Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

we all got over excited at a sniff of a bargain for an incredibly overpriced advent calendar. I have seen it in the store after xmas for about £20 and its deffo worth that. But never £39 IMHO

bit like any misprice or bargain, I would have accepted a refund and not complained. Thrilled to be getting it

I'm another that'll be a customer after the way they've handled this. I'm already eyeing up a coat but want to see if they do follow through.

I had a 'sorry' email. Then had a despatch email yesterday. Delivered today. Fantastic company! Will definitely be buying a few bits from them. Socks are such lovely quality

Oh stop it! This was an oversight by many people at White Stuff. Someone should have been checking and testing the website code before it went live etc. Also, they didn't have the honour the orders but clearly decided it was in their best interests to do it, presumably as it'll generate more sales.

the mens one arrived today, and the email saying I wouldn't be getting the womens one as its out of stock - its not its still available full price online, but I understand why they said this - I think I will use my 15% code and buy the womens one anyway. really nice quality.

3 packs are tagged all together; socks in the advent calendars don't have any tagging on at all - the inside of the calendar box is divided by 12 strips of card folded into squares and the socks are folded/rolled into each section. If that makes any sense.

Their site still isn’t working correctly - this is right now, but when you add the calendar to your bag they come up as full price.

I have a question - when do you gift a 12 days advent calendar? 12 days before Christmas? At the beginning of December and then they alternative days? On Christmas Day at the start of the 12 days?

The juxtaposition of 12 days and advent is confusing!
