Oh, Rubles! Congratulations! Of course a line is a line! If it's negative, you can't even see where the line should be!

I'm so, so, so happy for you! Well done!

That's wonderful rubles! Things are going well on this thread this month! I'm in O-week and so, even though DH is very busy studying for an exam at the moment (and stays up late into the night every night), I have made him promise that whenever he comes to bed he will wake me up!

ruthlouise · 20/06/2006 09:02

Yah! Yah! Yippee rubles! Thats fantastic news Smile So pleased for you.

anyone else?

I'm in Ov week again too Nicola. On CD12 today but had EWCM 2 days ago and its all gone now so am panicking as we only did the deed on sunday eve. I think this is what happened last month and maybe I OV earlier in the month than I thought. Hope we haven't missed it this month. Ony started using the OV sticks yesterday and the second line was faint which is apparently a negative but who knows? Was planning on following the sperm meets egg plan...

Smole · 20/06/2006 09:41

Congratulations rubles.

I'm in Ov week too! CD16 for me. Got the egg sign on my persona this morning.

Angsthase · 20/06/2006 12:49

Congratulations Rubles!!!GrinGrinGrin

On Ov week too, but DH keeps buggering off to courses!! - Boo HissSmile

But I shall corner him tonight Wink

rubles · 20/06/2006 13:25

Are you all synchronising your cycles or something?? Hopefully there'll be a big rush of BFPs in 2 weeks time.

Thank you for all your kind words for me. I'm so happy I keep crying.
I am going to try and really celebrate this pregnancy. I am going to try really hard to be confident for it and not worry, and not to take a single day for granted.

I hope you don't mind if I loiter on here for a little while longer tho..?

weewilliewinkie · 20/06/2006 14:04

I'll join you rubles. Here's to stressless, calm, healthy pregnancies!

Told my midwife yesterday and she's booking me in for a scan at 7 weeks. First milestone to reach!

I'm actually not feeling as nervous or worried as I expected to. Hope that's a good sign.

I was sick this morning! Welll...actually, I made myself sick Blush - I had given ds a spoon of his hayfever medicine and absently stuck the spoon in my mouth after...now I do have hayfever but had decided to brave it out rather than take anything for it..so I read the leaflet and it said it must be avoided if you are pregnant. So I made myself sick it up. It was probably pointless as it was just a miniscule amount, but I just don't want to take any chances!

How are you feeling rubles? Any symptoms yet? all I can report so far is extreme tiredness - slept on the sofa all morning!

I'm going to hand around here for a good while yet, too! This thread has been my comfort zone for so long, and I'm not ready to leave it just yet!

bobbynog · 20/06/2006 16:47

Congratulations rubles!!!
Isn't it exciting - and good luck to everyone else.
I am still hanging around, checking how everyone is doing, and am i 8 weeks today. I have a scan on thursday, so shall report back then.

wannabump2006 · 20/06/2006 17:29

Congratulations Rubles Grin - we've certainly had much good luck on this thread recently - hope it is as lucky when I start TTC again later this year.

Hope everyone else is happy and relaxed Smile

time4tea · 20/06/2006 19:29

Fantastic news Rubles - many congratulations!

We are on a lucky thread - or rather, maybe the positive spirit makes for improved fertility Smile

I am still not sure what is happening with me. Still 2 days late, with high temps, but I did try a test this morning, and it wasn't really very clear at all (cheapo test - free with an ISIS fertility scope) - so I will wait a couple of days, splash out on a clearblue, and test again. I did't want to rush out and test again, somehow I'm a bit scared of the emotion of knowing one way or the other. Does that sound weird? or ring a bell with anyone..?

Somehow its ok - I'll just see what happens over the next few days, then test again if no AF. There is zero sign of AF so far. Normally I am completely regular on 28 days, but this would only be my second period following ERPC, so maybe my system is a bit upset.

Anyway, waiting in relaxation, and will raise a glass to Rubles tonight! Congratulations again.

and a big welcome Wannabump: what a lovely positive message.

love to all XXX

bobbynog · 20/06/2006 19:47

Take your time timefortea - i waited 4 days after my 28 days before testing - was very mixed up and almost felt if i didn't test i could carry on as normal without the panic.
Welcome wannabump - this is the friendliest thread on mumsnet that i have been on - everyone knows where you are coming from - hopefully some of the good luck we have had lately will work its way to you too.

Wow, lots of good luck lately! Congratulations to all of those expecting! I'm new to this site, and I just wanted to say that I am in the two week wait too! I o'd on 6-12, (on day 18 of my cycle, which is a few days late for me)and I'm scheduled for AF to arrive this weekend. I keep hoping that she doesn't show, but I have had some cramping on and off since 2 dpo. :( However, I have also had nausea, sleeplessness, and sore nipples for the first few days after ovulation. Maybe this month is the month! Wishing everyone out there lots of sparkly, sticky baby dust!!! :)

ruthlouise · 20/06/2006 22:08

Big welcome to you wannabump2006 and Tari79. As always we all hope your stays will be short here Wink

Just looking through the thread, noticed that when Oinker says Do It , it seems to be a positive every time. I love your enthusiasm Oinker - its great, thank you Smile .

wannabump2006 · 20/06/2006 22:12

thanks so much for welcoming me!!:) its made me feel so much better!!....congratulations to all that have become pregnant!!Thats fantastic news!Lots and lots of luck for the rest of us now to join the queue of lovely preggers ladies!!!:):):)
(I can't wait to start B'ding next week!!its pretty exciting huh!?).x

time4tea · 20/06/2006 22:15

thanks Oinker! Grin

if no AF tomorrow, will get a test and go for it. If BFN, I'll still be cheering from the sidelines Oinker-style!

Tari79 · 21/06/2006 01:47

Thanks so much for the very warm welcome also! It's so nice to have people to talk to who really know what you're going through! (My husband, who is actually very supportive, keeps telling me to "stop worrying" and I keep telling him that it's easier said than done!) Anyway, I actually have a question does anyone know anything about luteal phases? I've been tracking my ovulation dates/AF dates for the past 4 months that we have been ttc, and I found that I usually only have 10-12 days from the time I ovulate until the time I get my period. I thought it was supposed to be 14 days is this a problem???? Thanks for the info!!!
