Not the most exciting but he's not long had his birthday when I got him a pizza oven, pyjamas and socks. For Christmas he has a pair of boots exactly the same as he has now - he likes them so much but they are totally worn out! I've also got him an Ariel Atom driving experience (he's car mad) and a some boxers.

Been together 15 years this year so difficult to keep getting him aftershave and socks.

An oodie, new pj trousers nice fleecy ones, a book, some pens (we are both lovers of stationary, posh coffee, a new coffee bean grinder and a self heating coffee mug.

My biggest hits have been a Bluetooth speaker, digital radio, coffee pod machine and back scratcher 🤩

Also stumped… I bought him a book that looked perfect then found it on his Kindle (but he hasn’t read it yet).

I'll probably get some Heatech gear from Uniqlo.

He cooks but is uninterested in foodie bits or kitchen equipment, reads but buys every book he wants, doesn’t really drink, no hobbies, doesn’t like ‘things’, and his main ambition is to get rid of stuff (ie my clutter)not to acquire more. He likes obscure band t-shirts but is very picky, so I can’t get them.

A flight to a wedding we have been invited to but can’t really afford, he is getting me the same!

We usually go all out, but we ended up just looking for shit to buy and our birthdays are close to Xmas either side, so it was all a bit much and pointless.

So we just got a new mattress and then said 50 quid each for crimbo, I kind of blew it, and got him a heated gillet for golf which cost 80 quid and an indoor putting thing, which was rhe same again. I’ve also some very nice socks in my John Lewis basket, which I will get him when I check out.

i think he’s done the same, as my daughter has stepped in, which was causing him much stress, and a large John Lewis box was delivered today which she instructed me not to open 😂

This year a mini holiday to the canaries but only because I've had a bit of a windfall and also it's mostly for me I have been trying to persuade DH to have a sunshine holiday early in the year rather than in the summer.
