April BFP thread

CD 1 today and my last cycle was 34 days which means I'm due to test 6th April.

Anyone fancy joining me?

Also, not sure if this makes a difference but I think (not sure) that my luteal phase is around 12 days rather than 14 so is 10dpo still too early? I don't know how it works lol x

Well this is new...

CD37. 17 dpo and ive got EWCM!!! WTF is going on in there. Bloody hell. As if my brain isnt toast enough. With my luck im prob ovulating again, my little ovaries have gone from no eggs r coming out - to a pez dispenser!!!

Or could it be a sign of AF is on her way or that the infamous BFP is imminent???

Bought a Superdrug test today, just in case its a bad batch of internet cheapies (clings onto the hope!!)

iheart I would like to help, but as you can see my lady bits have a law of their own. Id test again tomorrow with FMU and see how you go. Even if its faint tomorrow - a lines a lion so they say!

Haha ribs I'm glad I'm not the only one going slightly bonkers with all this ttc malarky! Fingers crossed for your test tomorrow.I'm not going to test. Going to leave it until 1st may now unless I bottle it next week!

Girls, what is going on with all these BFN's that might be BFP's?!?!

1st MAY!!!! OMG what staying power.
Ive just seen a webite that says, implantation could take upto 12 days and a urine test would pick it up 4-5 days later. Which gives me a slight hope. Im gonna try and get a bbt reading in the morn & take a test. Havent been able to get BBT for last 2 (AND MOST IMPORTANT DAYS!) as DD has come into our bed at 5am and ive been figeting about and stopping her from falling off the bed slapping me in the chops Grrrr! Kids!!

Yes, I know, its waaaayyyy off but, I thought, well if AF doesn't show, maybe it was actually a false positive? I don't know. If it is a chemical pregnancy, I don't know how long these things take to come to an end :( but if it was a false positive there is still hope for this month...

I was thinking if seeing gp next week if AF is still not here, but I'm so fed up of that bloody surgery, I'd rather just wait and see.

So... I got home from work at 4.30 (after holding in my pee for four hours!) and did another cheapy Internet test...this time I timed it so I could be sure it wasn't an evap and got my BFP!!!!!!!! A definite pink line! So then I did a boots test and got another BFP! Yay! Will be doing a clear blue digi in the morning with fmu to check I'm not dreaming! :)

MoreCoffee - I'm just lurking a little and wanted to say that I had an early miscarriage a couple of years ago. I got a bfp on my due date but the lines were really faint. Two days later I only got bfn's. My gp was totally disinterested and said to go back in a few weeks if I didn't miscarry naturally. It was about a week later and was like a particularly heavy period, painful and I was very emotional. I couldn't stop crying for trying. That was my experience, I don't know if it's very helpful here but just wanted to say in case this has happened to you as well. Following the bleeding I went straight back to a 28 day cycle and conceived on the second cycle. Dd was born at term and healthy. There is some evidence that suggests you are more fertile following a miscarriage. Good luck, I hope you get your bfp soon.

Hi ladies, I'm new to this site but not new to ttc. I need some advice to bring myself back to reality!! Can you help?

My last cycle was almost a year long, I have PCOS and am waiting on appt at fertility clinic. Had natural AF 19th - 23rd March (after over 300 days!!) then ov symptoms on CD 15 and 16. OPK on CD15 looked almost positive but not definate. Sharp pains on right side too. Booked 21 day blood test at GP at what would be 7 dpo and waiting on results. Had spotting on 7 and 8 dp(poss)o which I'm hoping was implantation bleed. Oh and I started temping and appear to have had significant temp dip at time of poss implantation bleed.

Now the chances of not even having cycles to being pg are pretty slim I know! But...do you think there is a chance I could be pg?

I'm new to testing and binned pg test after 5 mins earlier tonight...didn't realise it was 10 mins (BFN btw). Is it too early to test? Resisting urge to pick said test out of bin!!

Sorry for the ramblings but would really appreciate some advice.

cloudy What sort of test did you use? I would dig it out of the bin and test again tonight and tomorrow. Let us know how you get on :)

I lol'd at your reply morecoffee! I did dig it out the bin and still a BFN! It was an Internet cheapie. Got 2 FR's that I'm saving for a day I can be sure it's worth using them. Don't know my luteal phase though so no idea when that is

I was so hopeful that a small miracle may have happened but tonight I feel like im being silly and I've lost something I never even had. Must pull myself together!

But cant ewcm be a pg symtom also?

Well I have adapted what I will now refer as the winkle2 position as I'm on my back propt up on pillows with my legs in the air! we dtd this morning just in case! Dh has left for work.

I had lots of cramping last night on left side. I did wonder if I am ovulating again

Congrats iheart thrilled for another BFP.

morecoffee I had ewcm yesterday 17dpo and period arrived this morning, so be vigilant. Bah.

Ive ended up with 39 day cycle on clomid with 18 day luteal phase - As IF anyones is that long!!

But at least I know and can stop driving myself (and others) around the bend.

Looking forward to doing the winkle in a few weeks!!

Ah ribs so sorry, but at least you can move on to the next cycle with some answers. :( I have just been on the may thread and re added myself to the list as I'm not that sure where I am in my cycle now so will be posting on both threads! Hope you're ok ((hugs))
