Pefect for us spotters and knicker watchers!!!!!

Good idea Natty.

Here's my sad little chart for this month!!!!

OP posts:
Natty1806 · 02/11/2006 10:57

Nothing planned for Friday night, saturday we are going to a firework display by a river so need to hunt out the gloves.

Yep first thick frost today, had to de ice my car at 6.00am this morning to go to the gym - AM I MAD!!!

Fingers crossed AF is not on her way for me. Due on 7/11/06 so a few more days to get through, think temp started to drop on 10DPO last month so it is a case of wishing the time away so i can temp every morning.

Babymad2DS · 02/11/2006 11:04

Stretchmarks hopefully a fireworks display checking newspaper for dislay's in the area! DS1 going nanny house and DS2 going to a birthday tea party. So DH and I have a few hours to ourself's! Hopefully AF will be on it's way out, but not banking on it!

3catstoo · 02/11/2006 14:33

Yes Natty - MAD!!!!!

Hope AF stays away for you.

We are going to a bonfire in the village on Sat, I think. That's if DD1 (5), feels brave enough. Otherwise it will be me and her at home whilst DH takes the other 2.
DD1 also has a party to go to on Sat afternoon.
Hopefully a relaxing Sunday.

I've just had to buy us all hats and gloves again. I can only find one glove for everyone. I'm so disorganised. I then ordered the wrong size for DD2. 3-6 months instead of 3-6 yrs! Serves me right for being lazy and doing it online! Too tired to go shopping and I need those gloves before I'm braving the cold.

MrsMcJnr · 02/11/2006 14:55

Hello - I'm back for a very brief chat (busy, busy today!)

BBW - Hope poor DD is feeling better My understanding is that you should take your temp immediately upon awakening before doing anything, even sitting up and you should have had 3 consecutive hours sleep before doing so. I take mine in my mouth, lying down. Glad you worked out why your temps were so high Thanks for your thoughts for me, feeling much better today . Now, disturbances, if you go into the software and click edit in the top left hand corner of the page and then preferences, you'll get a menu of things you can choose to use or not and that is where it stores detail about you, worth checking that it is right. HTH

Can't help with the constant dull ache towards the right hand side of your lower ab I'm afraid, I sometimes get then for a couple of seconds or more but not for hours.

Natty - hope you are wrong, everything crossed. Don't lose hope.

1n2s - Hello horray for the witch being gone! Hope ultrasound results are good. I'm going to try and give up the OPKs next cycle too, they really stressed me out on this one (of course, I hope this cycle lasts and lasts )

Hi 3catstoo - can't believe you still have AF! Not for much longer I hope! I'm CD27 and 10dpo, AF due tomorrow, pretty nervous (and totally hyper today!).

Hi Stretchmarks - it's freezing here too, my toes got numb on the way to work (I'm in Edinburgh). Weekend plans sound fun

I am meeting a few friends for drinks after work tomorrow tricky one! Then manicure & pedicure at 9.30am on Sat (after hopefully testing! [really scared emoticon] then friends for dinner (they have two DD 2 & 8 months - longing for a snuggle!). Lunch with PIL on Sunday and there may well be fireworks if FIL makes any more of his comments about grandchildren! grrrr!

Coggy - hello - I've not touched a drop this week, haven't felt any desire to since Sunday, think it's just in the hope though (and since the wine dream!) How's you?

Had facial at lunctime - had to say "might" be pg due to oils, hope I haven't jinxed myself. She said my skin is totally different from last time, hardly any bumps or crap under the skin at all hope there is a reason for that!

Natty1806 · 02/11/2006 14:56

Yeah i am mad.

Glad i am not the only one who has a glove eating monster. i only have mine to look after and yet they still go missing.

Thanks for wishing AF does not arrive foe me.

Depending on temp tomorrow i might test just for fun cause if it is a BFN i am then mentally prepared for AF on tuesday, Mrs - testing tomorrow??

Natty1806 · 02/11/2006 14:59

Facials at lunctime - lucky you.

BBWBabeLisa · 02/11/2006 16:20

Ooooh facials and manicures and pedicures, can't remember the last time I did anything like that for myself. Must make a point of booking something in for the new year when DH is home again. When I was a career girl I always had french manicured false nails, and took a lot of care of my skin etc, it's kinda all gone to pot now!
Thanks for the advice on temping and the software MrsMc. I'm going to be on pins til I hear whether you've tested on Saturday morning now! I do think having clearer skin is a good sign. The only reason I even bothered to test when I did with DD was that I saw my old boss who I hadn't seen in months and she said "my god, you're glowing", I suddenly thought....hang on a sec, I'm sure I'm due on around now! Got a test on the way home and bingo! Crossing everything for you.
My weeekend plans are to get some more tidying/cleaning done, and we have a 1st birthday party to go to on Saturday afternoon for one of our neighbours.
Re the dull ache in lower abdomen, it's gone now and I'm praying it was something to do with implantation (last night all I kept thinking was ectopic - as I've had 2 lots of abdominal surgery in the last year and am paranoid about scar tissue).
Natty, I'm due on Wednesday. What kinda temp are you looking for to encourage you to test tomorrow?
It'll be SO exciting if one of you gets a BFP over the weekend!! I have no illusions that I'll get one anytime soon given it's only my 2nd month trying this time and we've only BD'd once this cycle, but it'll be so great to see one of you get good news.

Natty1806 · 02/11/2006 16:26

Looking for temp to be the same or higher than today as last month it started to drop around 10DPO.

Af pains have eased off now but am sure they will be back.

