desperate2bmum 10 is the most sensitive then 20 then 25 is the one you take when af due and after

desperate2bmum · 03/08/2006 16:33

so when will be ok to test with the 20?
all this is really confusing...my af is due and i can feel it coming but just clutching onto that little bit of hope i know

trace2 · 03/08/2006 16:35

if you have enough hcg in your blood , but if you want to test and are due, test

trace2 · 03/08/2006 16:41

forgot to say good luck if you test and its best to wait while monring

wannaBe1974 · 03/08/2006 17:07

Coggy I got them from somewhere called natural alternative discoveries.

Trace are you ok? email me if you need to talk [email protected]

desperate2bmum · 03/08/2006 17:09

yeah i know, have been testing and bfn oh well
was just asking as the tests i brought were described as "supersensitive" at having 20 in them but then i read some where else 10 is sensitive. just wanted to clear it up

thanks for your help trace

Bellie · 03/08/2006 21:48

maazaa · 04/08/2006 08:44

Hello Ladies

Sorry to crash your thread....Am on the due in February 07 thread. Just wanted to share something with those of you who are first timers - apologies if you know this already, but i wish someone had told me!

I was very excited when first pg to be told I'd get free prescriptions and dentist work! I haven't had a dentist for a while due to moving house so thought I would take advantage. However, you need to be registered with an NHS dentist before falling pg to qualify. I am so cross with myself that I will miss out! I know NHS dentists are hard to find, but if you can find one you'll be chuffed when you fall pg.

Hope you are all doing ok. x

MrsMcJnr · 04/08/2006 09:08

Morning everyone. Thanks for the tip Maazaa. My sister also said that you still have to pay for certain dental care too (hygienist maybe?). Enjoy your pregnancy!

Wannabe - sorry that it was a BFN for you . How is everyone else today?

WantAbabyNOW · 04/08/2006 09:24

Hi there everyone!

Still very excited about next appt. Wondering what they will day about dh sperm test. I have results but have no idea what they mean. Guess will just have to wait a few more days.

In mean time have 6mnth old nephew staying for weekend and am planning on catching up with lots of friends. Will practise taking chubba bubba along! Also planning on having some nice red wine so who knows what might happen?

Ov microscope has shown some ferns so maybe am now oving... fingers crossed! I read up on the metformin some more and it can make you ovulate so thats good.

Hope eveyone has a bd filled weekend producing lots of bfp!

Natty1806 · 04/08/2006 10:31

Thanx Natty. How are you today?

Gosh this is hard! Eveytime we have him he is full of wind and wont sleep! Dh is getting frustrated but then takes lil one away and wont give him back! He will make a great dad...lol

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2006 12:29

Really quiet on here today - everyone off shagging!
I am sorry to hear Beccy is taking some time off mn - if you are reading this Beccy (which you probably won't be), take care and see you soon.

Well, lots to report here. Extension to the house is going well, but still at parents house, and will be for a while yet I think.

Tidied up "down there" the other day, and now itching ike a flea-ridden monster!
Did however manage to bd last night!! So difficult in a single bed. It was sooo funny - couldn't get the pre-seed packaging open, so was yanking at it with my teeth like a woman possessed. Then had trouble with the Durex Play vibrating ring packet!! Then dh was worried that parents could hear the buzzing noise!! HILARIOUS!
Anyway, it was all good fun!

Hope everyone us well. Has anyone seen Wrighty or ShowofHands on mn recently?

Need to run. Back later.
xxxxx

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2006 14:20

God, where is everyone, I am bored to tears at work, and need someone to chat to!!

trace2 · 04/08/2006 14:25

sol at you he he

Bellie · 04/08/2006 14:27

Im here Sexonlegs - havn't posted on here today as not much to report!

Am on cd 18 and have b'd on days 8,9,11,13,14,15,& 16. However I have had no ewcm this month and when I wiped today there was some pinky discharge (sorry if tmi )
So i guess it is not looking hopeful for me?

Been to see my friend this morning who's ds is 5 days old - nearly burst into tears when I held him he was sooooooo tiny!

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2006 14:33

Hiya ladies. Wow lots of bd'ing Bellie. Pink discharge can mean anything. Sounds too soon for af. I sometimes get a bit of blood-straked cm when ovulating. Could it be you are ov'ing? I ov on CD18/19 normally.
Trace, how are you today?

wannaBe1974 · 04/08/2006 14:34

hiya all

wow it's quiet on here. Desperate tube mum try not to give up hope yet - you could be testing too early, besides if you're using a sensitive test they're not always as sensitive as the packaging would have us believe. Wait at least another three days or until your af is 3 days late and try to test again.

How's you trace?

SOL lol at your bd at your parents' house. I always felt bad doing it at mine, even though we've been married for 7 years.

CD21 today, still have sore boobs, have had them for nearly a week now and that usually means af is happening but there's been no sign, which is a good thing as 21 day cycles aren't really a good thing, but dunnow why the sore boobs, also was ve ve tired last night, fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. could just be all the dieting/exercise I guess.

Bellie · 04/08/2006 14:42

SOL - thought I'd ov'd on 15 as had pain on one side all day - now have dull ache in my lower back!! Not sure!!
I am sure that I am reading too much into everything and it is just normal aches and pains!!

wannabe - sore boobs?? Could be a good sign?

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2006 14:43

Hi Wannabe, it was quite fun bd'ing at parent's house I have to day, and we too have been married for nearly 7 years!
Sounds positive for you re the sore boobs. Fingers crossed. So is your af due today then?

trace2 · 04/08/2006 14:47

sol but it spices it up for you sol your name realy suits you

wannbe i have a good feeling fot you, i so hope so

Bellie this can happen at ovulation time like sol says

me nothing to add just carring on with everyday life and looking for a hoilday

Natty1806 · 04/08/2006 14:49

Hi wantababy now

Had a few tears last night as was told that one fo my best friends is pregnant, not sure how far gone etc etc. She was one of these ones who 'aren't trying' but also not doing anything to prevent it either. so she is lucky but made me feel sorry for myself.

Feeling a bit better now but just really really really want to have a baby NOW.

Your prob in bed now as it is night in Austraila. So maybe catch up tomorrow if your on line.

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2006 14:56

Oh Natty, sorry to hear you are feeling a bit down. It is so frustrating isn't it when you hear of others getting pg at the drop of a hat. My sil is like that - she is soooo fertile!
Bellie, we read all sorts in to every ache and pain as you say, but you never know....
Trace, yes, I guess sol is quite apt, especially whilst ttc - normally it couldn't be furthest from the truth!!!
Where are you thinking of going for your hols?
