Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

Fred rules (copied from previous Fred)

1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
4. Thou shalt share and with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly opk's or temp charting. They are Contraband

I only tested because I woke up in the night feeling really sick and boiling hot. My cycles really vary, the last one was 25 days, the one before that 34, and cos of not using any contraband and being generally oblivious to my body I'm not sure when I ov'd. App was predicting ov on cd 16, today is cd 25, and I last JS'd on cd12, as we decided to stop when I found out I had the interview. Due date calculator makes my date 7th Jan, but I don't think this is very reliable with my cycles, especially since my apps working out of the average includes a 46 day cycle in October, during which I had a BFP and so actually may have had an early miscarriage. So maybe i should recalculate an average length without that cycle included? Not that its going to give any particularly useful answers. The test showed a very definite line though, almost as dark as the control. But I've been here before so trying not to get too excited. And is it ok if I still hang out with you guys for a bit?
I still haven't heard about the interview, and they said they'd let people know yesterday so I'm guessing I haven't got it, which if I am pg, is probably a good thing.

Yeah they do essie, I shall have to invest, but am going to wait a few days. I think in the last couple of days I've eaten/ drunk just about everything preggers people shouldn't; wine, coffee, seared tuna, runny egg. Blah!
And today I am incapable of getting anything done at work...

I feel so sick, bork. not thinking that the curry I had last night caused it. Boobs sore again and the odd feeling in my pelvic area is back.

Hi to everyone else. Been a busy week or two in the Bear household - lots going on at home and at work.

Sorry for all of you who have had ERTD come to visit suck the joy from your life

So far, we've managed to DTD once, but I've now got blimmin' thrush again. Really quite sore and annoying. Hmph. So I'm resting my cape ATM while I smear Canesten all over it. Ewwwwww - my lovely furry cape! Not much else to report here - just bumbling along. Oh yes, I forgot, I got an i-phone! Very happy with it. Thanks to you all for the recommendations a while back - very useful.

Oh and I forgot to say (must be all this sunshine getting to me and frying my tiny brains) DH saw the GP this week and promptly got a referral after the debacle of previous weeks. Just waiting for an appointment now. Hopefully it'll come through soon.

One more 'I forgot': Red - when do you graduate? Hope the end is in sight for you and huge congrats on getting through the course.

bear I think DH and I are both a bit wary of being excited as we've had BFPs before that have gone wrong. I'm not sure when we'll really allow ourselves to get . That's great your DH has got a referral, FX things will move quickly. And grr to stupid thrush.

Don't worry MrsAVB. It's kind of different on here though as we're all trying, so it's good news when one of us gets a BFP! We all know how it goes, so don't worry about what to say - just be happy. I posted on another fred about feeling sad, but it wasn't about you. Hope you don't think it was . I just have lots of people in RL who are getting pg around me and it's hard to take. I'm really pleased for you though.

Like ive said ive been feeling sick all day, tonight it came to a head. Vomited and it had a little blood in it. Im freaking out. Told husband. Doesn't seem like hes even bothered.

mrsavb enjoy your bfp and say whatever you want to say. everyone's bfps on here give us all hope. it reminds us it will happen eventually and our efforts are not futile! can you give us a run down of any symptoms you had? or did the job interview mean you weren't symptom spotting? maybe that's the key and not the sexy Mafia men dreams?

glad to hear the drs are finally doing their jobs bear at least you can start feeling like you are moving forward now. I think you should get the new thread dust to help you along the way...or with any luck give u a bfp before you have to go thru the referrals etc!

minion hope you are ok. Have you had a sore throat or anything recently? That could cause the blood. As lil said, try not to worry, and have some hugs and . And go to the doctor if it happens again. Are you still flying this weekend?
lil - I have had a few symptoms but they may be totally unrelated. Around the time I probably ov'd I had 3 or 4 painful mouth ulcers erupt overnight, plus a cold sore, which I never get. Have been very hot in bed at night (I mean temperature hot not sexy hot!), when normally I get quite cold. And hotter and sweatier generally - nice! Have been feeling nauseous since Sunday, but had put this down to other things. Have been dry retching a lot but no actual vomming. And boobs feel tender and heavy.And some lovely trapped wind, and occasional tummy cramps. But I have IBS so a lot of the tummy stuff could be related to that...
A going to test again tomorrow I think, then I might believe it! mrsbri thanks for the invite to the grads thread, I'm a little too scared at the mo, but might lurk!
