How many of you are doing pancakes 2nite, I've invited two mums from school round with their 4 kids, so our house will be busy 2day, which reminds me I have sh!t loads of housework to make it presentable for them coming over.

Meanwhile, back at twocats towers, a bit of a surprise - BFP!

Completely out of the blue - I'd started charting this month, couldn't make head or tail of it, didn't get any sense out of the ovulation predictor sticks, and on top of all that had major stress right in the middle of my cycle. And didn't feel in the slightest bit pregnant. So my expectations were pretty low. But then it got to day 33...

I'm taking this to mean that you have all brought me good luck - although half of me feels like I've cheated slightly as I've only just joined...

And it's quick in mumsnet time, but real life has been six months since I miscarried, and, I think, two very early miscarriages in between. So it's going to take me a while before I believe in this one. And I've moved away from the EPU who were so lovely when I miscarried (the nurses even washed my skirt for me so it wasn't ruined!) - they said I could pop in for a scan any time if I got pregnant again, but heaven only knows what the situation is here. (Can you tell that I'm worrying already?!)

well...as predicted I am miscarrying and I am having erpc tomorrow afternoon at 130pm. I had the choice of natural, tablets or erpc. I opted for erpc cos I don't want to play the waiting game anymore I figure once the procedure is done tomo I can begin to get my head around things and have a bit of fun. sister taking me to hospital cos dh can't make it. don't feel too bad because after seeing the scan I wasn't holding much hope at all so have been grieving all week already.

Piffle how are you ??

I'm ok thanks for asking Nikki, just low key this month will see who cycle turns out... 12 days since the beginning of the miscarriage and have totally lost all the symptoms now.
I'm still feeling a little bit like it will never happen though...
What time are you off Nikki?

bless you piffle I know its the waiting that I couldn't bear anymore once I knoew for sure its was ending. Your scan isn't too long now only 2 days away to see whats happening. best of luck with it. feeling like what will never happen hun (forgive me for prying) the mc or next pg?...our time will come our time is just taking a little longer right now...although its all painfully hard x {{hugs}} to you.

I dunno what I would do given the choice of how to mc but your decision sounds good. I was never given the option as within 3 days the worst was over with. Hope you are as well as can be under the circumstances, and your sister looks after you. Will be thinking of you.
Please keep posting here Nikki even when you are having fun, you my still need our support.

Don't worry mygirl you can't get rid of me that easily I shall still be around I think I am addicted but I find great comfort in talking to others in same situations or helping others where I can. Sometimes even though we have troubles sometimes it can help to support instead to get you through. Its nice cos you can talk about things others in RL don't understand iykwim.

This time round my friends and family were asking "so what do the other mums think?" The Other Mums meaning you kind ladies which I thought was sweet.

oh and they couldn't get blood properly again my veins have gone into hiding for sure...funny for them but not for me when they have to DIG around for bloody blood. But I did keep calm looking at the gross curtains and smurking at dh who is no longer squeemish at needles since these last 2 pgs he seems to look with interest and looks at the blood bottles and needles etc "saying you alright, are you sure?" I shall be laughing if we can get to the recurrent mc dr 'cos dh will have to have bloods too! ha ha

Hi all, Nikki so sorry lovely, was really praying it was something else. Good luck with the procedure tomorrow loads of (((((hugs)))) and im sending you a cyber pancake filled with melted nutella too Hope you get a good break and relax and have time to do things that lift the spirits. Two cats well done and congratulations, like the others have said take good care of yourself, nothing too energetic and enjoy it.
