I think I always (or nearly always!) call the one with Black Friday this name. I'm assuming this thread will see us through the weekend and I'm not premature!!! Make sure you keep your Black Friday bargains genuine bargains - not everything that looks reduced actually is as good a deal as it looks.

Looking for recommendations for gloves for my DH, they need to be warm, waterproof but not too bulky, to be kept in the car for wearing when using the ice scraper on the car, we’re in Scotland. He has quite big hands. I had a look at the sealskin site but got confused about different sizes and fingers lengths, seemed more technical that what he needs.

B&M have some great Christmas bits in for 1st Dec or Christmas Eve boxes.

still can't get the cardfactory deal to work, does anyone know does it work on the photo cards? I can't add them to my basket without personalising first and then putting the discount code in it just say 'oops this promo doesn't work' aaah

It does yes, mine wouldn’t work at first but I realised I was adding the a6 size rather than the a5 size to basket! 🙈

I got my DD a Sigg children's one off Amazon. Aluminium, I went for the sports top, but I see they have straw ones too. Part of why I chose it was the listing said you can put fizzy drinks in it, and indeed it doesn't leak even with sparkling water in there. It's also lightweight, and I see they have some BF deals on now.

Thanks for the suggestion unfortunately he went through 2 of these last winter as the actual scraper was very flimsy, or he was a bit forceful maybe. He now has a more heavy duty scraper which is great, but poor thing now has cold hands 😂

My sparks for M&S just had an update and I got some money off PJs for my son. Think its the best im gunna get for M&S

@Theonlywayisuptoyou not a very glamorous offering but I work outside and my favourite waterproof/warm gloves are 'portwest thermo pro ultra gloves' they're a bit orange and very much work gloves but do the job! I get mine at a farm supplies shop but imagine they're easy to find!

Yes! I was on live chat with them for ages and then they said I need to phone a different number. Haven’t got round to it yet. So frustrating.
