coggy · 13/09/2006 13:03

Hi PCM.....glad you're back from the cows and all!!!

You're not on the stats list 'cos we have each copied it...added our bit....and pasted.

We want to know all of your vital statistics...so we'll leave you to add yourself when you're next reclining here.

Cyst.........hmmmmm!
Try not to think about it.
Someone I know had one and the thought made me feel a bit ill....but it's pretty common and, when you think about it, amazing that our bodies actually 99% of the time get it right.

LOL at your short post too!!!!!!

Andi - I hope you don't have to see your cons. again either!

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:09

bonjour fellow sofa girlies
hiya coggy, does that mean my "short" posts drag on a bit then?
Tis a tad embarrassing about gyny being so damn hot, never mind the freaky cyst, but hey ho, such is life and all that.
Have i missed anything? Well, have I?
Just thought id loiter for a mo and see if anyone was around. While Im here, ill try adding my stats.........hang on a mo.
By the way, anyone know when trace due back?

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:13

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:14

by the way, anyone else on the list have pcos? just wondering.....
((taps fingers impatiently on edge of sofa waiting for others to arrive)))

Angsthase · 13/09/2006 15:26

Don't have PCOS, PCM, but am just as impatient

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:31

hiya angsthaste.......for some reason i find it really difficult to pronounce your name!! bizarre! could i just call you Aggie? Budge up on the sofa, ive got half an hour
Didnt know i had pcos thing until very recently. But blood tests and scan both confirmed.
Funnily enough i feel less stressed and pressured now i know what is wrong, and that its not just me sending myself and dh round the bend every month when i get af. I think it is helping me not to blame myself, thinking we arent doing it enough or at right times etc. Cant wait to have the surgery over and done with ! im like, just give me the drugs!! i need to breed!
((((pusscat proffers a bag of minstrels in aggies direction))))tis after all the lighter way to enjoy chocolate

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:32

think i meant malteasers

Angsthase · 13/09/2006 15:39

You can call me what you like luv as long as you let me in the minstrels bag . Maltesers just aren't as naughty
Coggy has taken to calling me Juicy Lucy, which I am thinking as taking as my new name! Angsthase was a spur of the moment thing when I joined up, but I think everyone has problems spelling it!

Almost wish I had a reason for not getting PG. The only excuses I have are 1) age and 2) DH working on shift pattern (3 weeks home / 2 weeks away), which unless you have a 35 day cycle which falls at the right time, totally screws with TTC!!

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:42

mmmm, i imagine a shift system like that is pretty screwy. How long have you been trying?
(((((pusscat eases a cushion over minstrels in bid to stop them completly disappearing ....))

Angsthase · 13/09/2006 15:51

2 years next month. One m/c in May this year.

((((Ang distracts PCM while surreptitiously putting had under cushion in search of minstrels))))

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 15:53

any tests or anything like that yet?
Sorry to hear about your mis...
how olds your dh? Mind you they say men can go on forever dont they!

Angsthase · 13/09/2006 16:06

DH is 45

All tests showed that I've still got plenty of eggs, DH's sperm is hunky dory. As my lovely consultant so sensitively told me "Just an unexplained interfility - probably your age"
So charming, just when I was thinking that having no problems was a good thing!

Angsthase · 13/09/2006 16:07

errr infertility

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 16:10

that must be soooo frustrating, are you considering ivf or anything? can they not give you any drugs or stuff to give you a bit of a boost in the right area? i just dont get it when they say its unexplained....it must be something ffs! have you had the lap and dye and all that business? do you ovulate? (according to opks or blood tests anyway?)

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 16:19

have to go now chickeroo, save me a few malteasers for later, nice chatting to you
((((((hugs))))))))) pcm

andi0411 · 13/09/2006 16:40

Afternoon ladies..

