It's nearly time! November is tomorrow and Mariah Carey will be officially announcing the start of festivities . I'm hoping for some help. Ds7 wants something he can cuddle and stroke when the cat doesn't want a cuddle. I guess I'm hoping for something as soft as real cat fur? Without costing an absolute fortune if possible. Thanks

It’s complicated 🫣 She’s currently testing me, she’s not asked me outright if Father Christmas isn’t real so I’m still playing the whole Santa is real thing, I think she wants to catch me out. She’s decided to be sneaky and not tell me what’s on her “Santa” list, I’ve guessed a couple which she’s confirmed and my spy, her big sister, has told me the rest. She also dosnt trust her sister so has not said exactly what she wants just Jellycat. My older dd has told me she really likes and wants the bunnies which makes sense as that’s what she already has, I know she’s not interested in the amusable ones. I know she’s mentioned the bunnies with the flowers in ears are cute, she hasn’t got any of those so I figure any one of those will be safe, if not a bunnie she hadn’t got.

I was actually about to buy one a few weeks ago when she came running in from hanging out with her friends, she gone and bought herself the exact bunnie I had just put in my shopping basket. Usually I’d get a notification when she spends money but she’d taken some cash out of her money box when she went out so I hadn’t realised she’d been shopping.

Now I’ve got the Black Lab I don’t feel as pressured, I’m going to still keep browsing and if I see one I will grab it but I’ve ticked the Jellycat box as far as what’s she’s willing to tell her sister, I know she loves black labs as we have one.

Oh my goodness I need that cat! By a complete fluke I got a real kitten on Christmas Eve two years ago and already had a little cat I’d inherited. I dream of another one finding me but dh says no more (and I know that is sensible) but I feel a perfect pet may help my longing!
