Hey All!
Im currently on CD 20 so around 8-10 days until the AF arrives or I can test :D Just thought there may be some others that are waiting and driving themselves crazy! Thought we could hopefully share our BFP within the next few weeks, and keep each other sane! :D

Hi all - can I join in?

Period due on Friday or Saturday. Tested today with first response early response and BFN!

This us our second proper month of ttc. Quite gutted as definitely have noticed a heightened sense of smell in the last day and my pee seems to stink . Googled both and they can be symptoms. However think I was getting ahead of myself as a definite no from first response and they seem pretty reliable.

Must. Not. Google. Any. More!

Joining you as well. This is our second go at ttc baby no2 (DS1 is 11 months old) after an ectopic in November. AF is due in exactly two weeks and it's agony waiting Grin Good luck to the rest of you!

AF due Fri/Sat. Have a swollen stomach & on/off niggly pains. Don't feel as 'obsessed' as I did nov/dec...but am hoping this is our month. Smile good luck ladies Smile

No I haven't as I'm worried it's too early. I didn't have any symptoms with my DS except a missed AF...it was only after I knew that I got symptoms Confused
I've been so good not obsessing...so I'm worried if I test & it's BFN..I will obsess on testing every few days. Iyswim?

Bettybat sorry that AF has arrived, I'm still waiting, really confused but to scared to test again as I don't want the disappointment! Fingers crossed for you next month tho!
Good luck to all the others, hoping to hear some BFP soon!
Work is crazy busy at the moment so I've sort of been to busy to think about it too much, did test on sat but was bfn so think il wait till wed and maybe do one then, I'm hoping so badly! :) xx

Wifey - is it definitely too early?! I'm clutching at straws here! The FRER said that I could use it 6 days before my period. Period is due on Friday night or Sat morning so I am def 6 days beforehand (I'm very regular). When I got the BFN, I thought it was game over!

This is only our second month of ttc so not very sure of the drill.

I'm also getting in a tizz as the OPK sticks that I have seems to be working weel but saw from DR Google that this doesn't actually mean that you are ov-ing. Now panicking that this is the case!

Aaaaaaarrrggggghhhhh!

I have decided to not stress about it...I knew as soon as I did a test-although too early that I would start freaking out! I'm just blessed to have my DH & DS & if I am blessed enough to have another baby then I will be very happy. Wishing you all the very best of luck.

Sorry for the AF laura I still have 4 more days to go. Slowly going insane. felt sick yesterday and despite the fact that I drank a bottle and a half of wine the night before I was convinced that it just might be a symptom! argh!

BB - sorry AF got u I'm also on CD 32 and still nothing but didn't test since weekend because really feel that AF is coming!
Went toilet and got a lil brown tinge so maybe by tomo!!
Blah just want it over with a not all this long ting!!!

Ohh Laura sorry that AF got you! Trust me I think I will be right behind u on this AF happy slappy madness! She really likes messing with our heads!
I read about the FRPT and I heard its not that great and doesn't work for women who after using it days later was pregnant so don't hold that as true until your late or use another test!!!
I think i was out until I read that even I can still be in if my AF doesn't fully turn up so just not stressing waiting and seeing!!!!!

Hi ladies - Laura and Count, sorry to hear that. Hope it's all OK, onwards and upwards right?! My husband (personal trainer, fun-haver extraordinaire!) is putting me on something called Eating for Fertility - hahaha! I love the way he thinks so much, it's cheered me right up! Lots of oily fish, avocados and eggs all around Grin

I'm thinking positives: I'm so super stressed out with work, to the point of tears near constantly. I have no intention of passing that onto my baby, so this cycle gives me a chance to have some acupuncture and chill the FUCK out.

Positives for missing this cycle, anyone?

Although Laura - maybe you can help me figure this out since it sounds like you're on a similar? If you're cycle is on a range of four days - so say one cycle is 27 days, and the next one is 32...how the hell do you figure out ovulation?? Surely that moves the most fertile day by almost a week. I'm so confused by this aspect of it all.

