hi QTPie oodvibes your way too x

RIBS · 05/05/2012 09:36

Morning ladies, and big welcome to the newbies!

We're filling up thick and fast here.

Wow ive missed an interesting night. Fingers crossed for you littlemiss . Its going to be hard not testing for a few days. But I hope to see a BFP announcement for you.

Ahh Nuts whenshe was bad. Sorry your out of the running for this month. Get the wine out tonight!! rest up ready for the mamoth TTC sessions ahead next month.

QT How have you not POAS already!!!??? I admire the willpower. Your already quite late anyway arent you. I will be poas next Saturday. Despite telling myself that im not going to get obsessed this 2ww, im well on my way. And temped to POAS in the morn, expect I know its WAAAY to early and would be BFN anyway. Im going by the "run to the loo 1st thing so you cant test anyway" approach. Even if by any miracle it was + DP is away until Monday and id just explode if I couldnt tell him.

congrats Littlemiss. Remember, it's possible to be pregnant and get a negative but a positive (even a weak positive) is never wrong! yay! sending good vibes your way..

I'm 3 days late, have POASed every day and nada... very frustrating! I'm going to leave it a few more days and may go to doctor for a blood test. Do doctor's do this for people or is it an exception? I'm worried since I'm in my 40s they'll say that I'm probably entering the menopause!!! don't laugh!

You must have ov'd late suzy and maybe QT. My AF came 18 days after Ov'ing last month. 18 days!!!! - i didnt think it was possible.

If your not TTC this never happens. Its like your body tries to play tricks with you. I dont think they just do blood tests for that, not at just a couple of weeks late. They'd rather you just went slowly insane wondering what the hells going on. But im no Dr, its maybe worth an ask.

The symptom spotting is just a nightmare. They say sometime no symptoms - is a symptom suzy.

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 10:11

Lou - get shagging :)

Littlemisssnowshine - hold off testing for a few days and I'm sure you'll see a nice dark line. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Whenshe - sorry she got you :(

Hi to everyone else, hope you're all ok :)

No AF this morn :D. And no cramps apart from some that lasted about 30 seconds earlier. I'm on CD34 so if I don't come on tomorrow then I'm officially late by my longest cycle. I'm also 18 days post ovulation which is a good sign right?!

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 10:12

Re 18 DPO and AF - just read your post RIBS... Arrggghhh

LittleMissSnowShine · 05/05/2012 10:20

Winkle - yay, glad no sign of AF yet, sounding good for you!

Ribs - v impressed by your willpower and restraint, I officially have none!! But Im sure the wait will be worth your while, fx for next week

Suzy - being late is surely a good sign at this stage, really got fx for you too that AF stays far far away and u get a BFP next week.

Right, im going to try and quietly obsess over not think about poas for a few days now so i'll be checking in to see everyones news but not posting as much so I dont tempt myself to test again for a few days. Good luck and BFP vibes to all!!

RIBS · 05/05/2012 10:25

Sorry!

But I feel the pain of not knowing. I was actually relieved when AF came, so not another BFN to look at wondering what the hell was going on, cos I knew when id ov'd (+ test and, EWCM and BBT increase) It just doesnt make any sense and thats what drives you mental. I couldnt concentrate at work or anything. I knew the night before it was coming tho, cramps and TMI (stinky period trumps! Is it just me that gets these or what) Blush

everythinghappensforareason · 05/05/2012 10:44

Fingers crossed for u littlemiss, Its awful not noing 1 way or another :( but this happened too me + i won't test early now for this reason, i think i would rather not no in future if i had a cp. but i do hope u get 'PREGNANT' on a digi hehe! good luck x x x

suzydelarosa · 05/05/2012 11:15

An excited for you winkle!! Keep us posted.

CraftyGirly · 05/05/2012 12:45

winkle keeping everything crossed for you!

someone please slap me, I am having a very boring day and getting very tempted to POAS for something to do, argh

squeakymac · 05/05/2012 12:51

Lots of positive vibes here - think lots of BFPs are only around the corner!

Apparently its a really unusual type of 'super' full moon tonight - only comes around every 100 years and leads to lots and lots of energy around the place - hopefully some gets directed to my ovaries which I'm not convinced are working at all this month :( prob still settling down after MC... fingers crossed for everyone!

RightUpMyRue · 05/05/2012 13:38

Hi all,

littlemiss fingers tightly crossed it's a definite +ve in a few days, so difficult not to test again, I would be pulling my hair out.

Whenshewas Sad but positive thinking - it's another clean cycle, another chance to get your BFP.

Hi QTpie, welocme out from your position of lurk Smile CD34 and no AF...it's looking good for you...!

Sounding very positive for you too pick, faint lines are still lines!!! The non-PG body doesn't produce HGC so if you weren't PG you certainly wouldn't be getting lines on 7 tests.

winkle you shoulda POASed this morning, you're late, you neeeeed to POAS!!

So, DP has gorn orf on his golf jolly and won't be back till Thursday. We've DTD CD 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17 and 18 (today). I haven't had a temp drop or rise, haven't had a +ve OPK and have seen no evidence of EWCM so this month will almost definitely end with AF and not a BFP. At least we've tried!

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 14:49

Good effort Rue!

Hubs said I'm not allowed to test unless I'm a week late!!!

pickofthepops · 05/05/2012 15:08

Well I used a digital and am indeed pg. can't believe it . Ad due tmrw so cautious excitement

scubastevie · 05/05/2012 15:10

scubastevie · 05/05/2012 15:13

Ooohcongratulations pick!!!!

I am a bit sad as my sore boobs and cm have seemed to disappear, what's going on, I was so hopeful :(

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 15:46

DogEared · 05/05/2012 16:45

wishfulthinking1 · 05/05/2012 17:04

Congratulations pick!!

Nothing exciting with me- I've poked my boobs so much (checking for symptoms) that ive made them sore- don't really think that counts!!

I'm going to say something that'll make me sound like a bitch please don't judge me
I'm feeling irrationally pissed off with df's 'let's just take it easy' attitude on cd14, 15 and 16. I can't really talk to him about it as I don't want to put pressure on him but I'm on 2ww and am on tenterhooks but it'll probably all be for nothing and perhaps if he'd have pulled his finger out (so to speak!!) then chances of a BFP would be greatly increased! I hate feeling so grumpy with him!

He had a late night and is being a tired, grumpy sod which isn't helping either!

Am still massively impressed by the willpower shown on this thread- lots of very exciting sounding symptoms too.

Winkle- any symptoms yet?
X

RightUpMyRue · 05/05/2012 17:27

pick! You pregnant thing you! Well done Smile

winkle a week late!!!!!!

Leave the bastardGrin

RightUpMyRue · 05/05/2012 17:35

We're at 700 posts already and it's only the 5th. If we end up filling this one up and need another thread we'll have to call it -

"Still hoping for a May BFP but with too much to say about it!?" Grin
