Got a question ladies, my hubby is home today been away all week. I'm due to ovulate tomorrow if we dtd tonight does that still give me a chance?? :( X

I believe so MrsLady, if you dtd tonight and then maybe again on Tuesday you should be ok! Are you still using your opk?

I'm on CD9 today and due to ovulate on Friday (according to app) so plan to dtd tonight, mid week and on Friday! I might try the standing on my head after too

Haha! Yea I am and still not a strong line to perhaps I'm ovulation later? Il text tonight after work and see... I'm trying to to go with app this month as I don't think it has actually been matching my body?? If that makes sense. Xx

Definately dtd tonight LadyL, I believe sperm can survive up to a week so hump away before and during ovulation, once more after ovulation 'for luck' them cross fingers (and legs) and hope for best! Good luck!

I've got no idea when I'll ovulate so based on your dates we're dtd this weekend and hopefully every couple of days next week. I'm looking out for changes in cm, although I'm not entirely sure I know what I'm looking for. Does anyone else use cm to predict ovulation? Think I may invest in OPKs next month.

Foxmulder - you sound just like me! We've been talking about trying for a few months and although I really want to start a family, I kept wimping out at the last minute. After 10 years being so paranoid about contraception it's hard to get your head around not using any. Have finally taken the plunge so here goes our first tww .

This is our first attempt at TTC #1, we are both 30 and like others have wanting to try and then something always seems to come up for us to change our minds. But not now, the end of the condom packet has marked the start of a new exciting era!

On CD2 at the minute so looking forward to getting started properly in May.

Well, tonight, with much pomp and ceremony... We had unprotected sex... Very very odd, but I guess that means we are now officially trying!

The dtd didn't happen last night. Both fell asleep within mins of getting to bed.... I think I may be putting on too much pressure for him now. Ops :(

MrsLady Don't worry, try again tonight. It's difficult but we need to try and be relaxed so we don't drain the fun out of DTD.
We didn't manage it last night, I was so exhausted after working away all weekend I fell asleep befor DH even got in the bed!

According to my OPK stick I started ovulating on Saturday. We DTD Friday night and will try again this eve for luck.

Same here MrsLadyL, I was in the bathroom getting ready for bed (was only 10mins) got into bed and DH was snoring :( Hoping to dtd tonight but DH has just called to say he's going to watch football :(

So glad You's are all in the same boat. Had grand plans shaved legs the lots haha and out. Think I am making it too much of a big deal that he's starting to pull away. Need to talk to him after work tonight because I don't want that. He's got a very low sex drive as it is so me to go all guns blazing pushing him away. Will never learn lol Xx

Well after last weeks delay, tomorrow I get the implant removed. I don't think we're going to ttc immediately as I'd like to have one cycle first - so that way I don't need to guess at when my last cycle was

Anyway... There's a job I want to get first..

We still didn't manage to DTD last night as DH didn't get home until 11.20 then was up until late :( I'm out tonight, tomorrow and Thursday night but hopefully won't be to late so plan to DTD when I get home!

Wasn't successful either! I'm out tonight too but I think I may be out for this month soon. I'm okay about it tho I think. :( hopefully you have better luck that me. When are you due to ovulate? X

What a shame! What's the story with the OPK today LadyL? Does it usually stay positive for a few days?

I've got a bit of a low stitch today and slight increase in cm so I'm wondering if this is me starting to ovulate? We managed a 'practice run' at the weekend so we'll have to try and see if we can get the magic going again tonight
