@NotmySundaybest Aldi run completed and carrots purchased :-) It wasn't as bad as I thought and plenty of stock, but no tree ornaments so might have to try another branch for those. Local news is sharing that the new Aldi that opened today was very busy!

It was particularly bargainous for me because they sell Leckie Study guides. I literally had £100 worth in my Amazon basket ready to check out, but got them from Harper Collins instead so a £50 saving.

Obviously I then spent those savings on other books 😂Their website isn’t great as it makes it look like they have a small range, but it is their entire catalog.

I actually found it easiest to have two browsers side by side and search on Amazon to get better pictures and some reviews. They have some beautiful cloth bound editions, boxed editions, even signed copies of some (I noticed the naturalist collection books, which are quite collectible), and Mina Lima as a PP pointed out.

I don't think the bum was a typo. Every year people try to get onto the thred title. Some are funny. The smelling mistake ones are not. (See 😂😂).

You rarely see typos on other threads. Maybe "hit" instead of a "hat" kinda thing. Yet this one miraculously gives three or four "funny" innuendo typos on every single thread.

I’m sure the deal we had was 12 issues for £1 last year - probably not available this year though! I only got it for the festive edition and gave the rest to my mum so I’ll just buy one from the shop this year.