MrsMcJnr · 02/11/2006 16:55

Yes, I know, very vein and self-focused got into it all before my wedding and even though that was 5 months ago today, I am still treating myself . The manicure and pedicure will be local and the girls are lovely and it's so cheap so that's my excuse!! I'm a blood red nails girl myself, I've always looked after my nails (my Mum is a beautician by training and drummed stuff like that into the 3 of us - plus still goes on about how important it is to wear lipstick for your husband in the house! ) Where's DH off to? does he work away?

Must have been so exciting BBW when you got that BFP with your DD! Thanks for your good vibes for me. I'm going to feel such a fool if AF arrives tomorrow or if I get BFN .

Natty - don't know if I can test tomorrow. I have a horrid meeting at 12.30 and will need to prepare all morning. What if I get a BFN and am in a state or a BFP and am in another state?! I need my wits!! Will I be a party pooper if I hold out till Sat? I am also scared that if I test AF will arrive the next day, stupid I know.

MrsMcJnr · 02/11/2006 16:57

I am the same on the temps as you Natty, same or higher than today will make me happy. As will being 11dpo I think that would be a first for me since I started charting.

Just eaten a whole, big bar of Galaxy didn't even realise it had all gone!

BBWBabeLisa · 02/11/2006 17:04

MrsMc - He's a soldier. At the mo he's in Belize for 2 months of jungle training then in May he's off to Iraq for 6 months, so I figure we've got 5 cycles to try before he's off again.
You won't look like a fool at all! We're all in the same boat, so if you look a fool, we're all fools together!
Congrats on your wedding. How exciting, only 5 months. We've been married about 2 and a half years now, kinda lost the honeymoon vibe, but him going away for long periods brings it back a wee bit each time. Miss him loads, but dunno how I'd cope with a hubby who was always here!

MrsMcJnr · 02/11/2006 17:10

BBW - very admirable. I think all our boys (and girls) who try to make out world a better place to live in are amazing. I am from a military family, my Mum's Dad was Army (as are 2 uncles) and my Dad's Dad was Navy (as was my ex-fiancee).

The charts are back and ooohhhh Natty - liking your chart

Natty1806 · 02/11/2006 17:56

Okay no testing for me either, just going to go on temps as they will tell me everything over the next 4/5 days.

x

Natty1806 · 03/11/2006 07:29

Morning ladies

Temp has shot up this morning to 36.97 from 36.74 10DPO. Think it is because i have a cold coming, should it jump this much?

Babymad2DS · 03/11/2006 07:44

Morning Ladies!
Morning Natty chart looking fab, fingers crossed for you and MrsMc!
CD2 today but going to try and stay pos. Trying something new this month is helping, plus I know I keep going on about it but my hos app too, I thinks it's because I'm alittle worried, about the discomfort of it, someone seeing my bits again, and what the out come is going to be, but got to be done!

Fingers crossed will all be PG by Christmas, sssshhhh don't tell anyone but it's my Christmas wish!

Natty1806 · 03/11/2006 08:16

Am sure you hospital appointment will be fine, can understand your worry though but just keep thinking i have been in labour twice surely nothing can be worse than that.

Loving you Christmas wish - hope it comes true. My OH 's mum said she wanted a grandchild for Christmas i said there is no way that would happen unless i went and brought one. LOL

Babymad2DS · 03/11/2006 08:19

Some days i wish i could just go and buy one, but then you miss out on the PG side!

Natty1806 · 03/11/2006 09:06

True

MrsMcJnr · 03/11/2006 09:28

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR SOFTWARE!

Natty - yours sounds FABBY can't wait to go and see. Do you feel unwell? not really sure what a cold can do or how much a chart can leap by when it goes triphasic.

Natty - I failed you! I did decide to test with a cheapy this morning because I had to get up for a pee at 5.40 (sorry TMI) so I temped then instead of usual 6.30 and I was the same temp as the 2 days before (though bl**dy chart won't accept the earlier time or adjust accordingly). It was BFN but I wasn't that bothered. Still figure it's not over yet.

I also decided to test because I went round to neighbour last night for a glass of wine and just couldn't drink it - I don't know whether it was physical or pschologicial but it tasted grim and gave me heartburn. I was in bed by 10, exhausted. Also, the blue veins are now all over my legs as well as a few on my boobs. I do get varicose vein pain a bit in my calves around AF but not behind my knees and on inner thigh. No sign of AF this morning but as you can see, my chart has decided to change my OV date (can you believe it!!!) so I am now only 9dpo again instead of 10!! Think I'll wait and see what happens tomorrow and maybe use my CB digital on Sunday if no AF, or should I wait longer given BFN this morning?

Babymad2DS · 03/11/2006 09:50

Software hay, everyone's software has been paying up one way or another this week.

I would test but that's just me! With 2DS we BDed twice (and only that cycle) on CD13 and tested on CD25-26 and got a strong pos!

Natty1806 · 03/11/2006 10:35

Hope your not upset about your BFN, i would test again on Sunday if no AF.

I felt sicky (headache, slightly ear ache and sicky) until about 8.30 when someone brought me in some breakfast. I feel fine now so not too sure what is going on.

x

3catstoo · 03/11/2006 10:39

Looking good for you ladies with no AFs.
Fingers crossed for some good news over the weekend.

Natty1806 · 03/11/2006 10:52

Thanks 3 cats, my AF is not due till Tuesday so fingers crossed she stays away. x

Babymad2DS · 03/11/2006 13:04

MrsMcJur December tread could be called "All aboard for Santa bring a BFP" Hopefully you wont need to join and you Natty!

MrsMcJnr · 03/11/2006 16:16

Natty - some people say that they do feel like they are coming down with a cold when they get their BFP. Fingers crossed for you my friend, I so hope you get yours, you deserve it so much.

Thanks for all your good wishes for me ladies - am trying to ignore that BFN and so far, it's worked because I am so annoyed with the software for messing me about! I will, of course, keep you posted.
