Hi

Just thought as there was a thread for the older mums (there words not mine)Smile
that i would start one for the younger ones.

Think AF is on her way (fingers crossed) as i normally have 48-70 cycles this will be my first one at 34/35 days - yippee.

It probably won't happen now, anyway feel free to write away.

TTC 11 month - waiting for appoinment at fertlity clinic.

I'm 25 and also trying for my first. Have you got friends who have children or are trying? My sister and brother (both older) have one each, and we have one friend (also older) with a baby but most of my friends my own age aren't even thinking about children at the moment.

Natty1806 · 15/11/2006 09:01

None of my brothers have children, a friend had a baby last December but she is 6 years older than me and another friend who is 2 years younger than me is currently pregnant.

Generally though most of my friends have no desire for Children at the moment.

A couple of my friends have chidren, one is 8 years older than me though and the other who is also 24 has a 4 year old and a 2 year old.
None of my other friends have even thought about children yet.

I work with babies every day though and they all just make me so broody

Natty1806 · 15/11/2006 17:57

What do you do out of interest? I can't stop thinking about ttc as it is so if i was with babies all day i would be terrible.

None of my friends are in the slightest bit interested in Babies.

Probably the reason I never get invited anywhere anymore! LOL

Natty1806 · 16/11/2006 17:34

That's a shame. I love spending time with my friends LO's but then it is something i want

I am a solicitor so not many babies at my office, but i babysit for my nephew who is 23 months once a week, and usually see him at weekends too which is great. My niece is 2 and a bit months but i don't see her quite as much

I'm a nursery nurse it's a great job, but hard when all you can think about is having your own babies
