Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

Fred rules (copied and adapted from previous Fred)

  1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
  2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
  3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
  4. Thou shalt share with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce envy in other posters).

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

ROC - Receptacle of Choice - what one chooses to use for the task of POAS

JIAC = Jizz in a Cup. Preferable to jizz on the carpet or jizz in the eye. This one's for the lucky men in our lives.

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.

Icing = ovulating. Another autocorrect development!

Getting your Cape on = planning some serious pouncing on DH/DP

TWOT - Two Weeks of Torture!

TWPU - Two Week Piss Up!

RPopz · 01/10/2014 22:33

Think you need the whole bottle to invoke LOS chat Wink

lildottie · 01/10/2014 22:51

aww I missed the group hug! Sad

again......GROUP HUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGG! !!

la I'm glad you got what I meant. I was a bit worried it had come out wrong.

as well as the group hug, and seeing as a few viroids have Wine in hand, I would like to propose a "toast" and take a moment for all the jser babies we weren't lucky enough to meet. they were needed in heaven much more than they were needed here Thanks

you guys are all such strong amazing women. each one of us has a story so similar and at the same time so different, but each one is inspirational. I truly love you all. my only regret is I'll never meet any of you.

I'm going to stop now before I make everyone cry....more babies out of cocks convos required I think!

Lil that made me cry x.

To all the ones we loved for such precious short amounts of time. I wish they knew how much they were wanted.

I just had my first glass I'd wine in over a month.

Then I snapped Mr La's head off for something ridiculous. Grin

Going to give him a hug and say I'm sorry now and go to sleep. Night night all x

honeysucklejasmine · 01/10/2014 23:46

Oh lil, that's lovely! Got me right in the feels.

callipygian00 · 02/10/2014 00:04

Aww Lil, crying too! It is so true, I feel so lucky to have found you all. Massive big hugs to you all and gingers crossed we all get our wee bubbas soon. x

Seriously viroids, too much chatting, I've only just managed to catch up from the weekend! And what an emotional roller coaster! Filling up the last Fred with (Ian McShane / Wagner) weirdness, then group hugs and tears on this new Fred! You are all really lovely incredible people, and such a fantastic support!
Anyway, I missed roll call...

rm00054 · 02/10/2014 08:13

And in other news, I had ewcm on cycle days 8 and 9 (day 10 today, usual cycle length is 29). Is that not really early to ice? My app says fertile period doesn't start till next week! I've never noticed ewcm before, but I've not really been looking for it this early! (I don't use contraband or temp yet)

gaggiagirl · 02/10/2014 08:14

Darn I missed roll call.

lildottie · 02/10/2014 08:18

Leela5 · 02/10/2014 08:23

Hi rm! Everyone's different but it's possible to get a few patches of ewcm I think? Keep on shagging, keep on shagging..

lil today I am hanging with Mr La. He's taken day off and we are going to go for a drive, so no daytime TV for me. I'm still crampy but the worst is over and I'm going to start to look forward.

I'm excited because my ppi cheque arrived yesterday and our house sale has been brought forward, two things that mean I will be able to pay some debts. That makes me pleased.

My work have been fab and I can definitely say telling them was a positive thing. I was due to go next week for a conference but it's been decided I shouldn't do it and someone is going in my place. It had been worrying me and now I don't need to worry.

I don't watch GBBO please don't lynch me! I just can't get into it. We watched orange is the new black last night instead

Have a great day viroids! Anyone due to test?

Leela5 · 02/10/2014 08:25

Good luck today bother come back on here and let us know how you got on x

I am giving up on the contraband, solid smiley face yesterday morning blank circle in the evening and this morning no temp rises (other than the heat of this hospital) yes I am overly obsessed and use two holders I'm going cold turkey on them!

jellypi3 · 02/10/2014 08:58

Well I did get a bit emosh on the train reading this!

Anyway, Happy Friday eve!

I've woken up with lower abdomen cramps and feeling sick, so hoping AF is on her way (i keep fecking saying)...

Everyone got a fun filled day ahead?

glidingpig · 02/10/2014 09:22

D'awwww. Lovely shaggers. Sniff.

I have: no AF, one BFN, two exploding boobs (my phone is very prim and wants 'boobs' to say 'noonday'). Slight cramps so suspect witch is about to swoop. Come on you lazy mare, put me out of my misery!

lildottie · 02/10/2014 09:43

mountain if smiley was yesterday then blank after you will likely ice today and get temp rise tomorrow. you get LH surge up to 36hours before icing and that's what opks measure. also normally opks should be done during the day/early evening.

honey you are a bad influence! I have watched bake off and done knitting. should have been working! off to make s cup of tea then head for my desk!
