I don't think I can call mine a proper ms, just every now and then feel like I have a mild hangover. I guess it's like with most things, you only hear about people who are massively sick all the time and not the much larger proportion who have a mild ms or none at all.

BraveLilBear · 30/11/2012 10:48

I'm suffering more with ms actually, just don't like to whinge. Have felt sicker and sicker every day this week (now 5+5) and this morning struggled to get out of bed, and then had to keep slowing down while walking to work because I was retching.

Am even off coffee. Which is scary. I love coffee so much (have cut down to one cup a day, mind). Managed to nibble a garibaldi type biscuit which helped, but then seemed to make it worse 5 mins later (saliva and acidy in my mouth). But then colleague arrived with bacon sandwich and managed to eat it and feeling much better now.

I guess this is ms, but haven't actually vomed yet.

Btw Hazle on the small boobs/bra front... went from a 34AA/32A to 30DD last weekend. Granted, a bit of this might be early pg boobage, but for real! Managed to get two t-shirt bras for £16. Sooooo comfy.

captainmoll · 30/11/2012 12:34

Game definitely over here - last little hope of implant bleeding has now faded in the face of undeniable AF.
This means I have only a 9 day LP (faulty maths earlier, 9DPO today, not 10), which may be part of the reason this is proving so damn difficult. Does anyone know if there's a way of changing your LP length? Vitamins or medication or something?

Pipbin · 30/11/2012 13:02

I've been taking vitamin B to stop spotting. Some people find it helps their LP too.
Are you sure when you ov'd?
It's just crap isn't it Captain.

captainmoll · 30/11/2012 13:23

It is Pip, the crappiest. {Group hug with Bunny and all other ttc-ers}
Thanks for the Vit B advice - is that B6 (or 12)? I used to take that for bad PMS so I should get back on it - sounds like it's good stuff.

I am as sure as I can be about OV - opk'd and charted for the first time this cycle and all the signs pointed at CD21. They were ebay cheapy sticks, but the temp confirmed it. No CM this month though so maybe I just had the surge and no actual egg?

Anyway, hopefully some answers forthcoming in the next week or two as scans etc happen. My hunch is that it's a combo of my short LP and that DH has no swimmers due to the monumental levels of stress he's been going through in the last few years. He would be so devastated if it's "his fault" though (this is absolutely how he would take the news).
Still, at least I can have a Wine or several this weekend.
xx

BelissimaLol · 30/11/2012 13:25

Now I'm panicking I'm having an ectopic as I'm having a bit of pain on one side. Am I crazy? It's not strong and I have no blood at all. Why oh why is this so hard?

HazleNutt · 30/11/2012 13:33

excellent Brave, instant boob job, no surgery Grin

lol I know the feeling but probably nothing to worry about. I did, of course, google all ectopic symptoms obsessively and then obviously managed to identify them as well, only normal.

BelissimaLol · 30/11/2012 13:34

I'm glad I'm not the only crazy one hazle. I need to get a grip!

Purplemonster · 30/11/2012 13:36

Hi everyone, yes to hangover symptoms, no actual upchucking here but PLENTY of quease. Bel - I also had lots and lots of pain, particularly on one side (literally had me bent double and gasping in pain like someone had stabbed me through with a knitting needle) but it seems to have eased off in the past couple of weeks so hopefully everything is ok. I figured it was just everything stretching and they reckon you get pain on the side you ovulated from sometimes. Mine was worst in about weeks 4-6. Don't know if that puts your mind to rest at all but I suggest you avoid Dr Google, tis the only way to stay sane.

BraveLilBear · 30/11/2012 13:43

Lol It's hard because you care. We get it Smile

Keep on keeping on. It's not easy this pregnancy or conception lark!

Hazle you should have seen the smile on my face when I was too big for the 30C then the 30D! Shock Altho as I was proudly showing them off to OH he said 'they make your boobs look smaller'! Damn the lightly padded t-shirt bra. I need me a plunge one!

Damn the witch CaptainMoll So sorry she really has settled in Sad interesting about your LP though - I'm sure I read somewhere that anything less than 10 should be flagged up to doctors because there are ways of lengthening it. I think progesterone treatment is one way...

Purplemonster · 30/11/2012 14:19

I really really want some festive BFPs on here, is it bad/weird that I get genuinely sad everytime the witch gets someone, is it the crazy hormones?

Rache1S · 30/11/2012 14:57

Quod I would say I have moderately bad MS on and off which started at week 6.... except it generally is not MS but ES as I feel generally ok throughout the day and then really sicky all evening until bed time. I have only actually barfed twice though.

