Been so busy on here today I can't keep up - but whoever was asking about clearblue tests I use the fertility monitor, haven't actually tried the digi opks, but as I understand it the theory is that you get a + or a smiley face 12-48 hours before you ov - have I got that right?

I'm assuming those that i requested i have the names but those who requested me i only have codes. Or do you do something special to get the name?

Update from the Great Grapefruit Juice Experiment headquaters.

Its only day 9 and I have tons of eggnog! due to ov on Day 14 Last month I only had EGCM on ov day, and this month its started early and is very abundant. I 100% endorse drinking grapefruit juice to increse egg nogg CM.

Now you see mummya I had the opposite - eggnog on day 13 then pretty much nothing around potential ov time (day 16/17ish). You would think after all this time ttc my body would know how to behave

i seem to have plenty of cm but no "eggnog" thought i was getting there as yesterday seemed watery a bit stretchy but not enough then gone today. want eggnog.

Eggnog galore here but 6dpo WTF?!?

Grrrr....just had a call from the EPU and they've lost my blood samples, so I have to go back tomorrow morning. I guess its a good thing I decided not to go to work again tomorrow. I was really hoping to get confirmation that my hcg levels are going down, so I can just get on with it and move on. It was quite sad going back there today, looking at all the couples waiting for their scan with a look of fear in their eyes. Some people had been waiting there for 4 hours!!!

oh nina how frustrating. am so sorry you have to go back. 4 hours how awful, it is strange going back, i was in the same scan room for mine. It's sad seeing people where you were a few weeks ago. When i went back i had a woman come out and show her mother the scan picure going on about how well it was and how they don't know what caused the bleeding. when i'd had my first scan and it'd had the heart beat i was told not to take the pic out in the waiting room as people had had bad news. i've no doubt she had the same advice but ignored it.

cep if she was given the same advice and ignored it then that is bad but I have to say I have been to epu 6 or 7 times over my three pgs (only once for bad news thank god!) but I was never told to be sensitive to people with bad news...I like to think that I was sensitive coming out the room but tbh before my sister and later me had mcs I'm not sure I would have been so aware...

Hey all sorry I have hardly been around. Trying to keep a bit more sane this month after mentalistic outbursts recently. Due date coming up so keeping busy taking my mind off ttc and fact that am not pregnant again yet.

AandRMum you live quite close to me good luck with the work on the house. Looks like a facinating project. We're just finishing off a huge project on our house, very rewarding (but came in VERY over budget).

blackkat surely we would just be getting into the Erection Section at the school disco now - wouldn't it be all slow tunes and smooching (with dh's not each other, obviously - that would defeat the whole ttc object!)

Haha izzy my recollections involve the boys sitting very firmly on one side of some cold damp village hall and the girls on the other - until the boys had a fight and then someone's dad came in early to pick them up, completely killing the atmos...but then i did grown up in Suffolk!