Angsth -i think i like your Juicy Lucy name- I shall henceforth call you by your Coggy-given name- it's great! Thanks for the info on Roy Jelly- I would like to know if it makes a diff with you b4 i buy anymore stuff...I'll wait with bated breath and fingers crossed!! I know i mentioned flaxseed b4 and what i meant to type was i was going to try it but now i can't find my notes on what it does- so i'll do some research and get back to you.

Hi Coggy- how's tricks with you..rather than scrolling back would you remind me where you're at in your cycle after the clinic vist etc.. wishing you all the usual luck etc my dear.

Pink, Natty Babymad and PCM-welcome back from the farm- hello!!!

I see the stats have been updated to include our furry pets- so I'd like to add i have 2 lovely moggies who I have ruined with love and affection for the last 6 years. I adore them.

May even post a pic except i don't know how- anyone who can tell me?

Juicylucythe2nd · 13/09/2006 16:55

Well I've done it. Juicy Lucy was already taken, so I've done an "as near as". I've never seen JL on the conception threads, so I'm guessing she already has a bundle of kids.

Will let you know Andi re the Royal Jelly.

andi0411 · 13/09/2006 17:28

Fabulous- hope JL the 1st is a good omen for you - she prob has 18 kids now!!!!!! It's like an office I worked in years ago that had a pregnant chair with ladies screeching- " ooh don't sit there- everyone who has ever sat there gets up the duff"

Me? I ran to the chair and laid all over it, licking it etcc- well slight exageration but you know what i mean......

pussycatmomma · 13/09/2006 19:30

juicylucy i love it! does sound a bit strangely porno though, but we'll leave it there!
Andi, my fur babies are completly spoilt also.....what are the names of yours?
my cat-stats: Charlie, 12yrs, old ginger boy, v. distinguished...Boris, 2 yrs, little tabby whippersnapper, and Susie, 4yrs, who can at best be described as a would be feline Audrey Hepburn, think sassy and spoilt, and oh yes, very overweight!! Shes like a giant snowy dumpling really, but shes my baby . Any room for her on the sofa?
Im sure you will all think I have gone quite, quite mad.
((((pusscat slinks off to get her coat....)

Natty1806 · 13/09/2006 19:50

Hi all

Someone else has the name juicylucy well lets hope it is a good sign for JL2nd - sorry to hear about your m/c must be very hard not having a reason for non falling.
Fingers crossed the name change and royal jelly work. x

PCM - i have had blood tests for PCOS which came okay but when i have my scan next friday this will confirm if i have polystic ovaries or not? If i do i will be put on the waiting list for lap and dye + ovarian drilling like you. Are you on any drugs? I am on clomid but think if i have PO i will be put on metoforim (?) but have heard that makes you feel and actually be sick.

[natty takes a big handful of minstels and shoves them in her mouth - looking around to see if anyone noticed]

Natty1806 · 13/09/2006 19:52

Sorry forgot to say hi Andi - not sure how you post picures think it is in member profile and then you can do a link.

When you work it out let me know and i will post my doggie who smiles.

andi0411 · 13/09/2006 21:01

HI Natty and PCM- and anyone else around tonight-

Thanks for the info on posting photos Natty- I'll give it a go....not very techy tho, so....

PCM- a cat lover like me- fab- I have 2 sister nearly 6 years old- one is a big fat black scatty lunatic called Tinky- you can really baby her- i man- handle her all the time and force my love on her. She'll do anything for food

Winky is my other cat and she's a beauty- brown/white/ginger flecked and sleek >not so loving, very proud and graceful...ahhhh

Any room for my 2 girls on the sofa I'll bring the Whiskers!!!

coggy · 13/09/2006 21:18

I have been PMSL at this thread!!!

PCM and The Juicy One fighting over those minstrels........or was it maltesers in the end???!!!!

Andi.....I laughed so loudly about you and that chair that I think the whole neighbourhood heard me!!!!

I'm CD9...also confused as I think earlier I said I was something else!!!
Jab next Monday.....BDing this weekend and beyond......I hope....!!

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 13/09/2006 21:36
