!

Still keeping fingers cross for you Natty and MrsMcJur

Stretchmarks congratulations on your new niece how lovely!

Coggy Laughing my socks off over the "coffee and talk knicker spotting" I'm shaw he would be understanding..........okay maybe not....LOL!

How is everyone today?

Natty1806 · 06/11/2006 08:28

Good luck at your appointment Babymad, is it Wednesday? Al least it will clear your tubes out ready for the egg, perfect timing.

Coggy - going to look at you chart now, that is weird about the fertility monitor, you are on clomid this month though so that may effect it.

Any sign of AF Mrs?

Babymad2DS · 06/11/2006 09:23

Natty yes Wednesday 2 o'clock! A bit worried about the discomfort, people looking at my bits and the out come!

Natty1806 · 06/11/2006 09:25

Am sure it will be fine just make sure you have a big bar of chocolate waiting for you when you get home. x

MrsMcJnr · 06/11/2006 09:46

Morning ladies. I know so wht you mean about the roller-coaster! Af has now arrived and I can be in no doubt so though you cannot see my chart today, it looks very boring . I know exactly what you mean about swinging from negative to positive, I think this site helps to keep me positive and I don't know what I'd do without you all. As you say, it would be so nice to call Coffee Conferences and meet face to face but as we can't, lets keep the Meet Up for when we all have our precious bundles! such a lovely thought and it made me smile on a fragile day.

I am so exhausted, we did very little this weekend but I cannot shake the feeling, I guess I have to accept that I have a lot on my plate at the moment and just consider my health and relax as much as I can.

That's an odd reading Coggy but I guess, it is possible to OV from CD8 so maybe your body has decided to go for an early one this cycle? Sorry, not much help am I.

Babymad - will be thinking of you at your appointment and I hope you get some answers but good ones of course!

Have a good Monday girls x

Babymad2DS · 06/11/2006 09:48

BIG big box of chocolates I hope > Yes I'm sure it'll be fine!

Why do I keep spelling "sure" as "shaw" oh well, mad moments today not even 10am yet!

Babymad2DS · 06/11/2006 09:49

So sorry MrsMcJur! Thinking of you!

MrsMcJnr · 06/11/2006 10:04
Smile
Natty1806 · 06/11/2006 10:18

Sorry about AF Mrs Looks like we will be cycle buddies again this month.

Yeah we must all swap e-mail address so we can keep in contact if we don't all get BFP's together and then when we all have our wee babies we should definatley meet up. Poor coffee shop who has to put up with us lot + babies and probably the talk of our bits and how they have changed

lets try to make this month and relaxed and not stressed one. xxx

stretchmarks · 06/11/2006 12:01

morning,

Mrsmc sorry af has arrived.
babymad hope it all goes well on Wednesday.

Off to do some chart spotting now

coggy · 06/11/2006 16:50

Maybe the extra day of clomid has affected the reaing.........who knows??

The more I learn.......the more I realise that I don't know!!!!

MrsMc........I love your description of a fragile day....that is SUCH an appropriate way of putting it.

OP posts:
coggy · 06/11/2006 16:51

babymad...........I've had to book in for some swabs on Thursday so I will be joining you in the 'legs-up' position this week!!!!!

OP posts:
Babymad2DS · 06/11/2006 17:27

Coggy LOL, thank god I'm not the only one, not nice tho is it!? Have you ever had internal scan and dye x-ray thingy!?

Natty1806 · 06/11/2006 18:27

What you in for coggy? I thought you were on a 'break' until new year?

coggy · 06/11/2006 19:02

I am the internal scan queen Babymad!!!
What do you want to know!!!????

Natty......the clinic has requested a few more bloods which I did last month (thyroid for the MILLIONTH time, rubella AGAIN - 3rd time I think and other stuff).
These swabs are for something or another - not had to have them done before.
I can't understand what it says on the notes so I shall ask the nurse...........possibly chlamydia???
I think that was on a list I should have had many years ago and I've never been tested for.
I will let you know fter my joyous visit!!!

OP posts:
MrsMcJnr · 06/11/2006 19:26

Mind if we don't join you in sympathy on Thursday ladies! (I'm sure our turn will come round soon enough!)

Off to chart spot but before I do, Natty, yes let's be really chilled out this cycle. I'm going to try not to symptom spot or get worked up about highs or lows until after 10dpo. I will also not worry if/when I OV but will be BD consistently throughout (with DH of course).

MrsMcJnr · 06/11/2006 19:38

Isn't it funny how half of us are just starting a new cycle and the other half are just getting to the active stage! Wishing you babydust ladies!!

Stretchmarks - do you think you will OV around the same time this cycle or was last cycle unusual for you?

ladybump · 07/11/2006 07:20

hi all!
Got my TCOYF book yesterday and basal thermometer and was raring to go. When my alarm went off this morn, i lay there and stuck my digital thermometer in my mouth and left it for a minute and it read 35.8C, which transferred to F is 96.4F but on the charts (nt using software) it doesn't show up. As I am sure you know charts start at 36c and 97F so I cannot chart. Confused already! Should I buy another thermometer? HELP!

ladybump · 07/11/2006 07:23

...OR SHOULD I JUST CHART MY OWN TEMPS AND LOOK FOR SHIFT IN MY OWN TEMPERATURES IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY ARE NOT IN THE NORMAL SPECTRUM?

coggy · 07/11/2006 07:26

Yes!

I know that someone else recently was chillier than the given chart so just record it yourself........if you are consistenly lower then you can change the temps written on it to suit you.

I have occasionaly been too hot!!
HTH

ladybump · 07/11/2006 08:21
