Thread 2 - the one where I try to get organised

Hope I'm not tempting fate with that thread title
This is intended as a friendly, kind, safe, warm and fuzzy place for people to share discounts, bargains and Christmas gift ideas both online and IRL. You are all wonderful and I’m now going back to my mince pie and stollen (never too early!).

Lilo and Stitch mess free colouring - £1.99 great stocking filler for

Just ordered. Brilliant- so good for my boys for travelling or clubbing!

Please don’t laugh but I am intrigued by the marvel adventure calendar… has anyone got an online link?
my boyfriend has offered to buy me my first adventure calendar in years and I love marvel 😂

That’s a great price for these sets thanks! They’re normally around £5. I love them for travel or restaurants my 4 year old will spend ages doing it.

Not tonies but depending on age of child definitely recommend a Yoto player. They have just released a new version. I have a referral code or I think there is a specific yoto referral thread on here .

Light up Bluey magic stamp.

I got it in the summer for £8.80 so £7.99 is great and it’s a good looking gift

Random but of anyone has any advice on compact colour printers with cheap refillable ink I'd be glad of recommendations. Also an Ipad keyboard suitable for an 8 year old.

I don't think DD is going to ask for a main present this year but i got the laminator and thought she might like the idea of printing her own stuff. She was a massive roblox fan but has gone off it now and I could really do with finding other ways to use the Ipad or it will become redundant.

@HopefulBeliever I missed out the Lego bit, here is the link My ds is a Lego and marvel fan so it’s a win win and the mini figures are usually unique to the calendar.

A bit niche and time consuming but I’ve just made my daughter a calendar featuring our pet dog putting him on ai to create funny photos for each month. She’s 13 so at that age where everything she wants is really expensive so thought this was a nice cheap personalised gift.

@IggyAcethank you for the Solace tip off. I remember a few years ago there was a code on this site and it was 3 pairs for £10 or something ridiculous like that & I stocked up. They are great earrings. Anyway it seems I had an account so I’ve just looked & chose 2 pairs but somehow I had accumulated some points that meant I could get another 2 pairs free!
My DD is actually in need of some earrings & it’s her birthday next month so I managed to get 4 pairs & gift wrapping for £28 delivered. The wrapping was the most expensive part!

Any recommendations for nice shaving kit for men with reusable/fillable razors and decent products? Sick of my men leaving their cheap disposables everywhere 😀👍🏻

If anyone sees a discounted Lego Frozen advent calendar, please shout. Have an almost 4 year old boy that's very much entered his frozen era (wants Frozen wellies and Frozen Lego for Christmas). I think the advent might suitably blow his mind entirely. 🤣 I'm on the fence though, as don't tend to usually spend much on advent calendars, but could be swayed if there's a discounted one as I know he'd love it.

@Puffaliciousthose exploding kitten games look amazing. I hope I can find some in my local HB.

Oooh! I’m after a Star Wars one for my little one (he’s 19)

This is fabulous thank you, perfect for my brand conscious sporty niece!

@HopefulBeliever shows everything that's included

Oh I do hope so 🤞. I'd offer to buy you some & post, but the cost of postage would be prohibitive!

Ordered the Adidas bags, what a bargain!

Fellow frozen mama, my daughter is obsessed and a really similar age. I’ll keep an eye out for anything frozen at a really good price

My Local B&M had the striped knitted stockings in the photo for just £1 each tonight. They were labelled as £5 on the stockings but £1 on the shelf - scanned at £1!

Not sure how helpful this is but last year Sainsbury’s stocked it and eventually discounted the Tonie Box 2 to just over £50! And this was before Christmas! They were all gone within about a day in my local, though 🤦🏻‍♀️ hoping they’ll go again next year and I’ll get some Tonies discounted, too 🤞🏼

I ordered from Maqio not long ago - two items that were sold out elsewhere so I used them for the first time, as you said, the reviews were good. It was fine! It was quick and everything was perfect.

I know! Tempted to buy more!
