Mine fingers crossed has abated for now. it was only very slight but still am scared as anything.

Oh nother - keeping fingers and toes crossed for you. No way they could fit you in today? What if you cry at them and insist?

Lou glad things seem to be settling down for you - again, fingers and toes crossed.

I'm in the 2ww

p.s. pants - LOVING your Halloween name [hgrin]

NOTHEROLDIE · 23/10/2010 09:21

Bleeding stopped, just brown sludge which is what happened with my MMC in May. Not looking good.
So f*cked off, even though Dh is being an absolute star at the moment, being really positive and darned gorgeous.

I don't have much hope for the scan. I havent had any PG symptoms at all through out and now this.
ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHH.

NOT FAIR Angry

I wont post anymore til monday as it will be a long rant and lots of 'unfairs'. Sorry lovely ladies.

Loujalou · 23/10/2010 10:07

Sending huge hugs my love. Fingers crossed its a false alarm.

On another note I am exhausted.

Youngie - you rant away lovely, if anyone can understand it must be us girls. Fingers x'd for you and sending lots of love xx

Lou good sign x

I'm pissed off!! Another stupid woman who wasn't even bloody trying has just announced she's prg on facebook. She really is stupid too, can't stand her, but she's a member of a group I've been with for years. I feel like comfort eating (ok I have been), and am going to have a drink or 5 later. Off out with dh for meal and town after.

Sorry, mine was a bit ranty and "unfair" too.

lia66 · 23/10/2010 22:31

Hi ladies,

Just popped on to check how lou was doing. Hopefully well by the sound of things, sounds like early symptoms. Have my fingers firmly crossed for you and will be checking Tuesday for update. Try and relax over weekend. :) x

northern I'm sorry you are going through the worry too, no good giving you platitudes, as I understand only too well, it won't make any difference and it's not a nice feeling to be given false hope. I really hope you are back on Monday with some good news for us though. Fingers very tightly crossed for you too. X

Loujalou · 24/10/2010 07:52

By the way am not complaining about any symptoms as happy to have anything. No faint spotting for the last few days. So fingers and toes crossed.

We are.away and have been at a medieval style wedding and have had fab day. The bride even smiled and am sure its against her religion. I love her but smiling not her forte.

harassedinherWITCHYpants · 25/10/2010 09:36

Youngie - how are you? Thinking of you love.

Lou - wedding sounds great!

Lia how are things with you?

I'm in work until 3 today then get some time with dd as it's half term. I've booked Thursday off so will have Wednesday as well (although have to do parents cleaning) so will have to have a think on what we can do. I've ordered her a lovely coat so hoping that comes soon and we can get her new hat, scarf & gloves. She's a real girly girl and loves shopping [hgrin]!

harassedinherWITCHYpants · 25/10/2010 09:37

Thought I would share this with you.....stupid,stupid dh!!

Grannypant I think I might have screamed like a girl if I found a mouse!

Cats/mice/DH hee hee.
Our cat got a whopping rat, but got beaten up killing it, sat looking miserable for 2 days.

Well I've been bleeding all w/end. Brownish/red constant. There is no hope. Feel absolutely rubbish. Fucked off beyond words.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Scan this pm, then see what they suggest.
Dh is being so lovely and supportive, think hes hiding how sad he feels.

thinking of you Lou and hoping things are faring well for you.

Thanks for the lovely words my dears XXX

NOTHEROLDIE · 25/10/2010 11:51

On a positive note, (for me) I just read about blood group type affecting fertility and the chances of concieving in later years.
Its something to do with levels of FSH, the higher the level the faster your eggs are used ,and its higher in 'O' blood group and lower in 'A'.

I'm 'A' :)

So that made me happier today. Sorry for all those who are 'O' and older and trying to concieve. Read it on BBC news/health. If I knew how to do a link I would, but I don't so I can't Grin

Just going to eat home-made bread made for me by my lovely DC's big and small. XX

Loujalou · 25/10/2010 19:31

Sending huge hugs!

Am feeling fairly positive though all this could be shattered very quickly tomorrow. In fact I am bricking it.

Not sure what my blood group is though!

NOTHEROLDIE · 25/10/2010 20:43

just an update...

scan was inconclusive! I had an external and internal one as the scan lady couldnt really get a good idea what was there!

Dh was alarmed at the size of the internal scan probe, I warned him not to bend over and come a cropper. Wink

But what they said was there is a yolk sac but was small more like 6wks not 8, so she couldnt tell. There was no mention of heatbeat or not Confused

I'm still bleeding, and she said it might be an implantation bleed which is apparently common ?? Hmm I thought it wasnt. But she said it could also be the start of miscarriage. :(

I have to go back next week. But I still dont hold out much hope. (maybe I'm just too pessimistic)

LOU I really hope things go well for you. BIG HUGS x

lia66 · 25/10/2010 21:30

Oh northern thats very upsetting for you, still not really knowing. Sadly what she describes doesn't sound good for what should be 8 wks, I'm so sorry.

Am keeping my fingers crossed for you. x

lou hugs for tomorrow. Try and relax, few deep breaths before you go in. You know where I am.xx

NOTHEROLDIE · 26/10/2010 08:26

Thanks LIA.

I spoke to my midwife-scan-lady-friend, as we had booked in to see her next wkend. She was of the same opinion that it probably isnt viable. The golden rule, she said , was a heart beat at 6 wk 3 days.
I'm 8wks, even if i got my calculations completely wrong I think I am still at least 7 wks.
Its a shit feeling.

Anyway LOU good luck to you , hugs etc etc.... remember you started this thread and you will win your baby ! :)

harassedinherWITCHYpants · 26/10/2010 10:10

Youngie - I'm so sorry that it's not sounding good, my lovely. Hoping for next week x On the positive side, you got a bfp so you know you can do it!!

Lou - good luck for today love x

Still no sight or sound of sodding mouse. I'm convinced it's dead and is going to stink us out. Dh just tuts every time I mention it.....why?? It's his fault!!! [hangry]

Loujalou · 26/10/2010 10:24

Pants I hope that the mouse has escaped your house.

Youngie sorry for your sad news.

In other news my baby has a heartbeat. She said it was smaller than she would expect for 6 weeks (which obviously has me all concerned but am stepping away from Dr Google) but there is a baby and it does have a heart.

I was also a bit sick in THs car on the way to the hospital.....

NOTHEROLDIE · 26/10/2010 17:22

LOU
You go girl! :)

harassedinherWITCHYpants · 26/10/2010 20:33

How is everyone this evening??

I'm enjoying an hour of peace now that dd is in bed and dh is at training.....bliss!! I finished work at 5.30, picked up dd and came home. Dd had massive tantrum and then I had an arguement with dh. Glad to have my peace! [hgrin]

I've been having some stabbing ovulating type pains and my tummy is bloated. Strange, because I've already ov'd [hhmm].

Loujalou · 27/10/2010 12:08

Thanks for all your well wishes. I just want to be put in a coma for the next 6 weeks.

Pants just have a shag just in case!

OP posts:
lia66 · 27/10/2010 12:57

I remember that feeling lou, just wanted to sleep to get past the 11wks stage. It'll fly by before you know it.

pants second lou just n case you know, [hgrin]

northern hope you are ok. x

Loujalou · 27/10/2010 13:35

I hope so Lia. I have avoided dr google today. Do I get a gold star?