Bettybat, I totally understand with your worry about when you have ovulated if your cycle seems to be different from month to month, I'm like this and really I have had to rely on the EWCM. I like to try and figure out the earliest I will ovulate (just using an online calculator) and then DTD as much as possible but carry on right up until I get some EWCM, and a few days after just to seal the deal.

Maybe someone else will come along with better advice than this!?

Hi Bettybat,
The first few months I got my ovulation time wrong, I now know that my leatul phase is 16 days every month, therefore tend to ovulate on day 14, this month however I ovulated on day 16-explains why I was late this month. I tend you use th e ovulation sticks so I can monitor it but, it all depends on how long your leatul phase is to when you ovulate. Hope that helps. At least we can be cycle buddies and help each other out! Not really feeling that positive at the moment, feel like I'm doing everything I possibly can and that I only have two cycles left before I shall be visiting the doctor :( which scares me to death!!
Dh has always been so positive but think it's starting to bother him a little now too! X

When will you all be testing? I am 9DPO today. Every month I tell myself I will wait until at least 14 but it gets to this time and I get so anxious and just desperate to know. I hate this week Sad

AF is due for me late on Friday night or Sat morning (I'm pretty regular).

I tested today with an internet cheapie but still BFN. Did a First Response on Monday morning and it was BFN too.

I'm having quite bad cramps so pretty sure that AF will be appearing. Although I've never had cramps this early so not sure. However, if they were pg related, I would expect a BFP as I think symptoms are related to hormones and the hormones are needed for the BFP so wouldn't expect one without the other!!!!

Anyway, to actually answer your question, I am going to try and stop testing until Friday. Although I will have to give DH the internet cheapies to hide!

The Internet cheapies are evil I think! You can just keep using them without worrying about wasting loads of cash but it's BAD!! I'm going to hold off as long as I can. Will keep you posted! Good luck waiting til Friday Smile

Another newbie registering my anxiety. We've been TTC for 4 months now, so still early days. Speaking as one of those women who has wanted a real baby since she received her first Tiny Tears, I never realised it was possible to get more broody until my biological clock chimed in last year. Going a bit mental to be honest! (Thankfully DH hasn't seen my PowerPoint presentation of nursery ideas, lol...)

I'm due on next week some time, but my cycles are a bit wonky -- somewhere between 28 and 35 days. Last month I only had 4 days of not bleeding, which perplexed the doctor somewhat as everything looks healthy. Luckily everything seems fine this month.

On a slightly ruder note, having sex every day is awesome. Can't believe what I've been missing ;)

Have finally got a v. v. faint BFP at 17DPO. (Negatives on days 10, 11, 12 and 15, though on day 12 one test turned immediately positive but then disappeared.) So faint and I feel so premenstrual that I'm not very confident in it but we'll see!

DP is at a work thing tonight and is much later back than expected. Going a bit crazy waiting for him to get back so I can tell him!

What tests were you using? A line is a line so you are deffo pregnant.

Dr Google tells me that AF symptoms are pretty much the same as pregnancy so I would think this is normal.

Congrats that sound great- but I guess getting a strong positive is wot u want!
Well AF turned up in a blaze of glory yesterday so it looks like my cycle days has changed wonderful, couldn't figure how I missed out lat month and feel doomed now!!! Would love to say I could dtd eday but I really can't and I guess only time will tell if I get pregnant again I suppose the last times it was everyday so doing it with a little hope and a big prayer!!!
Somehow getting pregnant the first month of the new year was an important factor but never mind!!
To all still waiting - have fingers crossed for u x

Congrats on the faint positive! at least thats something right?

I'm not sure that I'm definitely due on tomorrow, but if I'm back to normal cycles then I am. Not really getting symptoms for anything at the minute though so starting to lose hope for this month. I'd even take getting AF because at least that means I'm on a normal cycle! Almost snapped hubby's head off last night for no reason though so might be pmt. Nothing much else is happening though. grrr
