hey ladies,

There are a few of us who are ttc after mc's, however there will be ladies out there who are also ttc for the first time or second or third without success. If anyone is on, considering or had success on a super ovulation programme then do join us. How long did it take ? Did you try IUI with it.. ? Did you have PCOS?

Kicking this off and hoping some of you will join....

Hi all, just to let you know that I never get head aches but for the first couple of SO attempts I definitely noticed it. Not migraine standard but enough for me to feel lousy.

Have a good day everyone and happy testing.

Pebbles73 · 31/08/2012 08:37

I find nothing touches it either mel

Pebbles73 · 31/08/2012 13:12

Hope ypour scan went well Mel and that the increased dose mad a difference.

buzzybee123 · 31/08/2012 17:30

pebbles Its hard when you see you DH with kids and know that they would make a great dad, that how I feel :(

mel how was your scan, have you tried Imigran?? I take that for my migraines with Ibuprofen (advised by neurologist) as long as you take it at the onset it should help, you can but it over the counter

ari and duggs good luck

well I did think think with 4 follies and IUI it couldn't fail right?? Well i'm spotting quite heavily so it has. We now move onto ICSI so I wish you ladies the best of luck

Havingkittens · 31/08/2012 18:00

Oh shit, buzzy, I'm sorry to hear that. How disheartening Sad. I hope you have more success with the ICSI.

Pebbles73 · 31/08/2012 18:20

So sorry Buzzy you must be pretty pred off. No chance it could be spotting from implantation????

Arianrhod · 31/08/2012 18:22

Ah well, bfn for me and many more cramps, so AF firmly en route. On to cycle 5 then, hope I get the timing right this month!

/waves to everyone

Arianrhod · 31/08/2012 18:24

Ah well, bfn for me at 12dpo/14dpo (whichever it is) and many more cramps, so AF firmly en route. On to cycle 5 then, hope I get the timing right this month!

/waves to everyone

Arianrhod · 31/08/2012 18:25

Hmm Sorry about the double post, silly network over here in Crete!

Arianrhod · 31/08/2012 18:29

So sorry to hear that buzzy, fingers crossed the ICSI makes the difference.

Pebbles73 · 31/08/2012 19:59

Sorry it's a bfn Ari, enjoy your holiday and have some vino!

Mel3062 · 31/08/2012 20:05

Oh ladies sorry to hear that :(

Hi ladies,
Well my endometrium is thin at 5.4 mm which is normally 10.
Right ovary has one at 20 mm, left has one at 12 and one at 13 mm so mr s said only one really. I've to do ovitrelle tomorrow at any time, do you think pm
Would be better? Would others grow much by then?
I've to start progy nova next cycle which I take 3 times for almost all cycle which I assume helps womb lining. Has the increased Letrozole made it thinner? Has anyone else had this??
Thanks for your support
Me x

buzzybee123 · 31/08/2012 20:43

mel I'm on the progynova and it has helped, i also find I get forgetful and only end up taking it twice a day. Fingers crossed for you

thank you ladies

Mel3062 · 31/08/2012 20:49

Thanks buzzy bee my lining has always been 10 previously, there's always something! X

buzzybee123 · 31/08/2012 20:52

mel That is very true but it did improve mine so i'm sure it will help you too :)

Havingkittens · 31/08/2012 21:28

Sorry the cramps are kicking in ari. Fingers crossed for next month. Hopefully the combination of a month after hysteroscopy, injecting away from home and 5th SO Cycle will work the same way for you as it did for me!

mel, I was on progynova too and it helped straight away. Like ari I would often forget to take all 3 each day but it still did the job.

I've been feeling headachey and have crampy feelings in my womb this evening. So much for feeling calm....

Mel3062 · 01/09/2012 06:51

Thanks ladies,
Kittens I hope your ok and calm again.
When would you suggest I do the ovitrelle? We dtd thur pm, gave oh night off last night and will dtd tonight about 9/10 I would imagine?? Then itl prob be sun night, mon night, we'd night he's away tues.
Interesting about caffeine, I'm trying to cut down but chocolate and mellow birds are my only pleasures!!x

Havingkittens · 01/09/2012 08:10

I used to do mine in the evening but I don't think it matters a huge amount.

Arianrhod · 01/09/2012 10:36

I always do mine 9pm but as kittens says I don't think it matters except work out you ovulate 36ish hours later, so you might want to change it to time it around your DTDing?

Pebbles73 · 02/09/2012 11:27

Mr S had always told me to do it in the morning but I agree it probably doesn't matter what time you do it.

Sorry about your lining Mel I have taken Progynova when I was doing a frozen cycle of ivf and my lining was really good.

Mel3062 · 02/09/2012 15:54

Thanks pebbles, was your lining good before the progy nova? Maybe it's. Precautionary thing. One day it will all be right!! Oh well ovitrelle done at 8pm dtd about 9.30 pm and 8 am and hoping for Tonight and tomorrow night too fingers crossed. Hope everyone's ok today x

jaffajiffy · 02/09/2012 16:55

Hi, all. Just to say sorry super ov hasn't worked, buzzy, and all the best with ICSI. And ari boo to AF. Have a Wine.

kittens hope the cramps subsided. I felt no sickness yesterday, which prompted a huge panic. When's your next scan? Mine's a week tomorow .

mel I did well on progynova as well, and Mr S also says it prolongs the cycle, so good for people worried that AF comes a bit soon.

rainbows did AF finally arrive?

Mel3062 · 02/09/2012 17:20

Thanks jaffajiffy that's helpful as af was early last cycle so itl be interesting to see what happens this month before I start it. Good luck for your scan Hun x

Abney · 02/09/2012 17:59

Dear all, I finally got my my BFP yesterday 12 DPO. I couldn't believe it. I was jumping up and down with my DS. Not that he knew why we was jumping up and down. 6 months of SO which was a failure for me and then trying naturally for the first time since last miscarriage and success at last. I know there is a long way to go and after only being successful once in 11 attempts it is going to take another miracle for this one also to be a success. For those still ttc nearly all 11 were conceived in the morning and it could be a pure coincidence but I followed Havingkittens advice re the Evening Primrose and Starflower. In regards to the waterfall that the little swimmers need to swim up I really did notice the difference after only taking it for a few days. It could also be that perhaps due to the absence of fertility drugs it made a difference but if I put my money on it then it would be the Primrose and Starflower. Havingkittens if it was down to this thank heavens for the tip. I have already decided I don't want any scans till the 2nd set of intralipids if I get there as I find it too terrifying. I will also go back to wearing black knickers as I don't want to look or keep examining everything. Anyway good luck for all those still trying and all those waiting for scans.

Mel3062 · 02/09/2012 18:41

Lovely news congratulations please can you tell me the starflower and primrose tip?? Wishing you all the best x