BLol I had shooting pains and AF style cramps from weeks 4-7ish but these seem to have eased off to the occasional twinge now. I also had bright red blood and cramps last weekend which has also been classified as unexplained but normal by my local EPAU, but whatever your symptoms (or lack thereof) it's bloody hard not to panic! Also, TMI ALERT!! I have had much more CM than normal since getting up the duff but yesterday was the worst so far by a mile! When I got home from work I had to have a shower and knicker change because the day's CM was so plentiful that it had dried and actually gone a bit crusty! Totally disgusting! What is my own body doing to me???

BelissimaLol · 30/11/2012 16:23

Thanks for the reassurance Rache. I have been good on the panic up until today but then these twinges made me think its ectopic. Silly I know but I can't help it.
I'm also having LOADS of cm which is a nightmare cause I keep thinking its blood. Disgusting! I wonder why though as cm is supposed to help sperms swim and nobody is swimming up my bits these days!

Pipbin · 30/11/2012 21:38

Captain I take a B Vit Complex. 100mg one from Holland and Barratts. I read that it has to be a complex to work. Makes your wee bright yellow though, and it smells.

Not that I want them to go, but I get the feeling that the newly knocked up are out numbering us TTCers here!

Bunnygirlie · 30/11/2012 23:27

Pip I think you're right, who is still left in our gang?!? So much for another flurry of BFPs Sad

Thanks Purple, i really appreciate everyones kind words. I haven't told anybody we are TTC so I have nobody to hug or whinge to when witch arrives (just you guys).

I'm quite a negative person but am trying to see the positive here, I can still get hammered have a few drinkies at the Christmas do which I am hoping will be my last drinkies for a long while!!!

happylass · 01/12/2012 05:34

Bunny I'm still very firmly in your gang! 8dpo here so a while to wait yet. Anyone in the POAS queue before me??

Bunnygirlie · 01/12/2012 09:15

Fx for you happy maybe you'll be the first in our December flurry :-)

OP posts:
BelissimaLol · 01/12/2012 09:22

Yeah we had two in November didn't we! Lets hope for at least another 3 in dec!
Who is poas first? Is everyone around Xmas!?

Aquarius1 · 01/12/2012 10:11

Morning ladies. Well I'm still in the gang- 1 or 2 dpo so putting away the alcohol and tapping my fingers whilst I wait for the end of next week...Poas around 14.12

Bunnygirlie · 01/12/2012 23:40

I'm only on cd3 so long long way to go for me :-(

On the flip side, I think I'm having a healthy period at last which is good. TMI WArNInG - My last few have been only one day of red with a few days of brown sludge. AF this time is 3 days of proper red blood if you know what I mean. I assume this is a good thing.

OP posts:
Pipbin · 02/12/2012 00:20

Just the same for me Bunny it look red and healthy, if such a thing is possible.
CD 5 here. I hope I get a lovely 28 day cycle again.
I do seem to have thrush at the moment though, which sucks.

Bunnygirlie · 02/12/2012 09:14

Oh no, I get that before AF comes but then it clears, horrid isn't it!

OP posts:
MeanMrsMustard · 02/12/2012 09:20

Morning!
I'm cd13 today. I'm using my cbfm for the first time this month, and this morning it showed that I am in a more fertile zone. I have to admit I let out a little gasp at seeing the reading Blush . How sad is that? If im that excited to see an extra bar on my fertility monitor what will I be like if I'm ever lucky enough to get a bfp. I will probably have a heart attack.
I'm a teacher and my school is expecting an imminent inspection from HMI. As HMI still need to give 2 days notice before they turn up, it looks like they will miss visiting during my fertile period! This is good news as it means I will actually get to see my dh and dtd this month at the correct time this month. Mr Gove will not scupper my chances of a December bfp!

Well, i'm enjoying reading about all your early pregnancies. Hope you've been having a good, stress free weekend.

Quodlibet · 02/12/2012 10:18

Pip and Bunny, dunno if it was a coincidence but the AF before I conceived I had a much heavier, more full on AF than normal - my normal is often very light with lots of brown sludge too. It really felt like I was having a bit of a clear-out. I cursed it at the time as I was on holiday but I do wonder retrospectively if it was a Good Thing.

BelissimaLol · 02/12/2012 10:34

Good news on shag fest for some of you! Get stuck in ladies. I do agree a heavy period is actually good as it seems your body is cleaning itself.
I'm 5 weeks today (and not yest as I thought). No major twinges. Even managed some sleep.
