Not sure about the sticks tomorrow, Faif - I've had a 4 day run of BFNs although they were OBVIOUSLY the wrong brand tests so I may try to hold out until Thursday...trying to keep myself sane since my calendar tells me updiffage is seriously highly unlikely.

Northey, my IUI cycle will be fine. It is the next cycle which would be affected by my travels. But as that is the cycle I start downregging anyway, I'm not that bothered. We wouldn't have used IUI then anyway. My clinic normally puts people on the pill for the first 21 days of that cycle before downregging, but as I have had bad experiences with the pill in the past, I am skipping that bit, so I will ov.

Yes my not inconsiderable research on FF has found many charts with a dip before or around 16dpo that went on to give a bfp. And droid isn't here....yet. So I hope out some hope. I do think I'm going to have to POAS tomorrow to put everyone myself out of my misery!

euro, if it's any consolation i used to have periods like some armies were reenacting Culloden in my womble. Oceans of gore. School was a nightmare - a super plus tampon and pad wouldn't even get me through an hour long lesson.

Well I might get a scan slightly earlier than 12 weeks - I think they scan around about 10 weeks over here although I have no idea why.

I am doing the project365 and that's going on facebook as well so I might just use my scan pic as photo of the day.

It feels like a long time off at the moment though. I am trying to just relax and get through it. I am fucking knackered today and was planning on going to the gym tonight but think I might give it a miss!

Well I must be feeling better, I've sorted through the boxes in one of the rooms so they're all organised now. Best thing is I found some clothes I thought I'd lost and a pair of trousers I'd forgotten I'd bought. I'd been planning to tackle it since I was discharged, definitely a sign that I'd nearly better!

Well Laydees, I was right to hold off on testing - got the familiar brownish sloodge around 6.00 (about 15 minutes after I optimistically gave a friend the last pad I had with me...of course.) In all reality I knew I wasn't diffed, but the travel-induced lateness allowed me to pretend it might have been possible and get in some much needed proper BESH time ...!

Anyway, all this recent calendar investigating has led me to believe that I may have an ishoo with OVing late (which might help explain the MCs, due to late-cycle egg age, etc), so I need to address this properly with GP before we begin ttc again instead of just having happy accidents.

Norf, I get the Clomid sweats - very unpleasant but they only last for a few days.

Faith, I have been known to take sticks out of the bin several an hours later, but have never seen an evap line, so fingers crossed its a good sign for you.

We've "done the math" and if I take a test on Friday and, presuming it is negative, start the Clomid straight away HWHNN will be back from a certain sandy place before I ov.

I've had one evap line on a cheapie before - this is a Boots one where you'd see a cross for a BFP and I can see a thin line. Told MSB who after last time simply told me not to get my hopes up but test again tomorrow....
