Hi

Just thought as there was a thread for the older mums (there words not mine)Smile
that i would start one for the younger ones.

Think AF is on her way (fingers crossed) as i normally have 48-70 cycles this will be my first one at 34/35 days - yippee.

It probably won't happen now, anyway feel free to write away.

TTC 11 month - waiting for appoinment at fertlity clinic.

Ummm according to the online calculator my edd is 9 April. That feels weird written down, like it is all real.

Who is next to test then, Beccy?!? Your testing on the 3rd is that right? Do you have any symptoms?

Anyone testing any sooner?

My appoint was last tues and we just had a chat and got a script for metformin.. thats about it.

thought it might make everyone chuckle if i mention (ssh don't tell anyone it's me) that if i'm not preg i am now someone who makes the most awful whiffs in office. I have such terrible wind. i'm burpy but its the other end which is worrying i'm trying to do it when someone else comes over here so the people close dont know its me. but its so embarrassing. I have NO control over this by the way!!!

Nah, registary office jobby for me. with a church service afterwards, we are having a joint wedding with another couple. should be nice! Planning on wearing pale blue like my mum. I don't think it will be very greek... although I do like the idea of pinning £20 notes to the bride..........lol

its a really exciting time - make sure you keep things you want as keepsakes in a special box as you end up with so much paperwork and 'cuttings' / 'ideas' floating about the plcae

That sounds fun, Xavelli, sharing your wedding, what a great idea. I agree with Beccy about the keepsakes. I got a lovely box from www.emptybox.co.uk (or something like that) it was quite expensive but I love it!

Hi Beccy, ours was 2 June to be exact so not even 2 months yet. We did have a big white wedding, in Spain as that is where my family live and where I grew up. 125 came over from all over the world for it, it was the best day of our lives! Glad the planning is over though, now I can focus on new projects .

Hi everyone

Just to let you all know the consultant appointment at the fertility clinic went well, was not in there long. Has said he will put me on clomid to start with, i will have the first few cycles monitored. If when i have the scan it appears i have Polystic ovaries i will put on the waiting list for a Laparoscopic ovarian diathermy with usually takes 6 months to get an appointment, if however no polystic ovaries and don't respond to clomid i will have a HSG and after clomid be put on another drug metos something. If still nothing then it will be down the IVF route but he thinks i shouldn't have too many problems getting pregnant and i will get there in the end.

Sorry if i have rambled, just need to wait for my next period to start clomid and i presume my doctor will contact me to give me the prescription as i was just given information sheets today and think they are writing to my GP.

really positive news natty - i'm sure you'll get your result - and still firmly believe that your little baby will grow up v well adjusted as he or she is SO so wanted

This must also be the newly wed thred.... we were married april 2005. Still feels like a few months ago. I did wear a pale blue dress and veil.. I loved it! Had swarovski crystals on it too. I kept it as it is in 2 pieces and I think could maybe get away with wearing the top with some nice pants.. maybe to our bubs christening under a jacket?? Blue is a symbol for loyalty. My ring is also a pale blue stone, its a ceylon sapphire. I love it so much.. all 13.5 carats of it!
